Found this place through my barber, Vicente, a few miles up. It was perfect. I just wanted to chill a little and La Familia gave me the perfect pork and bean burrito I needed with everything - green peppers and onions with a red sauce on top. Coming here made me feel like part of the family, everyone was nice and welcoming. It is easy to miss of youre just driving by so keep an eye out, they have parking and an outdoor patio with seats on addition to the indoor tables. Support this place, they deserve it.
Ordered carne asada burrito with red sauce. Red sauce tastes like it came out of a can! I thought they would make their own sauce. Its not ha4d to make your own chilli.

2023-06-26 10:19:07This little spot doesnt look like much. In fact it reminded me of the in-home restaurants in Mexico. There is indoor and outdoor seating with decent parking. If you go during lunch hour, youll catch people rushing in and out for something good to eat. They offer complimentary chips and salsa. (The salsa is pretty dang good) They offered 1 refill if you choose a foundation drink. I got an Burrito Mojado de Asada. It was NICE AND BIG. Just all plump and ready to max out my stomach. The side of sour cream and guacamole was the icing on the cake... or the sour cream and guacamole to a buritto. It made the whole meal much better. An addition not many restaurants I visit do. The staff is absolutely friendly and you can tell their customers love this little spot. In fact while we were eating, la regular insisted they stay open later to accommodate for dinner. With their 3 staff members handing it all, it makes sense they close a little early. I was told the Huevos Rancheros are REALLY GOOD here too. So I am heading back soon to give them a try for breakfast.

2023-04-20 21:28:51Hole in the wall, family joint, no thrills mexi food. Decent tacos and burritos, chulaquiles. I like that they grill burrito and always give guacamole with burritos and chips!!Salsa needs work...it is hit or miss, some days thick or can be watery...spice level also inconsistent. But guacamole to make it whole.Only open breakfast and lunch so get ur order early in the day n take leftovers for evening.

2023-11-13 04:32:39I really dont like chilaquiles but he made me some with a garrentee that I would like them I wasnt disappointed at all 3eggs plus a desmillo carne on top couldnt go wrong would go back next time u go to Walmart which is close by.

2023-01-11 17:40:46They didn’t have cream for my coffee but that wasn’t the worst. Coffee tasted terrible. Must have been from the day before? I ordered a Diet Coke and their machine wasn’t working. They didn’t have it on can or bottle. I had to keep drinking that nasty coffee.Then the brought my food. The plate was piping hot and I burned my fingers. I tried to eat their eggs but the salsa on top was bad and too watery. No surprise the place was empty. I paid them and left without eating all that nastiness. Went home to have a decent breakfast.
