La Flamme Franaise in National City

The wonderful couple that runs this humble French inspired food spot are very responsible and friendly. They produce some of the highest quality food choices around San Diego. Their food is fresh and healthy yet filled with flavor in every bite. I can’t say enough about how amazing the food is here. At such a reasonable price as well. The service is fast and attentive. I highly recommend this place to anyone wether you are hungry or not.

I love getting salads here the food is always so fresh and good. The staff is also super friendly and the kiosk is super clean. I would recommend this place to anyone who loves salads and flatbreads:)

This is my new favorite spot when wanting pizza. As a foodie I love to try new places and this place called my attention. The flavor is there with not all the grease. The salad was also very good with a natural olive oil dressing. This is a must try for everyone.

The traditional gratinee i ate was this mushroom, onion thin pizza like dish which was delicious. I had a piece of their vegetarian quiche which was also a treat. Come and try it, something different other than the usual...plus reasonably priced, yumm, adult food indulgence..mmmm

In a food court surrounded by grease and processed food, La Flamme is a beacon of originality and fresh tastes for a cuisine many have never had before.

Very friendly informative workers first time trying their food and it was very good and tasty…. Definitely will be back to try other menu items

I ordered the La Niçoise salad and it was amazingly tasty. Besides what is listed, they add tomatoes, onion, cucumbers, avocado, red pepper, garbanzo beans, and some sort of crouton that is yummy. Dressing was high quality olive oil and balsamic was not too vinegary. I anticipate coming back here often.

This was a new spot for me to try, I was looking for a healthier option in the food court. I had gone around & around & this kind woman was offering free samples of their flatbread. It was delicious, tasted fresh, and then I saw their salad options! Its based on French cuisine, which Ive never tried before. It was so delicious full of fresh ingredients that all paired well amazingly 👏 I loved it! I enjoyed being able to try French cuisine at the food court!Ill be back for sure !

Really great find. We were looking for something fresh and this total hit the spot. The flatbread was delicious and the quiche was perfectly cooked. Wished I had remembered to take a picture, but we were so hungry it went down fast.Definitely check this place out if youre in Plaza Bonita!
