La Posta De Acapulco in Spring Valley

This nice little restaurant is tucked right next to another and much more vibrant, Mexican restaurant. However, DONT PASS THIS UP.I ordered the California Burrito 🌯!For $11, this was one of the largest burritos Ive had and the flavor is out of this world. You have a choice of meat. I chose Carnitas. They add fries inside the burrito and the cheese is creamy but crispy as well.I will also mention that Im 64 220 lbs and I couldnt finish this burrito. Ending this review, its important to note that heating this up the next day for leftovers almost had my mind thinking it was better than it was when it was fresh!TLDR; Small restaurant, amazing service, amazing quality in their food and every bite is just as good as the last.

This is the best Mexican food I’ve ever tried in my whole life!! Thank you guys so much for giving me an amazing experience ! Tinder meat with sour cream food was hot and amazing. I can’t wait to come back again !!

Super fabulous carne asada burrito and crunchy hard shell shredded beef taco. Also had the combo #1 and separately a bean tostada. All were great tasting flavorful not spicy but not bland not salty but just just right, and they were fast. Nice portions and total was $33 before tip. Green salsa is mild and delicious and red is medium spicy but not super spicy. Highly recommend it’s better than Pancho’s and Macho’s, it’s similar to Max’s & Roberto’s.

I was told by some friends and even co-workers to try this Taco Shop out. Im mad that I waited so long!!! Cali Burrito, crazzzyyy good!!! Carne Asada Fries, Surf and Turf Burrito, everything was on point! This Taco Shop is truly a gem one of my new top favorites!

Came in on a desire to explore some taco shops out of my norm.Was in CDO for a job and gave them a Try. Read the prvious reviews and wondered how many are real and how many are the employees hyping thier own shop.Lets find out.Ok, so here we go. Got something really simple. Cheese quesadilla and some beans. It was pretty standard fare. Good but not special. But it was just a quesadilla and beans. Counter person was upbeat and smiley. No green sauce, which was ok. But the red sauce was odd. Tasted like canned tomatoe sauce and some tabasco or chollulas thrown in. Very tomatoey. Some shops have a really taste and some have a homemadey taste. Inside was like an old mom and pop diner like you see in old movies. Building was old so that may be why.Overall a kinda ok place. I will come back and try something more daring like Caldo de Res or carnitas. Maybe the chicken enchiladas.

Service is really bad, just be careful when you order the price. Its not change yet in the menue and the person who works in the morning gives you stupid excuses and charge you a lot for xtras i put a complein try to talk to the owner and he dont care never call me back im never back there again😡

Ive been coming here for 30 years I love this place. I live out of town now but as soon as I get in town I go get a piece of home food. Delicious and Authentic real Mexican food!

Food is amazing. Portions are huge. I tried the carne asada, California burrito, beef enchiladas and the horchatas. Everything was delicious.
