Dont waste your money here. The food is disgusting. I have had this food at a little spot they have inside Johns supermarket on Van Nuys and it is 10x better than here. The rice here tasted like fish, the beef soup had no flavor at all, and the ladies working are not very bright. Had to repeat my order multiple times and they gave me attitude. Did my best to stay civilized and not burst into a Karen but man was I close.

Dont go here if youre hungry. Order of 6 popusas will take 30 minutes to make. Food is bland, how can you mess up rice and beans (casamiento)? No table service, no waitress, no customer service. 👎👎👎👎👎

I’m first Generation of Salvi/American, and this Is the closest that it will get to authentic Salvadoren Food. Love the tamales con pollo, pupusas, quesadillas, horchata, pan frances and plátanos fritos and much more, you got to try it all .

The food is fine. The place is nasty! I went to the meat counter and It smelled like someone pooped back there. There were 2 guys and one them approached to help while the other stood there putting is finger in his mouth to clean his teeth!!! I asked for a piece of cheese still undecided if I really wanted to buy something. I then went to the cashier but I finally decided that their cleanliness was so bad I left without the cheese. They should honestly get a bad rating on their stablishment inspection. Nasty!

Let me just say if it wasn’t for the food I would not go there..Horrible customer service especially from the owner. I say that because he was wearing regular clothing and said he was heading to the bank..So I’m standing there waiting for him to get off his phone and finish joking with an employee..Finally, he decides to ring my items..Seriously, I was like wow!! Maybe my standards are high but customers are always a priority..Anyway, I have to go there when I’m craving yummy Salvadoran food and specialty items..I’m just glad it’s not often..

The food is poor with no taste. The bread is always hard or raw. I decided to order food and accompanied it with an orchata drink, I drank the drink at the end and when I tasted it, the orchata was bitter and when I asked to change it, Margarita, who said she was the manager, tried it and said it was Well, I didnt have anything, I told him that it was bitter and that maybe something was missing, maybe I dont know milk?... He didnt offer me anything else to drink, I asked him if he could give me another drink, the yellow one, and he said passion fruit, yes I told him, and he told me that this one was also bitter, like he didnt want to give me anything, he served me the drink and warned me that they dont do that and that he would let me know that he wont do it next time. It is sad that they treat you that way when all you want is to enjoy their food and services.

They have no character of being customer service and the only one who had a good manner was one who served. Tapachulteca on the Rosco, a super HORRIBLE meal, flavorless roasted chorizos without taste and for a change the staff who attend are rude train them better we get to consume because we have money train each one of them, little cleaning, they sell you bitch they dont I recommend.
