This new butcher shop in Rosemead is definitely a hidden gem. Their sliced lamb and beef are very fresh and perfect for hot pot or stir fry. They even have fresh lamb and a wide variety of offal. Great service and great prices as well!

Clean, fresh, and many meat you cant find from other place! Highly recommend the frozen bbq, there are so many choice, save time for big party preparations.

Wow, color me VERY impressed! At first I thought no way could the sliced meat be *that* good at the amazing price ($10 a pound as of June 22). Especially when Asian grocery stores sell sliced beef for no less than $12 - 15 per pound.But wow was I wrong. The quality is INCREDIBLE. I mean look at that picture, have you ever seen meat look so picturesque? It almost looks like a movie prop.I came home late and cooked up a couple of slices just to taste and was floored. So good. Sooo tender. And the fat melts and gives such a delicious flavor.Im so used to the cheap cuts from the grocery stores where the meat is tough and fat is chewy. Im so glad we found this place -- I finally have a good, affordable place to get meat for my cooking. Hands down the best Ive ever had. AND the best price too.They sell a ton of stuff like organs and the rest if thats your thing. I may try one day, but Ill be stocking up on the sliced meat in the meantime.(They take card / cash and was told they take EBT too)

Hot pot and kbbq are my favorite easy meals to make at home. Lamb lamb has the best quality sliced meats and skewers priced way better than nearby grocery stores! Try their dipping sauces and soup bases too, they’re excellent!

They have competitive prices for lamb related products, as well as other meats or ingredients for hotpot or bbq. They also provide free spices, spicy or not for skewers. Anything you think you need for a hotpot dinner or meal, they have it. If they dont just go next door to the supermarket to complete your list. In the same shopping plaza, you will find a food court inside the market, Banh Mi Saigon, and Blooming VIP Restaurant for Dim Sum or Chinese BBQ. Lots of free parking and convenient location.

This place is absolutely fantastic. I’ve been to New Zealand where they are known for their delicious lamb. For sure one of the best meals I’ve had in my travels. To my surprise, this place has it! At first, I was skeptical, but I was pleasantly surprised. Sliced beef was really tasty and at a fair price. Will definitely be coming back.

I LOVE hot pot. Honestly my go to meal every week. So happy I found this spot! This place has everything I need. They have a ton of different proteins and soup options. I stocked up on the sliced beef and lamb for hot pot. Def coming back to pick up beef skewers for family bbqs.

My wife and I recently found this little lamb shop in the 626. Being hot pot lovers, this place has been the perfect go to place! Its small but everything is neat and clean. The workers in there can speak Mandarin, English and I think Cantonese too. Highly recommend this place to other fellow hot-pot lovers!!

This new and soon to be not so hidden gem is our new favorite butcher shop. We love cooking hot pot and kbbq at home and this place absolutely delivers when it comes to quality cuts of meat at reasonable prices. Family owned business with great customer service and charm.
