Amazing food and service. This is a take out review. It was my first time coming here, but wow I will be coming back. At the restaurant, you get to pick to style of noodle preparation you want as well as the size/type of noodle. All the noodles are made fresh! The dry mixed noodle was medium spicy and the flavor was robust and made you wanting more. Additionally, both dishes we ordered were large enough to be shared and we still have leftovers! Cant wait to try more of the different types and styles of noodles.

Hand made noodles on the spot. very fresh noodle varieties with good texture paired with different soups or dry mix. the noodles are difficult to share though cuz its actually one very long noodle in a bowl. a little strange but makes for a great dish when celebrating birthdays... longevity noodles. the apps are my favorite, good quantities and good flavors.this was my second time here and my sisters and I shared the beef tendon, seaweed salad and crispy tofu this time. definitely happier with the choices this time around. my other sister polished off the bowl of spicy beef noodle herself and was very happy with it.

Love this location – much newer and a lot less crowded than the original in Arcadia. Usually no wait/line, and food is served pretty quickly. Ive only tried their noodle soups, so cant really speak to anything else on the menu. But the broth is so good (the chili oil gives it a bit of a kick), and I love that they dont skimp out on the meat. Would recommend getting at least mild spice, because the first time I ate here, I opted for no spice and it was super bland. I gave 4 stars because, although the bowls look big, I feel like they dont give that much noodles. Also, I feel like the noodles dont absorb the flavor of the broth very well for some reason. The texture also doesnt hold up very well after sitting in the soup for a while! Personally, I think hand-pulled noodles are better dry. Other than that, I have no complaints. Their other dishes look good, so maybe Ill come back and try those someday.

Came in for my sister in law birthday celebration. We were seated right away and thankful that the ac was on full Blas because it was hot outside. You can customize your noodle size to your liking whether its round or flat. You can also adjust the spiciness of the broth but basically they just add more chili oil to your bowl. I think its Mala based so it will numb your tongue momentarily.

This restaurant is so disgusting and fraud customerss money. Tonight I went to here dine in. Food was average. But customers service was two big thumbs down . When I received the bill I paid 40 dollars. $20×1, $5x 4. Because I thought my bill was 38 dollars something but my actual bill is $33 dollars something .So I went to the front ask why I paid $40 only gave me 1 dollar back. The lady in the front said you only paid $35 dollars. I let her know I paid $40. All of sudden one waiter stepped in to our conversation, raised his voice, said to me your bill only $33 thats impossible youll gave us $40, why do you think you did that thats impossible because your bill only $33 you cant give us $40. 1 with my kid. Since he almost yelled at me I decided paid my tips and left. But after I got home, I recount my money I found out Im missing five dollars. I called this restaurant they checked their camera after 15 minute waiting.They told me My five dollar was dropped by the waiter who was the one raising his voice on me when he passing by he accidentally dropped that five dollar on the ground so therefore when the lady came to check my bill out she only have $35 .But after I left, they actually found five dollars on the ground but when I called theyre not honest to me that they are already found five dollars on the ground but after I asked him to check the camera they say oh thats five dollar its belong to you. Thank you so much to blamed me and unjustly accused me.This is not a matter of $5 dollars, which just proves how shameless this restaurant is. I will not tolerate any kind of rude behavior in the future. I will not take my 20 minutes to drive back just because of the $5 dollars. You can keep but this restaurant forever owned me $5 dollars.I have to write this review. Because I have to let other people who pay cash to this restaurant know that double count your money before give to them.PS: dont use their suggested tips on the bill because its more than you actually need to pay do your own calculation.

Service service service! I ordered takeout but still felt how much they thought about service. Addressed me as soon as I walked in. Checked on me while I waited and made sure I knew my order was coming up shortly. There was a minor language barrier, but easily resolved with pictures in the menu and again, no attitude or frustration. Why is this such a big deal to me? Well Asian restaurants are not really known for service, that’s why.The packaging to go held up very well and was easy to construct my meal at home. Noodles (thick flat) were perfectly chewy and broth spicy like I ordered. There was enough food for two, so I even had enough for dinner later in the evening. Truly lived up to the “Spicy Beef Noodle” title. The gizzards appetizer was chewy and delicious and paired well with the chili oil and black vinegar provided. All in all a great meal and a place I would go back again and again to take care of any noodle craving

Great spot for Lan Zhou noodles, the service was great and the food was good as well. Tastes just like authentic Lan Zhou noodles.

Spicy noodle broth was TOO spicy (even though we got mild) and not flavorful. The homemade flat noodle was neat and good. Will give it another try.Interestingly, the noodle place next door has a tastier, more flavorful spicy beef noodle.

I stumbled in here on a Sunday afternoon with zero expectation. I had to charge the Tesla and I came to the chargers in the same parking lot. I was hungry and had to use the restroom so I decided lets get some noods!I ordered the flat dry noodles with beef and I had to get them extra spicy. So delicious, so worth it, I had no idea my noodles were going to be hand made right in front of me. I dont live close enough to come here everyday but I will visit this place if Im ever within a 2O mile radius!!!
