I love this dealership. It’s not the closest, but I would not consider going anywhere else. I’ve purchased three vehicles from it and will soon be getting another. I get excellent service from the Service Department (Sam Z) and Sales (Jacob).

Amazing customer service for our first Defender maintenance appointment. The moment we drove up we were immediately greeted and checked in. Ivan our service advisor attended to us promptly and explained our visit. He is the best!!! He offered us a Lyft to a local restaurant while we waited. He kept us updated via text. Our vehicle had to be kept overnight for a repair and the loaner process was seamless. Pick up of our Defender was a breeze. We are so happy to be back at LRRM. Everyone we interacted with was friendly.

Overall very pleased with my experience. Jacob Dutton and Brian Dorame were both easy to work with. At the end of the day, buying vehicles is stressful and you don’t want to feel taken advantage of, as can be the case in these situations. While the team here obviously tried to sell me the usual add-ons and extras, it wasn’t aggressive, pushy, or disrespectful. I made myself clear and wasn’t met with resistance. Most negotiating was done prior to me driving out, which I can appreciate. You know they’re giving you a mostly fair deal if they’re willing to let you have their numbers in hand prior to coming in, since you could turn around and use that elsewhere to your benefit.I’m super pleased with my SVR, factory warranty, and negotiations. I feel like both parties won.I’ll be sure to check here first for my next.

Paid almost $600. For my air conditioner cause it was flowing hot and not even 2 weeks later it starts doing it again but it still had a little cold air then took it in again they were asking to much and didn’t have services done & when I got it back it was worse than when I dropped it off isn’t there some kinda guaranteed for there work?

A high-class experience from start to finish!I was shopping for a new RR Velar P380 R-Dynamic HSE and I contacted at least 5 dealers in SoCal, but Rancho Mirage was just the best in every measurable degree.My salesman was Cody Dreier and he responded quickly to my online inquiry. He answered some questions I had, he sent a spec sheet, we negotiated a deal, and I was able to place a deposit; and all of this happened over the phone on the same day!!! Throughout the process, Cody was very professional and had a refreshing, easy-going, no-pressure presence. I flew in a few days later to buy the car and he had it ready inside the client delivery room with a bow on the car. Then, after signing the paperwork, I thought everything was done. Instead, Rancho Mirage surprised me with a one-on-one personal tour with the cars multitude of features; product specialist Bernice helped me set up my phone and infotainment system, show me the driving dynamics available, and answered any questions I had before leaving. Truly a high-class experience from start to finish.Also worth noting, Rancho Mirage has a very noticeable selection of more customized cars that you really dont see in any of the other dealers in SoCal. Let me begin by saying the staff have always been polite. I have had consistent reoccurring problems with my Discovery 2020 since I’ve gotten it and constantly get the run around and all I’ve asked is for them to fix the issues. I’ve gone to 3 of the service techs, their supervisor and Mike the manager. It’s disappointing because I like their cars but they do not make things right even when they say they agree there’s a problem. I’ve emailed the company with no response as well. At this point I cannot wait to get rid of this car!

Bought a 2018 Discovery from this dealership. Car advertised as Certified Preowned with up to 7 years or 100k warranty.While signing paperwork we caught that they added an extra 1k to agreed sale price. Good thing we noticed it, and they acted like it was a typo..After couple months they charged us $1200 for fixing a broken cable. (Car still has manufacturers warranty) No parts changed. And according to them they fixed the car between 5 and 6 PM, in less than 1 hour.We called Land Rover Customer service recently and found out that at the time of the sale they did not include Certified Preowned Warranty which was the main reason we bought the car.Writing this with hope that you can avoid this scammers..

I worked with Elle to find the right pre-owned vehicle for me. I live in another city so we communicated via text messages and emails. We had an amazing experience at Land Rover Rancho Mirage. We were welcomed as soon as we entered the building by Josh who took us on a test drive and answered all of our questions. He is very knowledgeable and gave us great information including a lot of information we never knew even though we already owned a Range Rover. He made the process very smooth. We also had our young son with us and Josh and everyone made him feel very welcome. Our transaction was also later in the day and everyone stayed and helped get the deal done and we never felt rushed. My first visit here...so far so good. Stay tuned...so the jury is in...this is my third visit. The second visit didnt go so well. Several issues I asked about were never addressed. When I reminded Samuel, he apologized but nothing ever came of it. The third time I took my car in at 8am on a Monday because the check engine light was on. I was told it was a solenoid that needed to be replaced; that it was in stock and I should have the car back by the end of the day. It took them 3 full days to do it and then they found out that there was something else... It wasnt just the solenoid. It took them another 4 days to fix that. I finally got my car back after 9 days. In the meantime I had two different service people assigned to me. I finally had to physically go there to get an update because Samuel didnt respond to my text asking for an update. Fortunately Duncan was there to help. So after three visits I can tell you that they are slow and unresponsive. I assume the quality of the work is good.. we will see...I felt like I was a very low priority to them...maybe because I didnt purchase the car from them or maybe because the work was under warranty??? I really dont understand why it took 9 full days,.. and the unresponsiveness is inexcusable.

Review for: Land Rover Service Department.I had just bought a brand new Defender Model Year 2022; had it for 4 days and only out 500 miles on it when it died on me.Phoned JLR Roadside assistance and had it towed to the nearest dealership which was Indigo’s Jaguar Land Rover.The service center was closed ( it was the weekend) however the dealership was open and kind enough to drive me back to the place I was staying in the desert.Sam in the service department was assigned my vehicle and they looked at it promptly on Monday, zoned in on the issue and immediately ordered the part. By Wednesday it was fixed and Thursday cleared all tests, and they even cleaned up the vehicle for me, before leveraging JLR’s Reunite program and having the car sent back to my place over 130 miles away. So while I was anxious not having my brand new car and it dying after the first four days; it was just a loose seal and this service center fixed it immediately and had it back to me stat; and Sam kept me up to date the entire way.I appreciated their insight and updates, and resolution to my problem.

The engine light on my LR4 suddenly appeared while visiting our home in PS. I had to drive my Family back to LA that evening and was concerned I would encounter issues. I took my car in because a warning light was on and there was a rattling sound in the ceiling lighting area. Service was good until after I picked up my car. On the way home a different caution light (the all terrain light) came on. I called and left a message and was called back quite quickly. Just completed an out of state deal after working with Gabe and I have to say they are by far the best Jaguar dealership that I have dealt with. The process was very to the point and Gabe was very friendly even when I was getting impatient on the vehicle delivery status he maintained a professional and friendly attitude. Would suggest anyone in the market no matter where you are, to go here if you are looking for a car from an honest dealership.

Service experience is good not great. But I’m used to Lexus service which has always been 5 star. Jaguar isn’t ready with the loaner car. It’s a 2 step process. The loaner is always dirty. And it takes awhile to get an appointment. I love my car but you would expect a luxury car to have 5 star service. They could improve.

The vehicle buying experience that I had at Land Rover Rancho Mirage was truly exceptional! I purchase a certified vehicle for them while living in another state and while I was somewhat skeptical, Greg, Mike and the entire team at LR Rancho Mirage put my mind at ease. Service was AWFUL!!! Mark, the Land Rover Service Rep was terrible, as usual. I didnt know he would be my service person before I dropped off my car. If had known, I would have requested someone else . I reserved a loaner in advance. There were no loaners available. I was dropped off at Enterprise to pick up a rental for the day. When I went in to Enterprise, there were no rentals available for at least an hour. I called the dealership back and was put on hold twice. Finally spoke to Michael who came to pick me up and took me back to the dealership. I picked up my car and went back to work without work being performed. Two hours wasted!

Jaguar Rancho Mirage is the place to go to buy your next Jaguar. Eric in the sales department is simply outstanding. This is the second Jaguar I have purchased from Eric and have been extremely happy with both of my cars. The new Jaguar lease programs have outstanding service warranties. I drove into the service area of Jaguar without an appt. because I thought there was an issue with my jag. They immediately took my car in and provided me with a loaner. Chad was so awesome. He explained everything to me and followed through with it all. I had my car back by the end of the day. And they even brought me a cup of coffee as soon as I arrived! First class experience. I bought the vehicle sight unseen. Greg in sales took the time to go out and do a walk around to inspect for any damage. Greg made the buying process fast and hassle free. When the vehicle arrived, which Greg also handled, it was everything that he had represented it to be. Great follow up. I actually paid a little more for this vehicle than a few others I was looking at but as the saying goes “best price isn’t always best deal”.Wouldn’t hesitate to buy another vehicle or recommend friends to this company.

Mark Belmonte is a great service advisor and lucky to have him help me. I have owned 5 Range Rovers and lived in big cities where service would seem hectic---but ---all of these dealerships were quick with the simple services. One day in and out in the afternoon ---or in some cases even wait for 2 hours. I am obviously a repeat customer for Land Rover. Your dealership is too slow--2 1/2 days for fluid changes and a new battery on a car with 7,000 miles.---hard on the customer with busy schedule.

Unfortunately my first experience was not great. I scheduled an appointment 2 weeks in advance for first thing in the morning, so I could drop off and get back with my busy work schedule. When I called at 2pm that day, I was told they still hadn’t started my vehicle, and it would not be started until the next day. In all my years and with many different makes, that has never happened. What made the review negative was there was barely even an apology until I expressed my dissatisfaction. I was too busy to pick up the next day, and they didn’t even offer to deliver. I had to make that suggestion. Quite disappointed of the lack of recognition on their failing.

Where do I begin????Well to start the service that I have ALWAYS received from Land Rover Rancho Mirage is absolutely impeccable.I purchased my LR out of state and the first time I arrived in the valley I had a small issue that I needed taken care of. This is where I was first introduced to the Rancho Mirage location. My initial service was dealt with by Greggor? I believe his name was and although the actual service was prompt he didnt seem to be to concerned with how much of my time he took up. Talking to much and not having a working knowledge of his printer I was quite delayed getting out the door.My second and all subsequent appointments I have dealt with Jennifer in the service department. She is efficient, knowledgeable and aware of what my time means to me. She has corrected a complication for me from my home dealership in WA. Going above and beyond what I expected my home dealership to do but failed on. Not only fixing this issue but making all of my regular service appointments easy, quick, and correct.On any questions I had about the workings of my land rover that she could not answer I was taken out to the shop and the service technician explained and answered all of my questions. I wish I could recall his name. He was really great answering all of my questions with my limited working knowledge of mechanics.I wish all of my service could be done with LR Rancho Mirage but sadly I must rotate between here and my home dealership.In summary I highly recommend LR Rancho Mirage you will have no regrets about their outstanding professionalism and service. I highly anticipate purchasing my next LR with them.

What a great experience! We have purchased many cars over the past 30 years and this ranks as one of the top. I pulled into the lot with the intention of sitting in a JaguarPace to see if it was more comfortable than our Caddie. Eric Brooks said sure...sit in this one! It was SO comfortable and I am tall and it was easy to get in and I had so much legroom! Bill had wanted a Jag as he has had so many different cars over the years and he really liked the looks of the Pace F. He gave Eric the go ahead and we came in the next day and bought it! Eric was so professional and friendly and made it a nice experience. We then went into Bill Bs office..did the paperwork which was also cut and dry and didnt take HOURS! We took a drive around the block where we learned more about how to work all the buttons than we ever knew in the caddie! We LOVE the vehicle and Eric already arranged for us to drop it off to get the coating and a thorough detail.!! We are very pleased with such a great car buying experience!!!

I’m very disappointed in the customer service, the vehicle, and most of all the lack of sincere interest in wanting to resolve vehicle product technical issues. My car connectivity has not been working in 2 months and jaguar service people don’t know how to fix it. Instead of wanting to replace the entire digital dash? They have not given me assurance the issue will be resolved. I called the manufacturer and they have also yet to return my call backs. The performance of the vehicle is wonderful, but I would not purchase another jaguar nor recommend anyone a jaguar product.

I live in San Diego and was not happy with the service and selection they had at my local Range Rover dealership. I found Jaguar Land Rover Rancho Mirage online as I searched other dealers. Inventory was great so we decided to take drive over. I had been in touch with Chaise prior to our meeting in person. He had some of the vehicles I had expressed interest in all lined up and ready for test drives.The day was a great purchase experience largely to to Chaise, and of course my beautiful new car! My girlfriend and I were camping outside of Palm Springs with our 2006 Range Rover. We woke up in the morning to find the Rover sitting lower than it should be, started the car and found suspension fault on the display. After some obligatory cursing I called Rancho Mirage and they luckily were able to get us in. When we arrived Chad Ingram checked us in, he was awesome, very personable, and professional. Chad was able to find us a loaner car so we didnt have to interrupt our plans for the day. A few hours later we recieved a text from Chad with a diagnosis and estimate of the repair cost. They had the part in stock and could have it done that same day and at a very fair price. I okd the repair and we picked it up later that day. For a nerve racking situation, Chad, Service Manager Michael Labrecque, and the skilled Technician made the whole experience very pleasant. I would definitely recommend the Service Department and would like to thank them again for such an outstanding experience.
