2023-11-19 03:30:21I absolutely love this franchise. Anytime I find one I havent been to, I stop in and eat. Ive never been let down because the food is always amazing, and the drinks are on point. Ive tasted a lot of things on their menu and have enjoyed them all. Whatever you choose is always a good choice. The staff at this one was very friendly and the waiter even chatted us up for a bit. The best part outside of the food is all the dogs that allowed to come eat. As a dog owner of 3, its nice to see a place set up for your furry friends to join you. I just wish I had one located closer to home.

2023-12-09 04:32:45I recently visited Lazy Dog in Rancho Cucamonga and I had a great experience. The restaurant had a cozy and welcoming atmosphere, with a nice outdoor patio area. The service was prompt and friendly, and the food was delicious. I ordered the Tortilla soup and it was perfect and had a great flavor. The portion sizes were generous and the prices were reasonable. Overall, I had a fantastic meal at Lazy Dog and I would definitely recommend it to others.

2023-07-11 01:40:07Came here on the weekend, around the time most restaurants are closing. We were still able to avail of some Happy Hour deals. There were a couple of vegetarians in our group and they were happy that there were a few options to choose from. As for my hubby and I, we struck out on our first choices --- they were out of at least 4 menu items which was a bummer. The items we ordered instead turned out good.

2023-11-22 05:00:01The Ontario location has the same great service and atmosphere as the Montclair location. However, some of the entrees were a little lacking, particularly the carnitas dish. The presentation was great, but the meat itself was dry, and the sauce it was doused in wasnt exceptionally flavorful.

2023-10-23 23:43:16This was our first trip. We will try it again and update if they were just off their game this night. Service was mediocre, at best, which surprised us. The outdoor patio is lovely, with big trees, inconsistent lighting, and lots of pooches. The indoor decor seemed attractive, as well. My husband had the sticky ribs and enjoyed them. I ordered the bison burger cooked medium-well and paid the extra $2.50 to upgrade my side to onion rings (I received seven.) my burger was grossly undercooked, but it was so long before the server checked on us again that I chose to decline a new one. It felt very chain-y. I had higher hopes, but perhaps a second chance will improve this review.

2023-12-09 02:28:42I dont know who this menu is for. Its all over the place and Its just faux-elevated bar food (and not worth the price.Loaded potato hush puppies, by its name, should be a cornbread potato croquette with baked potato fixings. This was a mashed potato ball with the type of spicy aioli typically best served with poke. The chicken lettuce wrap is just a deconstructed Thai chicken salad that is hard to build and is better consumed as a salad...but not on the tiny plate they chose.Brussel sprouts were alright but the croutons should either be cut smaller or they should just toss them with breadcrumbs. Its hard to eat both a Brussel sprout (half) and these monstrous mouth-cutting herbed bricks. The menu is confusing and it is hard to get excited about items that dont make sense. Stop trying to cater to everyone and do one thing really well. I feel like they are trying to compete with BJs, which is another place I generally avoid for these very reasons.Apple huckleberry open faced pie has excellent vanilla bean ice cream (but... is that really worth mentioning?) and the hand-folded sugar crust is notable.HOWEVER, not only can you not taste huckleberry, it looks like more like a spread than the made-in-house compote one would expect from wild huckleberries.Service is excellent but that doesnt compensate for how utterly unsatisfying everything is. I was STARVING when we got here (we been traveling all day) and as famished as we were, not a single thing sounded appetizing. And by the end of the meal I was still exceedingly hungry.Perhaps the biggest dining disappointment in my entire life. If not for the happy hour prices and their e-club introductory coupon, it wouldve been a total loss. But we wont be racking up on more points on that membership.Speaking of memberships, theres a Costco around the corner. Save yourself the trouble and just buy 3 of their pizzas instead.Better yet, Blackbear diner aims for the same ambience but succeeds in a the ways this franchise fails. Go there if you want a rustic small mountain town feel with food you actually want to eat

2023-11-23 01:46:42Tried this restaurant for the first time.Decor - very stylish, fit will with the overall atmosphereService - excellent, server was very attentive and friendlyFood - wasnt as impressed with the food I ordered. Fried Deviled eggs almost tasted like regular without all the extra calories from the frying. The PBJ hamburger barely had pb on it so did not taste PBJ. The waitress was even surprised. Finally the smores brownie was good but not great. Couldnt figure out what was missing.Overall would not try any of the three items if I were to visit again. Quite disappointed considering the rave reviews.

2023-12-02 17:40:54I ordered the blacked chicken bowl, shared appetizers of calamari and Brussels sprouts. Calamari was more so like an Asian dish, which I love Asian cuisine but I just want regular calamari when I order calamari. The Brussels sprouts were lemon flavored so I didn’t care for them as the lemon couldn’t mask how hard they grilled them or whatever. The chicken bowl was okay, not really seasoned but better than the apps.My favorite thing was the New York sour drink I ordered. I had 3. Lmmfao

2023-07-09 00:13:03Wonderful restaurant, great service, good food.We stopped in for a late lunch. We received superior service provided by Zachary. He was genuine, attentive, and hospitable. We had the kung pao chicken and rice, grilled lemon chicken with cauliflower mash and greenbeans, and banana pudding. After placing our order Zach brought us a first time guest, ftg as he called it, special which was the chips with parmesan (not sure of the name). It was delicious. We received our food fairly quickly. It was hot and seasoned well. I only wished there were more vegetables in the kung pao chicken. The grill chicken was moist and green beans were not as cooked as we would have liked but that is just our preference. The cauliflower mash was exceptional and not too sweet as cauliflower can naturally be. I love mashed potatoes and while you can still tell the difference between cauliflower mash and mashed potatoes, it was a very good substitute. Probably the best cauliflower mash Ive had.The banana pudding was delicious. You get the real banana taste and get this, there are real bananas inside. Definitely recommend.
