Very clean with lots of machines to wash and dry. Various size washers to handle small loads up to very large loads. Plenty of rolling carts to help bring your laundry inside. WiFi available, prices are inline with other laundromats, machines are always operational, at least every time Ive been there and the Asian ladies who work there keep the place spotless.

I can’t say I’m a fan of laundromats but if you’re in the Hayward area and you need a place to wash your dirty laundry, I recommend this place. It was spacious, very well maintained and very clean. There is parking, a huge variety of different size washers and vending machines. There is also some sort of windowed in area where you can buy detergent and washing supplies. Its a nice clean place, decent wash prices. But the expense comes when comes to drying your clothes. That can be very costly, I spent alot and clothes were still damp.
Great service and very helpful staff. The laundry is always clean, sanitized and the machines are always working in great conditions. You will need a card to pay, I recommend to bring cash or you can also use an ATM that’s available inside the laundry.
This is my new favorite place to wash! It smells clean the machines are clean and updated with was cards! The lady who works there was friendly and helpful! The dryers where fast and they are open until 11pm last wash at 10pm! I will return and recommend to anyone! Probably best to go early or later in the evening!
I was impressed at how clean the facility was. With plenty of machines and a very helpful staff, Id say it was perfect but I cant. Normally Id bring quarters with me, thank goodness I didnt have many and planned on changing in some $1sThe laundromat uses reloadable cards, and the machine does not take quarters. This ends up being easier IF you knew in advance. Also I was told that they close at 10pm and NOT 11pm as the website advertises. So now Im leaving with several loads of wet clothes from a place I looked up and drove to ONLY because they were open an hour later than the other laundromatsIf they stayed on their website that the cards were what was used accepting Bills only and updated their hours of operation This business would be 4☆
I arrived at 9:44pm (last wash at 10pm) inside the laundromat, started to load my clothes when I was approached by an employee telling me it was closed and I need to go. Saying it was to late to wash. WHILE the door was still open and people was still entering and washing.Disappointed
Came here at 9:55pm was knocking on the very front door facing hes blvd and it was locked. It wasnt until i saw someone come out of another door facing bac rd that i even knew there was another way into the building. I walked in and was immediately greeted by a very rude anger man telling me their closed and i cant wash my clothes. As im talking to him the clock says 9:58pm and im telling him the last load is at 10pm and he said “ya so were closed” he sat there and argued with me and wouldnt allow me to wash my clothes. Who ever runs this place. Seriously needs to talk to their employees. I wasted my time and gas coming here from San Leandro because the last load was at 10. Now i have to find probably a 24 hour laundry mat in order to get my clothes done. There was no reason forHim to treat me so badly and be flat out mean and rude. I was literally watching a woman start her washing machine as hes sitting there arguing with me. Like i cant believe for a second any business would want this to be what they are all about. I took q video of him blowing me off and in the video you can see him unlock the front door i originally tried to enter into to get the carts that were placed outside. And i know for a fact im not the only person hes treated like that. How much business do you have to lose before you talk to your employees and let them know you dont want this to be what your business stands for. Im seriously speechless and don’t appreciate my time and gas being wasted for someone who clearly gates their job and where they work to take his miserable life out on me. My advise. Dont come here. Its not worth the head ache. You could literally go anywhere else in the bay area and be treated with far more respect and human decency. Unbelievable

Clean, spacious and lots of available washers/dryers, depending on the times you go, but overall its likely that you will be able to get a load in easily. Good laundry card load up process, but you do need to have cash to load. Theres an ATM (expensive one) on site if youre caught without cash to load on the laundry card. They sell laundry detergent etc., but prob. Expensive. Oh and they have wi-fi, very cool.
I gave this a two because of the cleanliness. Intte past year the place is very clean. One woman is extremely rude. The other one is alright. They are continually raising their prices Almost $5.oo to use medium size washer. $0.40 for dryer for 10 minutes. They have turned heat on dryers way down. Dried 3 white shirts for 30 minutes, and they were not even dry. I used 2.other dryers on high heat for 40 minutes, and they were not even dry. I complained to lady about it.. She. Repeatedly lied to me saying they never did that. Funny thing is, is that for 1 year, my clothes were always dry. I have $60.00 on my card, when used up I will never go back their again. San because I liked this place, but not anymore. I would not recommend this laundromat to anyone.
So clean and easy to use. The ladies that work here are extremely rude. You should visit just to experience them. The cards that you use are user friendly but can only be used at the location you download money at even though all their other locations addresses are on the back.

Lees Laundromat charges $1 for the card just to use the machine - no coin inserts. Place is already over priced. Little Chinese woman with glasses just as the reviews stated- extremely rude and all about money. Would not recommend. The place is all showy with tiled floors but terrible with service and price.
I love Lees laundromat been going there for years like others have said its always clean and I can get my laundry done fairly quickly. Imagine how excited I was to discover they opened on closer to my house. However the lady that works there is like a little laundry Natzi or something, she is super rude and tried to force me to put the same amount of laundry in the $14 machine that I would put in the $8 machine. Why would I pay all that money if I can pay $8. Needless to say after a couple of encounters with her I have since stopped going to that one. Id rather go to Hayward where my laundry experience is drama free.

Ive been to a lot of the Lee Laundromats in the Bay Area. I feel like this one gives the others a bad name. They use the card system like the rest but the others in SJ offer a $5 dollar bonus when you put $20 on your card. Here you get $2 bonus bucks. That coupled with the rude lady who just kinda laughed in my face when I asked her why it isnt a $5 bonus like all the other Lee Laundromats that Ive been to. I plan on avoiding this one in the future. Just not a good vibe nor friendly employees.
I came to do my laundry here Always but last two visit i have a trouble, one of my visits i loose my card witch i understand is my problem, the other time i use two machines of $4.65 each this time i dont have to much do put in the big ones that i always use, !! The point is the machine it wasnt working good i told the chinese lady and she change the hot water to warm (i always use hot ) i let her pass, but still not working i told her and her response was the machine is working i told her to wach the others has water on it but she just told me is working and she walk away, that is not nice, should have a good customer service and resolve our problems

I went a month or so ago, the place is clean, the staff is very clean and friendly, but the big problem is that a homeless person takes our clothes when the dryer is being used and takes the clothes without any respect and goes to the customers bathroom and changed the old and dirty clothes and horrible this bad experience and the staff cant take control because they gave the excuse that the police do nothing, I think what they need is security because you also feel intimidated by that person.

I go every week to do my laundry, its been several times when machines dont work or stop working when my laundry is inside, they will never give you the money back, you will have to use more money out of your pocket, they should have like a card with money just in case something like that (not customers fault)happen, one of the dryers that I was using didnt dried my clothes I always put the same time and the lady said the sometimes machines brake that I should put more money or use another one, I asked her to pay for more time since it was not my fault she said no she said for me to put more money or take home like that, Owner, take care of your customers.

Excellent place to wash, as a personal recommendation, come to wash at night around 8 pm since there are more free machines and you will have more space to move between the aisles, and return home quickly, closing time 11 pm. From Monday to Friday, Saturday and Sunday they close at 10 pm.

2023-07-26 03:08:33I was there around 6:30 pm. This place is well lighted, roomy, clean. I give 5 stars because I have my laundry done in no time. It is located at the end of a shopping center with lots of ethnic restaurants and even grocery store, a club. You won’t get bore while you are doing laundry. It just like step into a mini world👍👍👍👍👍

2023-03-01 05:53:299:45 p.m. and they close at 11:00 but I was just told I could not wash my clothes there even though I dont need to dry them because I was going to dry them at my house but an hour and 15 minutes was not enough time for me to wash them in there washing machine Im very angry about this place and well never come back to Lees laundromat again. He could have told me this after I just put $25 on my card but he waits until I put $25 on my card then go to the washing machine and I was told no.

2017-08-07 02:23:08This laundromat gets 5 stars because of the convenience and the cleanliness. Theres a parking lot (its part of a small shopping area), and lots of washers and dryers. You pay for the machines with their reloadable card. Cards initial cost is $1. You must use cash to load up the card to whatever amount you want. There is an ATM available if you dont have cash handy. This is very convenient for those who hate going to the bank for quarters.There are also TVs to ease your boredom, along with wifi. Heres a preview of the costs of the front loading washers: Double load $3.25; Triple load $4.25; Maxi load $5.25. There are also Mega and Magnum load. I find that if I have a full hamper (imagine a regular/typical tall mesh laundry basket), I could fit all my clothes in the Maxi load. You also just need one cup of laundry detergent for that.The ladies that work here are always cleaning the place so it feels very clean. Youre also in a nice little shopping area, so I usually walk down the strip and buy something to eat while Im waiting.

2023-04-15 03:06:27I got some help pretty quickly. I was completely unfamiliar with the pay card system and although I managed to buy one, couldnt figure out how to put money on it. A woman working there helped me out and also, unprompted, helped me get the washing machine started. The place is super clean and everything looks newish. Minus 1 star because the washer didnt spin as well as it should have.

2023-03-23 00:23:08Facilities are nice and very tidy. Biggest laundromat ever. Only issue I had was you have to trasfer (money)to a store prepaid card to use machines. You first have do a seperate $1 transaction just to get the card than you do it again to load $ to it. VERY confusing for new customers. It was like the self check out at Luckys. The attendant was constanly helping people having $ issues. She was very helpful and nice though. My next visit will be a piece of cake.
