Love how they have the option to place an order on the kiosks up front. Coffee was good it helped get through the day, and the breakfast sandwich was okay. I would most likely come back to try something else.

I love Lees. This location is cute and trendy. My favorite is the Chinese bbq pork Bahn mi (todays pick). I also love their vermicelli bowls as well as their breakfast items, especially the caramelized steak, egg, and cheese sandwich (so yummy on baguette or croissant). The chicken curry always looks delicious and Im thinking itll be a good choice next time I go. I also love to buy the single baguettes. Lees is great value for the money and this location is fast and convenient - cant ask for more.

I am very disappointed with the sandwiches that we ordered. We went there for sandwiches mid morning. I ordered #49 Roast beef and honey ham sandwich and my husband had the #81 egg, cheese and bacon sandwich. The service was fast because the place was empty. The protein in my sandwich it was one tiny piece of roast beef that looks like jerky and the ham taste like bologna. While we were eating, they received the inventory- the produce, meats and dairy including eggs it was sitting outside on the side walk for more than 20minutes at 85 degree. The floor and the vents on the displays were stuffed with dust. I used to work in restaurants and I don’t recommend to eat there.

I couldn’t wait to review! Come eat this place! I got the surf and turf spring rolls. The flavor is phenomenal! Customer service is AMAZING!!! A woman is visiting from Canada and has been coming every day on her vacation to get their coffee so if you like caffeine, I’d give it a try but an amazing shop.

SO CAL IN THE HOUSE! Lees Lees Lees!! Does it again!This place just like home! The food was fast and delicious and the bread was perfection. The pork was nice and tender. Im gonna need some more authentic fish sauce which they call Vietnamese Dressing on their ordering app option.. This place was so good I came back twice in one week. I wish there was a few more locations around! So happy to have a little more standard Bahn Mi in my life. Oh god and those pork buns.... mmmmm GIve me 7 and rub my belly.

I ordered a shrimp spring roll with no pork, it came with spicy peanut sauce. I also got a small avocado smoothie with boba. The bobas were hard (might of been old). Everything else was really tasty. The total came out to be $15. The service was a little strange. Even though they have a microphone it was still hard to hear the server. She also seemed pretty hesitant to ask the cooks a question about the ingredients about the peanut sauce.

The sandwich was amazing: perfect pork belly and a wonderfully hefty portion of fresh, crunchy veggies. The only issue I had was the dim lighting in the atmosphere making it a bit hard to read the menu. But the service was great and answered any questions.

The worst Lee Sandwich and most expensive that I have ever been to. Bought 2 #5 and a avocado smoothie. The sandwich is cold, soft🙁. The bbq pork inside is room temperature, mix between over cooked black hard pork, some ok and pieces of clear pork fat🙄😱. The cilantro turning yellow. For the smoothies, it has no taste since it is too much ice. It cost almost $30. We were traveling and have not had any Vietnamese foods for over a week, looking for some good Vietnamese food on our way home. Found this place, such a sad situation. Very disappointed.

This place was at one time my go to place on my way to the bay area!I was so excited this last weekend when we stopped to buy food. The pork bun and the sticky rice meat bowl were both thrown away. The quality of the food has changed and it may be due to ownership changing. We will never eat there again.

It’s blah… okay I guess if you want a fast food version of a banh mi sandwich that is prepared in 30 secondsBut 3 stars because it lost it’s soul. There is no art in making the sandwich. The meat has large pieces of burnt charcoal. The meat taste like the free meat that they hand out at the mall. I didn’t like it and wouldn’t go back. Still giving it some stars because some people may value the cheap price and speed… but if you want a good authentic experience or authentic banh mi- this is not it.If you want a good banh mi sandwich go to Kibi in Walnut Creek.

Banh mi is decent.Not sure if it’s just me but the Vietnamese coffee is extremely sweet. And the Thai tea now tastes like the bottled one at the Asian market. I asked for lite ice in both drinks and because of that, they didn’t fill the drinks to the top.

Visited first time today. Asked for a Veggie sandwich recommendation. Staff recommended Lemongrass Tofu Banh Mi. It was great!! Bread was super soft and sauce gave it a nice flavor. Will definitely be coming back.

Lees is a franchise restaurant. Normally this location is pretty good, the last two times its been just ok. Service is good, food is average, I would stop by if I was close but would not travel out of my way to go here. Lees in general is good and normally pretty consistent.

Lees is such a Bay Area institution I guess I had high expectations in todays sandwich. 1) The order was wrong, I said baguette not croissant, 2) missing a lot of tuna salad, half the sandwich was just bread, and 3) croissant taste stiff, like days old. Nasty food safety practices. Look at the other negative reviews here and eat at your own risk.Ordered 4 sandwiches from this place, 2 of them had meat which was GREEN and smelled rotten. Took a very very small bite and almost threw up. Had to throw the sandwiches out. Called the place and they seemed unfazed.So not only are they not taking care of their produce but the employees are so checked out or uncaring that theyll happily put OBVIOUSLY ROTTEN meat into your sandwich.Gross.

Make no mistake, the sandwiches at Lees are fantastic and the signature coffee is lovely if you want something a bit more exotic than Subways or Jimmy Johns. The baguettes are the best Ive had in a sandwich shop and the patê is very addictive. The hot snacks are delicious. Its really worth a visit or three just to taste the wide range of Vietnamese food on offer.And so I come to it; the reason I gave Lees 3 stars. Its because the service isnt great . I have been three times in the last month. Three times they got the order wrong even though its on the printed ticket. The last time I went they missed a complete sandwich !!! It wasnt even busy. I also noticed that other customers were coming back saying this isnt what I ordered or this isnt my order. Dont get me wrong, the servers are always very friendly and are very keen to fix things, there just seems to be a disconnect between them taking the order and then the kitchen making the order and then you getting what you ordered. It turns a quick purchase for lunch into a am I going to make it back to work in time situation. Despite all of this, like I said, Ive been back three times, so take that how you will. One bit of advice, ALWAYS check your order before you leave.

I wouldnt have too much objection if the quality of the service matched to the quality of sandwich. Also, I downloaded the app and I asked the girl behind the counter if they accepted the offer and she said they dont. I came soon after the location opened. I ordered an iced coffee and shredded chicken sandwich, which I read good reviews about. I was concerned when my order came out about two minutes after I ordered, which means the food was pre-made although I did not come during rush hour. The iced coffee was 80% by volume ice and the shredded chicken sandwich was so dry. The chicken was very old because it had the texture of crusty yellow shreds. It was similar to when you mix shredded chicken and mayo and after a couple hours, the top crusts over, but the entire sandwich was that. There was no sauce in the sandwich. Did not meet my expectations.

The bahn mi is solid for the price and they they pack them full. Their french bread must be the most bland/flavorless bread i have ever eaten. The milk teas are super sweet and creamy kind of like melted ice cream. The spicy wings are my favorite wings so far. I love their Banh mi #1 but my BF loves their meatball Banh mi! Since we have been stuck at home and limiting our time outside, we order our food on their website and .....VOILA! Food is ready once we arrive. Quick and easy. When there isnt a long line, they even bring it out to us. Service is great, we feel safe and food is delicious. We cant ask for more during these times. Ok Ive been coming here since I moved here. Loved their grilled pork sandwiches, egg rolls, etc. Really miss my banh mi. However they gave me a bad salami sandwich today. It was literally gray when I took it out. Im not sure how any of the workers looked at that and were like sure this is still good. Thankfully they refunded my entire lunch so I appreciate that. But until they can demonstrate good food safety practices we wont be coming back.

I was starving and call to order the #1 Vietnamese combination sandwich. Got there at 6:48pm. I noticed my sandwich was so flat than usual. I opened it up and notice there was no hams, no vegetable pickles. They only give me the pate, gelatin pig ears, few jalapanose, celantro, and 1 tny piece of cucumber. It is not about the money but pure unethical. They should just be honest with the customers and let them know they ran out of the ingredients. Luckily I didnt wait to get home to open it.

Service at the counter sucks. Person taking the order is not familiar with the menu - just said I dont know. He didnt explain if its out or not available. There are 12 orders ahead of me, 5 came back wrong i.e. should be no cheese, should be all pork, no shrimp,.or just chicken. He repeats the order but still gets the order wrong. The delivery of food takes too long to wait for just a sandwich. Other hot food has came out first but not my sandwich. I dont think they do it by order of which was arrived but whats available. The food prep is not organized. Its been 20 min so I went and checked my order. The kitchen didnt have my ticket so they didnt make my sandwich. I asked for refund instead. Very disappointed. Will not come again.
