The location that is supposed to be better Rancho Cucamonga is the worst one I have ever been.Awful food, no flavor at all, very bad presentation, bad service. Poorly prepared, very low quality. The pickles were old and squished. I usually get full with half of the croissant, this time I finished all, and not even full. I feel like I didnt even get half of the croissant. Baggets were COLD!!! 🥶 Smoothie coffee NO FLAVOR.A TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY IM ENTITLED TO A REFUND!!**No, my family gave them to me. Not going back!Last Saturday around 11:30 a.m. I got 4 sandwiches 2 croissants, 2 baggetts, 3 Smoothies, and 2 cold baggets for $75 dollars. Plus tip 81 Dlls.

They finally put a Lees in town. Ladies where I work always bring in Mr. Lees famous bread and mini egg rolls.. what Ive tasted from just that cant wait to try whats up ahead. Always heard about them but never had one close by to actually walk in and see first hand what there Ll about. But from what I see they have a great selection of food to choose from. Cant wait!!

Lees is one of my favorite places to get my Vietnamese sandwich when Im in San Gabriel Valley. The only concern I have is that they are kinda “easy on meats.” Definitely not the same Lee’s sandwich I had in decades. Well, after the pandemic, everything changed... feels like we paid more and got less.. 😂

So out of the blue I stopped there today. Had a #3 because I just lone pork. I asked no cilantro and no pepers, they were on the sandwich when they handed to me. I just picked out but I hate to waste food. The bread was fresh and so were the ingredients. The cured pork was sooooo good.

We arrived an hour before closing and they already had all of the chairs on tables. They were more worried about completing the closing tasks then helping customers. They ran out of grilled pork and grilled chicken and said they only had enough other meat to make 2 sandwiches. We left and then returned to get a drink and the young man who had been helping us rolled his eyes at my 10 year old as she approached the counter. Horrible customer service and attitude. We wont be back to this location again.

Please train your staff...any other Lees doesnt have a problem substituting drinks...I wanted to substitute a coffee that cost $1.00 instead of getting a soft drink that cost over $2.00 for my combos...well I couldnt becuase it wasnt in their system really??? I also ordered an ice coffee that was more like just ice...I just read other rating and like others I have also been to other Lees, I rather drive to Chini hills where they know what they are doing...I will rate sandwich once I see it...hope that added a decent amount of chicken. Yup....this is a chicken sandwich with scraps of chicken...$20 dinner...never going here again....get it together Lees Rancho Cucamonga!!! It would be nice for the owner to see these reviews and comment.

Not to our expectations compared to the other Lees Sandwich shops we went to. This Rancho Cucamonga location lacks an online ordering system. Plus, they do not carry any kind of desserts or pastries. Its literally just coffee and limited sandwiches. Thats it. There are no other appetizers, snacks, and other little snacks compared to the other locations.On top of that, our order were missing ingredients. One of my sandwiches did not have any cheese in it and I clearly stated I want Provolone cheese. The other sandwich ordered was charged incorrectly. Because they carry a limited amount of sandwiches, I opted for a similar sandwich, the cheaper version. When I got home and looked things over on the receipt (I shouldve done this while I was still there), I realized they charged me extra for the premium sandwich pricing. And it was missing mustard and mayo pack. I mean, the order wasnt completely wrong...but just little ingredients here and there that end up missing which can really throw off the taste of the sandwich. And of course, the pricing goof. I mean, I can easily afford it, but its the principal behind it. You know?I gave three stars for this Lees location, and thats generous on my part. I couldve given 1-star, but their universal baguette bread is super tasty and their iced coffee is one of the best. Its just the workers need to pay more attention in pushing the correct order out. Quality control needs improving. A little more TLC in improving customer orders can go a long way to a solid reputation!

Ive been a fan of Lees from the moment I discovered them and when I learned that they opened in Rancho Cucamonga I was excited beyond words. Unfortunately I can only go too Lees on a weekend because on a work day I work near downtown LA. When I do arrive home around 7:30, I am cutting it close because Lees closes daily at 8. But I recently came here on a Friday and luckily I made it on time and ordered their combination special and it was delicious and worth the drive. If you have never been to Lees before, they serve a variety of things but what I get are their Banh mi - a vietnamese sandwhich. The Banh mi is the ultimate fusion food, where east meets west. Just imagine a classic French baguette sandwich infused with the meats, spices, flavors, herbs, and vegetables found in Vietnamese cuisine. And what you get is a truly unique dish that is surprising good, exotically refreshing, and fresh tasting with tons of flavor and bite. The Banh mi is unlike any sandwich out there and is worth trying. Check this place out.

LOVE me some Lees sandwich! I have been to this location a few times! Theyre always very helpful and welcoming. I was on the phone with my husband getting his order and the cashier offered to keep the veggies seperate so they didnt get soggy or leave off the suace so the bread didnt get soggy before my husband ate it.Their vietnamese sandwiches are amazing, and if you love coffee, their Vietnamese coffees are amazing with the little nugget ice 🤤 sooooo good! It hits the spot. I have never had one of their European sandwiches, so I cant speak for those. But differently get a Bahn mi and a Vietnamese coffee when you go!

First time at this location I ordered online and when I got there no one made it. Second time they closed 25 minutes earlier then posted and had the doors locked, they saw me outside but didn’t care. This location is bad I would reckon end going to another spot if you can.

This place is so good! Great baguettes and coffee. However the service provided by Vianey was sadly not so good. I entered and she failed to acknowledge i was standing in front of her to order being i was the only customer in the store, until i said something and her tone was very rude. However the other employees were genuinely nice and they got my orser prepared quite fast!

Just started a new job in the area so I stop by this location for breakfast. Theyre having promotion on free hot coffee for any breakfast sandwiche purchase. The hot coffee is strong, which suit to my style of coffee. The guy said something about organic coffee, I didnt really care what it was but they have good strong coffee, Im in all day. Planning to get my weekend coffee session with a cigar and my cigar buddies in this place. Food was good not sure how it compares with other locations. They have a new owner, he was giving me new stuff to try and looking for customers opinion/review. Place has couple of TVs set up etc. Not sure how it was before. But pretty cool place to hang out on the weekend especially with their strong coffee ☕

This location doesnt compare to the others. I raved about Lees to family members and so I stopped by here to get a couple tuna and a couple turkey clubs . The tuna on both was like they were taught to spread the tuna like mayonnaise, a very little amount . The disaster that they called a turkey club had a slice of under cooked bacon and just didnt taste like anything that I get from Lees. If you want real Lees quality then do yourself a favor and go to any of the locations around the OC area or the Rosemead location . The only reason I give the 3 stars is because the kids working there were nice and polite, I just think someone dropped the ball on training them the Lees way . This location just doesnt have the Lees touch . Hopefully they can bring it around because this location would be great for people in the surrounding cities to enjoy the Lees that I love, plus it would be closest to my home .

Staff is nice enough but this place has horrendous prices. Theres not many Vietnamese places nearby that sell sandwiches, so I think they know what theyre doing. The coffee is good but a total joke. Its literally 10% coffee and 90% ice. I finished it in less than 3 min, its pathetic, especially for being nearly 5 bucks. Their sandwiches are straightforward, but nowhere near worth the prices they charge.

Let me begin by saying I love going to many of the Lees Sandwich shops, but definitely NOT this place. This place increased their price. $7.49 for a sandwich with little meat. $3 for a plain loaf of bread. Are u kidding me?!? These plain loaf bread cost only $1.50 at other Lee shops in Orange County. Coffee here is expensive and contains more ice than coffee! This place now closes early at 2:30 pm. Not surprised! Will not come back here anymore. Im better off going to other great Lee branches. For me, much better price and food at the other Lee shops.

I always tip big and from now on I wont be they were not packed so that cant be their excuse and they had plenty of employees so that cant be their excuse either. Been here a few times. The iced coffee is very good, but I always seem to get all ice and very little coffee. I need to speak up next time. The baguette sandwiches are good. Had a Turkey one day and an Asian grilled pork the next time. The pork one was better tasting, but needed more meat. Overall its just okay - wouldnt go out of my way, but Ill continue to be a customer.

So far this location is one of the worst Ive been to. Service is slow as molasses. Too long of a wait to get a sandwich. Paid $5 for ice coffee and got 80% ice and 20% coffee. What a ripoff! ALWAYS out of bread and boba due to low inventory. Is this a sandwich shop? If you look around, youll get much better food, price, and service from other local Vietnamese take outs around the area.

Nice staff clean location but can be really slow at making the sandwiches. Also if you want to use the app for promos dont plan on it. They do not accept the app promos here. They upped their prices for a sandwich to 8.49 here, unless youre really craving for their sandwichs. Always check your order before leaving and confirm if they added or excluded what you asked for. Two separate occasions they did not give me all my sandwiches and did not follow instructions on what to put or exclude on my sandwiches. So I had to drive back another 20 mins to pick up and not even a Im sorry we messed up, but heres the sandwich you missed. Im not expecting free stuff but an iced coffee for my 20 min drive just to pick up the sandwich you forgot to put in the bag wouldve been nice.

I usually go to the Lees in chino whenever Im in the area but I decided to try this location in rancho instead. Huge mistake! Service was super slow. At first I thought maybe theyre waiting for fresh bread or cooking extra meat. I got my sandwich and rushed home to enjoy only to have a flat dry veggie sandwich. I had ordered the BBQ pork. Hardly had any meat and was filled with a bunch of veggies. Waste of money

Ive been to many Lee Sandwiches at different locations, and this place is way below standard. Very slow service here. Always take 15-20 minutes to get a sandwich made to order. Even worse, they never have any bread available. Each time I come, its either no bread available and u must wait 20 minutes. Or theres only 2 bread available. Pathetic. I will NO longer come and have my time wasted here.

Let me begin by saying I really like lees sandwiches and Ive gone to a lot of different locations here in Southern California. I was really excited to learn that they opened a new location here in my city and right by my work. Ive gone to this location twice and both times my sandwiches and wifes sandwich was lacking the meat to a point that some bites had either no meat or a small piece. Luckily Im dieting which is probably good for me but at least be consistent with the other chains. The ones in Riverside and Chino Hills gives an optimal amount. I hope this location eventually will get it together...maybe Ill wait 6 months to a year to return maybe their just trying to save $ due to just opening a new Franchise.

I did not like this chain nor its location at all. It was kind of weird to navigate into this parking area. The sandwiches are usually fresh but it seems lacking because there was barely anything in my sandwich even know I asked for extra and had been charged for the extra stuffings. Employee had said that they usually get their shipment daily but this week they did not? (Kind of weird, but ok...) I got the sense that the employees didnt even want to be there so I took my meal to go.

1. The girl taking my order had a really bad attitude but Im not even sure if she knows she has an attitude or its just her normal self. These chains are usually pretty good but this one I regret to say I wont be coming back to for coffee. The drink I ask for was iced and I dont enjoy iced coffee so the clerk reluctantly offered to fix it for me. However, the lady that made my drink made it water to teach me a lesson I guess. I am a serious coffee drinker and know my stuff. She was rude at calling my drinking out after I gave nodds to let her know I was coming. I dont enjoy being rushed for something I am paying for. I wish establishments was allowed to tell u if they rather not serve you. I rather spend my money where I am appreciated for my business not feel uncomfortable cause someone does not like there job. Furthermore, I ask the clerk about the water verse milk in my drink. He assured me and offered me sugar. How sweet right? I order a macchiato which is espresso and milk drizzled with Carmel sauce. No worries its okay cause I am sure this isnt the first complaint against this establishment and no one wants to loose business cause someone doesnt feel like every customer comes first.

I got the pork sandwich and the meat was hard like if it was deep fried not grilled. The vermicelli with again pork was also so so. They serviced a very small portion for 5.99.The ice coffee is always good but you need to request for low ice. Youll get more ice than coffee. They will tell you the ice will melt but dont be fooled. I love the Iced coffee here. Its the same as other Lees Sandwhiches places. The baguette, when fresh, is excellent. However, I guess that its not too busy so they may not have fresh baquette consistently. The Banh Mi is all about the bread for me. Their coffee milk tea is also good. This has improved since opening. Now, its more like one from other Lees Sandwiches. It was more like tea w/o coffee flavor when it first opened.

CUSTOMERS BEWARE:I was extremely disgusted with how unsanitary the working conditions were at this place. While i was waiting for my food, i noticed that there was a lady making sandwiches (who was not in uniform so i assume manager/owner) who was coughing. I turned around and looked and she coughed on her hands with gloves on several times and resumed making/touching food with out changing gloves! After she handed out peoples orders, handled money, and used the touch screen register with gloves on her hands, she went back to the sandwich counter to make food AND DID NOT CHANGE HER GLOVES. Like who taught this lady food handling?! To top it off, she was not wearing a hair net and i literally had 2 pieces of sliced turkey meat in my sandwich. Please be cautious when getting food here and watch out for how its prepared. Thankfully she did not make my sandwich but still had a hard time eating it.

My family loves lees sandwhices we have bought from riverside, chino and rancho Cucamonga. Today we bought from rancho Cucamonga and the meat was nasty, which there was only a little bit of meat. The sandwich was mostly all moovegetables and the meat was disgusting.
