Dont get me wrong. I love Lees sandwiches and their prices. This is about the location, though, and this location (though cleaner than most) could be a lot cleaner. Theres a ring of dirt around the baseboards and trash cans from the mops. The bathroom door had black grime around the edge. A little degreaser and some time, and this place could be sparkling. It would definitely be better than the one in Artesia.

The Vietnamese sandwiches here are okay. Theyll do in a pinch. The sandwiches have good meat to veggie to bread ratios. I suggest eating the sandwiches as soon as possible because even after a few hours the bread gets far too chewy. The service is also fairly quick.

The sandwiches are just ok, its the Vietnamese coffee here that I love. I will say though, I do not like how they try to hustle and the prices you see on the menu never end up being the full price you pay. I came in for a lunch special and ended up being charged over $5 more. Before paying, I asked the employee to specify and he tried to mumble and point to items on the receipt that made no sense. I never asked for an upgrade or larger size? I will not return. Poor business practice and shady ethics.

I eat here often. We ordered online for the first time and Im disappointed this time. I ordered extra protein for a sandwich but received a regular sandwich. Not what I was expecting. Wish I could post a picture of the sadness.

Typical prices for a Lees sandwiches franchise. The only issue when we were there as that this location was pretty slow on service. Small parking in front but there is a nice private outdoor seating.

One of the best stores in the area, They have great sandwichs. Their staff are well mannered and very clean. The owner (Ryan) is a great person, very welcoming and exception customer service. I would give them 5 stars to every aspect of this sandwich place.Try their coffee > better than anywhere else!

I came here this morning to get some bread, ready for a late thanksgiving weekend with our extended family. This is a super clean store and they’re incredibly wonderful.The guy who opened the store noticed I’d arrived too early (my mistake) and as soon as they opened, waved me in and couldn’t have been a more pleasant person. The guy was Misaki Le-Ho (I got this from the receipt). I’m not usually a one for giving reviews but he was really nice, super friendly and incredibly helpful. Thank you for coming to work today and for helping me.

The vanilla iced coffee is delicious but our favorite thing to order are the breakfast croissant sandwiches. My go-to is ham, cheese and egg & I add onion. The bread is soft yet theres a lite crisp, cheese is nice and melty & ham is thick, the onions just give it that little kick it needs. The employees are always nice & the service is fast.

I like their Coffee, so today I went there at 8.12 a.m. as on the internet it shows that they open at 8.00 a.m. But when I entered, the man at the counter said We open at 9.00 at least five customers including me went back. That man has no regret about inconvenience caused to the customers.Secondly they prefer cash. They say if you swipe the card they charge 50 cents extra, rather surprising in the US.

Love Lees ! If you like strong coffee and delicious sandwiches and treats. You have to experience it yourself! I go at least 2-3 times a week. Gotta try the Vietnamese chicken sandwich, iced coffee, the mocha or the peach smoothie. Deelish! The staff is very friendly and the wait can be long during the lunch rush, but what good restaurant isnt?

The place tries to swindle you every single time. No need to overexplain just try and order a 7.59 lunch combo and see what your total price will be. They do anything and everything to charge you something extra (and no, I’m not talking about taxes). After being burned before, I refuse to go to such a place with low integrity and dishonest employees!

It took forever for this Cypress location to finally open. The grand opening was chaos. Staff was very disorganized & it took forever! Ive been back twice, but still poorly managed. Coffee is mostly ice. And dont bother ordering with little or no ice. Youll end up with an inch & a half of coffee. Stingy!

This location is bound to fail. Every time I go to this location there is usually only 1 or no customers. This is the 3rd time I was served stale bread because their food doesnt get cycled. I guess they are trying to save money because this specific franchise is probably in the red but I have given this Lees Sandwich on valley view its last chance.

Ive found that the quality of sandwiches varies from place to place in terms of bread freshness, ingredients, etc. Overall very consistent. My favorite is the number 11 combination.

Lee’s app sends me an email that a coupon is expiring soon. I go to nearest store in cypress, but the store says that the Lee’s App coupon isn’t accepted there. Worse is that the app doesn’t indicate this anywhere. No asterisk *, fine print, nada. What a confusing and frustrating waste of time.

This Lees is the worst one around they never have anything in stock. Why have spring rolls on the menu if you if you wont make them. Always have to wait for a stale sandwich. Save your time and drive a little farther to beach Blvd. It will be worth it
