Went here for the first time small place for dine in so my daughter and I decided to get some beef pho to go.Wait was standard, staff was friendly, place looked neat and organized.Once we got home and added our ingredients to the broth it was great. Good flavor, was still nice n 🔥, I like more on the spicy side so I added chili sauce provided and some spriracha sauce.This was spicy enough to clear out my sinuses.The Boba Tea was on point drank 1/4 of it had to save the rest for later.Will be returning to try out some of the other food items.Ill give it a 7/10. Just because of the pricing its a little high but not to bad.

Spent 79$ on bad service and food was not worth the wait we got one order at a time for a family of 5 needless to say my kids didn’t get their food til mine was cold. Shrimp fried rice tasted like butter not shrimp. Never going again!

Only reason I’m giving it a 2 star is because the customer service here sucks. The phone must be only for looks because it is never answered. There is times when I’m eating there and the phone rings and they just ignore it, I have literally called 5 times in a row and it never gets answered. Food is great tho. I love the crispy pork and sticky rice but the customer service definitely needs a lot of improving.

Beef PHO was ok, not great, but was ok. My wife got the spicy Kung Pao chicken rice plate. Is a rice plate dish, ok..She asked for chow mein noodles. Guy said sure, extra $5.Was our first time there, so I said ok.Her plate came, it has the spicy kung pao chicken, but no rice🤔🤔, and a small portion of chow🤔😕.I asked, apparently, Spicy Kung pao chicken rice plate is $10.50, and costs $5 extra to remove rice from her kung pao chicken Rice plate completely, and Add small portion of chow mein noodles.$5 extra, take away all rice, give very small portion of noodles.Wow, thats a pricy deal.And fountain drinks are not free refills. At least, at the very least offer the 2nd refill absolutely free, but no, no free refills.It was 110 degrees yesterday (sunday 07-02-23), and no free refills.Wow, just wow!

Very good local gem, prices are very reasonable and food is delicious, it is my second time and never disappointed. Service can be slow at peak times but that is a local restaurant, they are slow most of the time and to keep prices lower they usually run one server. And I assume one cook. I don’t go harsh on service at local places. Or else it probably wouldn’t be 5 stars. They seem to be doing well on the to go orders.

This place is great and has awesome prices too! The times Ive gone for dinner they are always busy (sometimes a bit if a wait, but worth the wait). Food always comes out piping hot. Great rainy season food

Food was not good,lacking service I think this was the worst PHO and their other stuff on the menu was not good even the vermicelli bowl was not delicious at all..I would never go to eat here again. The owner is super nice and patient. My kids and I order the large Pho. I couldn’t believe the size of the bowl. Doubled in size that I’ve seen at other Pho restaurants. The noodles, broth, beef, it was perfect temperature and when I added the extra veggies everything was just perfect. I would recommend this place to eat. And you can sit down and enjoy the meal with your friends and family.

My buddy let me know this place has a pho challenge, so I had to try it. I thought I could finish but the bowl was way bigger than I expected. I could barely finish about half the bowl. Even though I lost the challenge I really enjoyed the flavor. I will definitely go back to eat a regular meal even though its an hour away from me. I recommend this place. And if you love a challenge, I say try this place!

A bowl of pho comes with 5 pieces of beef and weird tiny bits of tendons. Broth is way too sweet and thin. Where is the umami taste? However, staff is very efficient and attentive. Good job!

They did a terrible job my wife ordered a take out meal and I went to pick it up and they acted like they didn’t know that she ordered and the meal was right behind them the whole time. It was literally the only meal. Then I get home and they had items missing from what my wife described. Upon calling them and letting them know they messed up our order they put the phone down and left me there waiting until I finally hung up and decided to write this review. The sad part is my parents and brother recommended this place to me and I’m sure they’ll be very upset and disappointed to know that this all happened and it was based off of their recommendation. Just a terrible experience all around.

The pho is pretty good, portion could be more. My favorite is the pork belly phos. What keeps me coming back is the chili oil they have for the pho.. SO SPICY AND DELICIOUS...Service could be better.. usually when I come here theres usually only one person work the front... one time I waited at the register for 30 mins because the worker was in the back making drinks and waiting tables...

Absolutely delicious! Their pho is incredible, and there’s just something about that broth that makes it incredibly delicious, and full of flavor. I’ve had a couple things on their menu, and I like all of them. The only thing I’m not a big fan of is their spring rolls, but someone else may like them! I just wish the place was bigger, because there’s times where you can’t find a place to sit. Other than that, super good and one of my favorite places.

This place has really gone down hill.1. Staff needs to be retrained on how to operate a business.2. They need to invest in more staff help.3. Customer service needs improvement big time. Inconsistent flavor and terrible service as there is only one server for the whole entire restaurant. Its family owned and operated so its understandable but the service is pretty terrible. Some days the pho broth is good and some days its just hot water. If you feel a little lucky, stop on by and try out your luck.P.S. they used to include tendons as part of the soup but theyve stopped and now you must pay extra for something that you used to get for free with the dish. None of this information was disclosed to the customers either.

I had always gone to the Asian market right there in the same parking lot area & I get the chicken & lab but unfortunately there was none at the market. I was told to go to the restaurant & the same lady makes it at the market makes it there. I go & get it but when I had gotten home to eat it was not the same. Very salty & not the same seasoning. Then to top it off I called the same day & the lady Soua laughed because I didn’t like the plate. I asked to speak to the manager & she was rude. Anyways I ended up speaking to the manager & she said I could go back & get another plate or get my money back. I went to get my money back then the same lady who was rude didn’t want to give my money back. Bad service & no it’s not the same lady who prepares the food at the Asian market. Never again!!

Recently stopped by this place on my way to work and had their pho and it was delicious! The broth and smell was good. I ordered the extra large PS3. The people here are friendly and the service was quick. I’ll be back here again to try other dishes.

Let me start by saying they probably have the most AMAZING smoothies Ive ever drank in my life.On another note their Pho and combo fried rice was incredibly delicious. The restaurant might not be on the high end of restaurant style decor, but they food speaks for itself simply delicious.

Horrible customer service. we had to ask for our waters. the lady was just standing talking to other customers that were already done with their meal. I was going to order the fried chicken for my two kids but when I ordered it, the lady stopped me and said it takes too long to make about 30 mins at least for the chicken to cook. okay, why put it on your menu if you are going to tell customers that at least put it on the menu. on top of that the pho wasnt that great. the papaya salad was the only thing that was decent. I dont think I will be returning to this place due to the bad customer service.

Went there yesterday and the place was empty when we walked in. The woman came out after 5 minutes and then sat us down. We ordered the chicken pho and it wasnt too bad. They couldve added more chicken and flavor but not all that bad either. The Thai tea with boba was really good, and the egg rolls werent too bad. Over all the food wasnt anything huge but it wasnt too bad either. The only thing this place needs is more customer service rather than the employees just sitting in the back and you having to call them over. Honestly the thing I like the most is that its relatively close to my high school so I can go after school with friends anytime.

I was pleasantly surprised. Initially assumed that it would be good. The pho is actually quite good, and they offer the lowest prices Ive seen so far. Their boba smoothies are very affordable at $3-$3.50. Try the Thai Tea, freshly brewed (not from powder) then blended into a rich, creamy smoothie. The service was just right also; straight-forward and pleasant. I liked this place. Will definitely be back for their smoothies.

Took my family to eat there and my 2 year old needed a high chair and i swear they only have one! ONE high chair! What kind of restaurant would only have one high chair. Not just that after the other customer was done using it, the lady did not even wipe it clean instead she just brung it over to us and i had to ask her for something to wipe the left over food on the high chair off. We waited for almost 5 to 10 minutes for the menu to come and almost close to 20 minutes for the foods. There was only 2 customers in the store at the time. Food is okay, but the owner needs to really put on with a better customer service

Horrible service slow as molasses, employees dont know how to do a refund or open register. I ordered a smoothie that was already OVER PRICED then waited 20 minutes to be told he hasnt started it yet. When i asked for a refund, he fumbled with the register so long I got upset. So i let them keep my 7 dollars and walked out empty handed and livid to say the least. Good thing weekends dreams 4 doors down had margaritas!

If I could give this place zero stars I would. the service was terrible the owners sat around like customers and a 10 year old (Im not joking or exaggerating) waited on us. The food took over 30-45 minutes to get to us one persons plate at a time and was so salty it was inedible. Skip it and go to any of the other bazillion Vietnamese places in Fresno theyre all better. Definitely not legendary.

Don’t go to this place if you’re really hungry or in any kind of hurry because you will wait for a really long time. This place is filthy and customer service is horrible. My sisters and I went for an evening dinner around 8pm. There was NO customers, when they brought out our food, my sister took her 2 bite of pho and found a good size cockroach in her bowl of pho. She scooped it out onto a napkin so we could address this issue to the owner, she could care less, she replied you must have lost your appetite? Went to sit down with her mother and started eating their food. They also made my sister pay for all the meal when I told her not to. Will report this situation to the Local Health Department. Giving bad customer services and having a dirty restaurant will not succeed as a business owner. That is why there were no one in the restaurant. Never will I return to this place.

I only have to come here when my husband & I want PHO & is too tired to drive across town for other PHO reaturaunts.My 1st experience, they had me waiting for 1 hour on PHO that I ordered to go. It was too long that I walked out the door.2 months later, I gave them another chance, and the customer service was still very bad.1) They don’t greet you politely or welcome you2) They tell you to sit anywhere, sometimes with tables still dirty3) They give you menus, but never serve you water, or ask. My husband always ask for water 2-3 times, and keeps reminding them.4) Everytime we order PHO, they sometimes don’t have all the required vegetables, and they don’t give you enough meat. (3-4 strips of meats).—Even ordering different dishes, we noticed, they don’t really put meat. It was like we ordered a vegetarian plate. NOTE: Every Asian reaturaunt we ever been to, they aren’t like this. Because they serve you more meat on your orders with good customer service, and you don’t gave to worry about getting your water, or getting it refilled.5) Unorganized work ethics: always rushing, slow service while they don’t have a lot of customer, or when it’s not busy. Poor follow-up communication with their customers.*I don’t recommend eating here, but it isn’t bad either to just come here if you live close to the area and is too tired to drive out far. This is the best pho I have ever tasted and Ive been to a lot of pho places in and outside of Fresno. The broth has a rich flavor and the meat is perfectly cooked and cut. None of that skin hanging off the chicken nonsense. Im a regular here. Always get the PS 14. Ordering tip: They like using numbers when they take your order. Now lets get to the missing star... The service is not quite up to the mark. It takes forever to get your order placed even when its not busy but I dont care. Im addicted to the pho here. Trust me, once you try it, you wont care either.

I just had lunch there and it was pretty good. I had chicken pho. The taste was pretty good but the only thing that I didnt like so much is that there was a little bit of thin strips of chicken. They could put more chicken in it but other than that it was great. Also I found out that if you eat this 2 pound meat pho its on the house and you get your picture up on their wall of fame :) pretty cool I think. I will go back since they also have orange chicken and I work down the street :)

Second time here, family owned and operated. If you are in a hurry not the place for you. Real nice owner lady, takes your order and food made fresh. Tried P6 which is steak and meatball Phó. Excellent and great prices, orange chicken great, Spicy salt and pepper Shrimp with Jalapeños to die for. Combination fried rice. So far each time I come here to eat. Try something new. It is good and close to home, perfect combo.

In Gordon Ramseys tone You need two *bleep* dedicated front staff IF not one solid staff during the busy lunch hour.25 minutes to get our pho.Along with the wait time, we also had to wait about 5 minutes before someone came back to the register so we can get out of there.Had to ask for additional two cups of water. There was 4 of us.Warning: they also have a bottle of brown stir fry sauce on the table too so dont make the same mistake I did when prepping my pho of mistaking that for hoisin sauce. Its a rarity to have this bottle on the table next to the seasoning and condiments.The 2 stars was strictly for the service.

According to the menu the Pho has tendon in it. Now this is the second time Ive come and there is no tendon I my soup when I did being it to the servers attention an older woman came out telling me she put tendon in it. I told hey I would pay extra if needed for the tendon thats supposed to be in my soup. She was clearly upset upon being questioned. All Im saying is if you claim to have tendon in your soup YOU SHOULD PUT SOME DAMN TENDON IN YOUR SOUP.

About the worst place to Bring in your family and order food to go. Owner takes your order and forgets to make with they say 15min. This happen 3 times already and always say there is only two of them. When owning a business youll need more then 2 workers if you want to keep having customers come in.
