First time ordering from this place.I believe I had beef mashed potatoes and rice and a poke plate. Im not sure why they gave me burnt meat! It was crunchy and tough. I had to throw it out. The plates are not cheap so I wont be back again since the staff gave me burnt meat. Poke plate was good but I cannot recommend this place.

Exploring Santa Monica Pier and beach and was craving Poki so bad. Entering lemonade felt fresh. Huge menu and friendly staff. I got the spicy ahi tuna bowl and some lavender lemonade. So good! Def recommend for the Poki lovers. Will come back and try different sides.

I was looking for a healthier choice of restaurant and I came across this place.My experience was great. The food wasVibrant and a variety of different types are of things you can choose from.I ordered Spicy Hawaiian Ahi Poke, flavorful food and the service was quick.I love Wooden utensils. I give it 3 stars because the young lady working at the end to make your sandwich or bowl said they didn’t have any more cheese and walked away and didn’t tell us there’s other options of cheese when my daughter ordered the chicken sandwich like she didn’t want us to order anything so we were just going to order the lemonade and another man working there asked if we ordered anything to eat we told him we wanted the chicken sandwich he said they were out of the cheese that’s supposed to go in the sandwich and gave us other options of cheese so we ordered the chicken sandwich it was just ok nothing great probably will never get anything to eat from There againWe ordered the regular lemonade and the lavender lemonade the lavender was better I make a lot of homemade lemonade this did not taste like homemade it taste like instant powdered lemonade it looks pretty with ice and 1 lemon slice but definitely not from a lemon it’s instant powdered lemonade

EDIT:Since this post, management has been very kind and accommodating. The next time I came back in they still seemed very short staffed but otherwise friendly and willing to serve :)Showed up at 3:45pm and the (I think) manager said “we are only serving drinks we close in an hour. I drove 20 minutes to get food from here so was upset but more confused when I saw the sign on the door saying new operating hours were set to closing at 5:00pm. So why was all of the food packed up BY 3:45?!

Decent food but the service is mediocre. Placed $42 order for food at entrance of cafe...young lady was quick to take order and money but never completed or communicated with her co-workers that she was either about to end her shift or could not complete it at the time. Julian came to the rescue by completing the unmade order. Better communication with team members on orders and less micro management. This place wont last..I see a lease sign coming soon..REAL SOON! Health department or OSHA needs to visit this place asap!

Its overpriced, portions has gotten much more smaller, prices has increased. Be careful of adding hot dish to 3 sides plates, Food but ok decent if youre hungry, its premade so you get it fast. Customer service is mehh. If I had more time and not working with company 30 min breaks, I wouldnt ever eat here, but as other places was a long wait it sufficed.

Honestly was super excited to come here after visiting a few years ago and having some delicious poké.I guess the focus of this place changed since then since gone are the multiple create your own options for poke and are replaced with basically two options but even with that was still excited to try again.I have to say it’s some of the blandest poke I’ve ever had, it was so dry and lacked any dressing or sauce and was so full of seeds that I thought I was eating bird seeds.The portions were small and given the price was so expensive for what it was that I honestly will never come back here again.Shame since this used to be a good place for poke but guess they’re more interested in selling over priced avocado toast now.

I’m a vegetarian and when building my own I asked if I could add vegetables in place of a meat protein and was told no.Their menu which listed cauliflower options was also incorrect as they had no cauliflower. The person helping was unhelpful and said I have a single option for rice and two sides.I’ve been to steak restaurants that were more vegetarian friendly than this place.

Food is ok, but they can’t manage volumes well so run out of rice (the basis of 80%+ of meals on the menu) two hours before closing. They remove it from your purchase without any adjustment to price or providing a proper substitute and when we asked why we were told “the rice is complementary anyway so we don’t have to give it”. What? So the same $18 for half the meal. The other half of the meal was complementary, that’s a great line we can all use when we do half a job.

We visited the Lemonade restaurant at Santa Monica today while walking downtown. After giving us our $45 two guest order (feels quite overpriced for what it is) order, the two employees were going on quite unprofessionally complaining and swearing very loudly as if they were the only ones here, calling some unknown third party “f***ing stupid” and being quite sarcastic. I’m not a saint or anything, but it was pretty classless. Not the upscale, welcoming environment that seems to be what the company probably goes for.Food was low to medium tier lunch quality, certainly should not warrant ~$22 per person at all. I can normally forgive overpriced food near west L.A. if the experience makes up for it, but this wasn’t one of those times.I can not imagine any restaurant feeling that this behavior in their employees is acceptable. I don’t live in the area but would not come back even if I did after this.

Staff were polite and friendly, they explained the menu and system to me well. I asked for a sample and it was no issue for them. The salmon salad we tried was delicious, Ive never seen anything similar to it before, so it was a nice refreshing change. There was fairly limited seating inside and it was too hot for me outside, the seats were not every comfortable. It is not the cheapest place, but it makes a refreshing change from burgers and other kinds of salads. There was also many different kinds of lemonades to choose from but for dessert there was only macaroons or blood orange cheesecake.

Ive come many times in the past and always had a good experience. Today was the opposite. Miguel, who served me, was the worst customer service rep! He gave me about 30% less portion of each food I ordered than previous servers. I complained and then he showed me how he portioned. I took very weak, loose scoops and said, this is all you get. Mind you each portion is $3.50 and he was serving near half portions. Very cheap, rude Miguel. I decided not to place my $15.00, order and had him put back the food. To Lemonade, I wont be returning to your establishment again and I will tell my friends about Miguels cheap, poor treatment. Youd do well to dore this employee. Hes doing you no favors and you just lost a regular customer.

I normally love lemonade but this location had major issues today. We asked for a normal size of Mac & cheese and they gave us a giant tub and charged us $20 without making sure it was okay. Then when my husband ordered a blood orange lemonade, NO ONE KNEW WHICH ONE WAS BLOOD ORANGE. It took them 10 minutes of running around and then forgetting about us before we got our drink. Management needs to make sure they aren’t hiring incapable employees.

First time at this place and man was it good! I ordered the Backyard BBQ Brisket bowl and that beef was so tender! The mashed potatoes so creamy! The sauteed kale tasted kinda like greens rather than kale. With this, I had the blueberry mint lemonade (Honey Kettle had it too but Lemonades is better). Definitely check this place out. Im in love with the Lemonade Restaurant, my number one place I had to stop at was Lemonade when coming to Cali. Love it so much id go back this weekend 🤣 on a serious note theyre beverages are quality and pretty cheap. The food there is very healthy and they have gluten free and vegan options as well. I would totally recommend at least trying this place fan or not of the lemonade drink. Oh and if you guys see this please add a location in colorado!

Today I payed 30 dollars for two poke bowls I looked at the ingredients on the menu and it promised seaweed fried onion and peas but the workers only put rice and fish. The fish was hard and flavorless and the rice was dry. There was no sauce no seaweed no peas and no onion. The workers are rude. Never coming back again.👎🏻

This place is so small. They only have one bathroom and said bathroom was dirty and looked unmaintained. The line to the bathroom was huge and each person took like 15 minutes to do god knows what. Absurdly overpriced. Service for me was good, but the menu isn’t very well laid out and the sandwich combo prices are a little confusing since they don’t explain what each sandwich costs. Actual lemonade was okay but mine had no sugar in it. Did they forget? Is this is California thing to not put sugar in lemonade? Either way, don’t go here. For the price of a lemonade, a sandwich and salad you could get a bag full of groceries. Skip it.

I was shopping at the mall, So I decided to stop in, I was 5 mins early, So I sat out side for a few and waited, Once they opened the doors.
