We had a bad experience at this place, even though the food is great, their customer service is horrible. My first time visiting this place, and very certain that it will be the last. Both the blind girl that took my order and the girl at the cash wrap were extremely rude. I can’t believe you have little kids running the business if they are not willing to provide a great customer experience. I visited the one in Huntington Beach

Delicious healthy food and Lovely choices of lemonade with the beach view. To be honest it actually overpriced ( everything at the Pacific Plaza is way over priced ) but you get what you pay for such as beach vibes etc. The place would be lovelier if staffs could be more friendly + energy and work faster. They are nice but don’t smile very much and work super sloww Overall I love this place and highly recommended

The food at the location is very nice- view of the beach. But management has installed a tip system that asks if you want to tip and calculates based on food PLUS sales tax. Next time no tip.

My first time at Lemonade was recently, what have I been missing?!?! The food was actually amazing! They price most of the items off of a scoop price, I paid only $6.50 for two scoops of chicken Thai noodles. The white cheddar truffle mac & cheese is a must try. The lavender lemonade was delicious.

I love they had 4 different vegan choices! I tried them all- DELICIOUS! I love the view and parking validation too!My only Earth conscious request for Lemonade would be to stop using single use plastic utensils and straws. I find SO much plastic garbage on the beach right across the street-I am now more mindful to not use plastic straws or utensils when I can.Maybe your company can order biodegradable one time use items?Thanks for the delicious food!

🍋🍋 Amazing location with even better views... but the restaurant itself and ALL seating was filthy. Every table was dirty, there was trash all over the ground (napkins, bags from stores, food, counter tops looked filthy). Very disappointing for my first experience here. To top it all off, my food had a black hair in it. Lemomade is a great concept. Walk through and choose your poke dish or hot food, dessert, drink. The food is healthy and fresh and they cater to people with allergies and food restrictions. The patio is awesome and has a very comfortable atmosphere. We went twice in one day!

It’s good. I like that it’s a place you can get some real prepared whole food meals on the fast. Taking off a star bc there’s *always* an issue when I come here. Last time, the sandwich maker was on break, so we couldn’t order a sandwich lol. This time, their payment gateway was down (which is total bs that they cannot take payment, they are legally obligated to have an alternate manual system in place but, hey, who am I to tell the kids what to do). Also should take another star off because it makes me annoyed to spend my $ in HB… but what can I say my kids like the lemonade selection. I’d rather spend my $ in another city though. Politics and small annoyances aside, a solid place to eat.

Good food with a wide variety of options. My problem is for a restaurant named lemonade the lemonade was just ok. It seemed a little watered down, not very sweet, and only a little tart. Overall a decent pick for a quick bite.

Extremely clean place. The bathroom was very clean and smelled fresh. Nothing worse than going to eat somewhere and you have to use the restroom and looks and smells like some third world country. So thank you for that.The food was very interesting. I had this mashed potato/ bbq brisket with kale bowl. Im not sure I would order that again but I ate it all.

The miso short rib bowl was tasty, albeit lacking in the amount of actual short rib. I would have liked a little more meat, although the gravy that coated the rice was quite good. The furikake was a little strange in this dish, and I would probably skip it in the future.

I really liked this food! It was great that it was a fast casual place and it was reasonably priced given that it’s in Huntington Beach.I felt that the dishes were great in terms of ingredients, and had nice flavors added to them. I also really enjoyed the lemonade, I felt like it had a really delicate taste to it with nice flavoring.I would definitely go back, and I’d love to try other items on their menu because it all looked so fresh and tasty.

Really delicious place with fast service. Avocado toast was good but nothing fancy. Your best bet is to get the entree of 3 salad choices --- all of their salads are fresh, healthy and delicious. Kids protein bowl was ok but most kids like the beef warmed and not cold. carrot ginger juice and classic lemonade was really tasty and large serving size for the price.The seating area needed wiping down but we came around 1pm and perhaps they didnt have time to clean yet after the lunch rush.

Lemonade is one of those trendy places I’ve always wanted to try since they opened years ago. I had heard good things about their Mac and cheese specifically. Me, being a big fan of Mac and cheese - especially the fancy ones with all the toppings - I just had to get it!My sister had tried it previously and highly recommended the truffle Mac and cheese. It was my mistake for ordering the regular Mac and cheese at first so I ended up trying both of them! I have to say, I think I may have liked the regular Mac and cheese better. Something about the truffle was a little off to me. Don’t get me wrong, it was delicious! But I did prefer the regular Mac better.I also ordered the pineapple mango lemonade to go with my meal. I will say that was a huge mistake and I absolutely do not recommend that specific flavor of lemonade! It was very faint in taste and I’m not sure why but the entire drink had pineapple shavings in it. Kind of killed the whole thing having to chew up bits of tough pineapple with every sip. I’ll have to try one of their other flavors next time with hopes that those make up for the bad first impression of their lemonades.Other than that one hiccup. Everything else was great! Love the location too. You can sit across from the beach and enjoy your lunch/dinner. For me it was a beautiful sunny day - I had the perfect view of HB.

Great variety of food and hand crafted lemonade! I recommend the spicy Hawaiian poke and the honey roasted Brussels sprouts. The blood orange and pineapple mango lemonade was delicious and refreshing. It was a bit pricey :))

Been eating here since they opened at Pacific City. Disappointed with smaller portions and slow service on 9/6. Really annoyed that on line orders jumped ahead of us to get their food. Ended up waiting twice as long because of prepaid customers. No way to do business for walk in patrons. Wont be back. Shame.

Great location but unfortunately the food was very mediocre. We ordered a chicken meal, they had no Kale so they doubled the Brussel sprouts. The sprouts were horrible and they would not replace the meal. Not impressed with the food or the managers ability to make their customers happy.

I normally like their food. I tried their new Mango chicken bowl. 90% of bowl was white rice. the chicken tasted processed. I was disappointed. It is not cheap either. I also decided to tip when I paid. I wont do that again after waiting 15 minutes for my food I went to ask where it was and it was sitting on the table, no one seemed to know why they had not brought it out to me. Next time they will have to earn their tip. I will still go, but just not order the bowls.

Very California right across from Huntington beach in a great shopping center. The drinks are delicious and they have fun takes on classics. The food is really good, Ive not had any of the sandwiches, but the white truffle Mac and cheese was fabulous, as well as the snap peas and edamame salad. I went twice not even twenty four hours apart, and will definitely be back!

One of my favorite quick healthy dining options. Lots of fresh soups, salads, and sides to choose from. They have a verity of outstanding lemonade drinks as well as normal sodas. This is a great place for a picnic lunch at the beach.

This location is just not good.Came here for lunch recently and the experience is subpar. Ive been going to the LAX location regularly for years so I was very excited when one opened up at Pacific City.The restaurant is new, nice and clean. I ordered several different salad and the short rib stew. Service was very cold and in friendly when we were ordering and when we were paying. My food was terrible, the salads had weird flavors and had either too much salt or too much sugar in it. The short rib stew was absolutely disgusting. There were some random black floaties in it and the short ribs were obviously overcooked and very dry. The sauce was super sweet way too much sugar, its like a dessert when its suppose to be an entree.Very disappointing! Not coming back!

My father has introduced me to this Lemonade restaurant, this is an upgrade of what the location was a decade ago! A very creative spin on a lemonade, this place has offered a variety of lemonades. Not a great experience, sides where bland but health ? Just because its healthy doesnt mean it has to be bland ! I think I had the beef brisket or beef( whatever). Beef was all fat, not worth the $12.50. Also, staff didnt inform me they had free ice water with lemon in it. The drink was $3.50 . Portions seem small but a lot of places are doing the same to boost margins.Id go back to try again but seems just like a trendy place or place for kids who dont know what good food is.......?Iam a real person and this is a real review. First time coming to Pacific City & also to this establishment. My experience was upsetting to say the least. It was Sunday, September 20th 2020.I came in with a friend & she mentioned shes been to a different one, in a different city, with her family & said it was good. Why not try?Obviously we are living in COVID19 time so theres one way in & one way out. We proceeded to the entrance & there were quite a few people in line. We looked at the menu & my friend mentioned this place had alot more on the menu than she remembered. We had an idea of what we wanted. But for some reason one of the ladies taking order took the family behind us? So I stood there confused? That was what first threw me off. The other lady (blonde sweet girl) then proceeded to ask what she could get for us. We ordered. & she asked would that be all & directed us towards the register & said to say the name to proceed to pay. Ok great. Thanked her & moved it along.We paid & the lady at the register told my friend to go to the patio. Ok great. We decided to look for a spot. Noticed the tables were dirty so I took the liberty to go & grab napkins & noticed a sanitizing spray bottle for cleaning on the left side of the register so I walked towards it & was about to grab it & got scolded by the lady at the register. (#1 cleaning products should be stored away from view or tucked under the register or cabinet & not left out so anyone could think they may grab unless its able to be reached for like in other establishments). I then mentioned that all the tables were dirty. So she said she would have someone go clean them.I said ok & walked away since I basically was given attitude for trying to clean a table down (as they should be doing regardless every so often per regulations of the health department).I can only assume she then yelled out my friends name for food pick up but since I was a little embarrassed as how she spoke to me, I may have not noticed & returned to my friend to inform her.The guy they sent out cleaned a table next to us & tried to walk away but before he managed to do so I asked him if he could clean our table. He did.Then (us waiting on our food) realized everyone else had there food except us. So I then went back to the front (the original lady who took our order was there & I asked her) if that was our food? She looked at the cashier & the cashier AGAIN with attitude said I called out the name & no one picked it up. At that point wouldnt you try calling it out again? No apparently not.So I asked do I just grab it? [ I was scolded from touching what was right next to it (chemical & food right next to each other BTW).] I grabbed my food & stormed out. That entire experience was frustrating.It was just overall a huge hassel & for it being my first time, I cant imagine coming back with such a hurry process to get people in & out & that uncomfortable feeling.The food was ok. The lemonade was refreshing but I think Id go elsewhere for such an experience.

Cheery yellow decor. Restaurant overlooks the beach. Friendly helpful staff. As a pescatarian, I got the salmon, which was served cold with a filled cream sauce. It was cooked perfectly. My two sides were the curried cauliflower with golden raisins and a captées salad with artichokes. But salads were flavorful with fresh ingredients. My nine year old daughter got the tomato bread soup and a side of broccoli salad and an edamame salad. She had me try them as she was so impressed with the taste. The brocoli, according to her, was very creamy and the edamame salad was buttery. They were, I deed, both good. She also had a dragon fruit pink lemonade, which was also very good. Not too sweet with just a hint of dragon fruit. I would definitely go back for lunch to try more of their salads.

Great location just off PCH. Nicely designed Place. Great alternative to hotel food. When I visited most of the diners seemed to be people from out of town. Its not too touristy. Great to see some new places open up.+Lemonade tasted like it was made from real lemons and sugar. (I had the old fashion style.)+Amazing large selection and variety of food for such a small place. They let you sample the side dishes when you start in the line.+ Food is served cafeteria style so you can see what you are getting.+Building is easy to access for disabled folks, it has elevators, escalators, and close by un-crowded parking. (Mall is only 25% rented) Noticed some older customers; its great they can be accommodated.+ Gave customers the opportunity to recycle when you take your tray to the trash cans.+Took a while to get through the line. About 12 minutes when I visited. But still faster than traditional restaurant.+ They had numbers and trays, and you bus your own table, so youre not expected to tip. Also staff was fluent in English.+ Chicken thighs were served at room temperature, not steaming hot as in other restaurants, so you dont have to wait for your food to cool down.- It was confusing as to what dish was what and how much stuff cost. And when you asked questions you were annoying the people behind you in line. Also, pricing is located on boards above the food, so it was not clear what cost what.-Pricing was a bit high for our area. Two chicken thighs, rice and a drink cost $18.09. And if I had paid for parking instead of parking in front of an apartment building several blocks away, the $6 parking charge would have brought it up to $24.09

I ordered tuna poke bowl from the menu, but was forced to paid for salmon and tuna because according to the server I cant get just tuna even though they have tuna only poke prepared. According to the server that tuna does not go with my tuna poke bowl, so I asked him wheres the tuna for my poke bowl from the menu, his replied, we dont have it. Spring mixed salad was old. Had brown and degraded lettuces that you can taste the nastiest on other green lettuces. Its hip. Its popular, but its far below standard.
