Save your money and don’t go here. You can’t vote zero stars.Wow, I don’t review much, but the service here was absolutely disgraceful. I didn’t even eat food because we just had to leave. We stood at the counter for almost 5 min with no service, when my wife said excuse me (loud enough to hear in the back), a male voice literally yelled from the back “I’m cooking, you can wait” with a massive amount of attitude. I mean enough for me to post. We asked to place an order and he just kept screaming that “you can wait” almost at the top of his lungs. We didn’t even get to order before we were too upset and had to leave. No way I want to even try the food they cook after that experience.

Don’t always judge a company or person by the reviews… as my friend and I were getting out of the car, we were preparing ourselves for a rude encounter with the “old man” taking orders due to the reviews we read. To our surprise, as we approached the door we were greeted by that same “old man” who was very pleasant as well as the older woman. They took our order after a little talk about my name and it’s meaning and told us it would be ready in 15 minutes. We actually waited less than 15 minutes and he called my name out with a smile on his face. I ordered 6 chicken and 6 pork…asked for extra sauce and the woman gave me one with no problem. I tipped their jar and we left happy customers.

I called this place last minute for an event ( which I knew was going to be a little bit of a tough order ) the lady on the phone was very rude and wouldn’t even help us in any way. We compromised on 50 set of lump ia and a big tray of pancit. She told me the lumpia would be $50 which doesn’t even match their pricing and then started to complain about the size of the pancit. Definitely the worse customer service I’ve ever experienced surprised this place is still around. So sad when you’re trying to support mom and pop shops but they give you nothing but rudeness and attitude. Definitely take your business to Fredcel Lumpias & Catering.

I stopped in today to get lumpia for the first time. I have passed this business for years and never stopped but today I decided to try it out. Walking up there are signs posted regarding social distancing and wearing a mask. They only take cash. The gentleman was short in speaking and was very rude. If customer service is what your looking for, then this is not the place for you. I ordered 25 pork lumpia which was $25. He told me it would take about 20 minutes to fry and he would call my name. HE took my name down and took my money. 20 minutes passed and I walked back to the door where he slammed my order on the table. 😳 I said, THANK YOU He did not respond, so I said it again and he said, Your Welcome. I told him to have a great weekend. There was silence then he said, You too. I guess I am just wondering why are we so angry? The lumpia was very GOOD, its a shame I wont be returning to buy more. His attitude is horrible I wont give my money to someone whos customer service is horrible

This is literally the worst experience I have ever had trying to order food!!! The old man at the front door is one of the rudest and most bitter person I have encountered in decades. I walk up to order some food and an looking at the menu when he tells me its cash only, and a 20 minute wait. no problem I already seen the sign outside about cash only, the wait once again no problem. I ask a question and start getting yelled at. He wont stop telling me the prices and Im still looking at the menu, I ask him to hold on a second. And he is clearly mocking me. I couldnt even order my food what a waste of a business that could prosper and actually have people order from there. That older man is clearly the reason there were no customers there, never again...

OH let me tell you, this was an amazing experience, it was my first time going and this man was so rude and pushy! it made me and my friend laugh and ended the day great! people are to serious and need to laugh it off, it makes a great time! it’s like the restaurant that’s mean to you but better because it’s not intentional. food was also amazing. but please just remember he has to make so many all alone so be patient!!

I was prepared with my order & cash before going in. The owner has a loud voice but he was just making sure I understood the pricing & the ordering procedures. I’m sure he has been taken advantage of or lost business in the past so he makes it a point to have you pay before he cooks. Not a problem with me! I was patient & understanding, and after I paid he seemed very happy. I waited for my order in my car & it was ready at the exact time he predicted. He even gave me a huge SMILE as I picked up my food. The lumpia & pancit were SO good! I love the lumpia sauce as well! I will definitely return!! First off, the lumpia is DELICIOUS and made fresh. So yeah, the old man is a little abrupt. I get where people think he’s rude, he’s just a little loud and edgy. I don’t think he’s trying to be mean. Based on many of the reviews we aren’t the only ones.They also had vegetables on a table by the front door that looked to have been chopped but were just sitting there for a fly buffet. Disgusting!!!If I could give this place a -0 rating I would. Their food is excellent and fresh. I completely agree about this mans personality. Ive been going to him for years. Yes it is a mom and pop shop. Straight up Philippino family. He is very rude but i dont take it personal. Every once in a while we talk about our families and hes cool. I called him once to place an order. Never will call again. Lol. I completely understand him although i dont agree with his rudeness. Yes, it needs to be specified that you have to order in person(not over the phone), pay with cash and you have to leave a deposit. I tried to place an order over the phone for takeout. I was at the vet right next door and i was super hungry. I was prepared to wait an hour if thats what it took. But this number i called was apparently the owners direct cell i guess. Because she told me she was driving and someone else was in the store but she doesnt take orders over the phone anyway. I told her i couldnt leave the vet at that time but I just would like to run over to pay then come back for the order and she said no id have to wait 15 min in the store or my order wouldve been thrown out and hung up. I lost my appetite after that.

I have driven by this place for years and finally decided to try it out… i just got out of the hospital and im in major pain i asked if they took debit cards (i could have actually walked to my car to ask my son for cash) but the lady very rudely pointed to the papers that said cash only and a rude man in the back started yelling at me repeating no plastic card here like i get it i could have gotten cash but you did not have to be rude at all i wasnt even fully alert yet as i just got discharged and im overly medicated i guess i will never be back here it may be a very tasty place i dont know but the way i was treated says never come back to me

Owners are both rooted in the Philippines. Cash only accepted and they dont cook until paid for. My first few visits were to test out if they made a good product and see how authentic food tasted. Found my favorite is shrimp. Saying that, it must be a favorite of their other customers too as twice in a row I go for shrimp mainly and they were out of them . Also out a while back as well. They have a great product definitely made not bought bulk from some factory. But if they are not familiar with you they come off as rude I felt. But the more I frequent establishment the more they treat me as they should everyone that walks in, like a customer and your business is valued. Overall if your having a party and want some great authentic Filipino food and if your a fan of lumpia, DO NOT GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! YOU SHOULD BUY SEVERAL TRAYS ! I was searching for a place that sold good lumpias for a work event, and this place was recommended by a friend. I called Leocynns for a catering quote or a tray quote, and the man that answered the phone was extremely rude. I work for a large hospital and was placing an order for out monthly meeting and it would have been a fairly large order. When I called to get some prices over the phone the man yelled at me, demanded I come in and speak with him directly, and stated that he would not be giving me prices over the phone. He needed to see cash before he would give me a quote. How do you expect to see cash, if I dont know how much its going to cost? Seriously, he was so rude. I have never been there personally and people have said their food is good but due to the lack of customer service and rude behavior I will take mine and my coworkers business else where!

First I park in his parking before he opens(I didn’t know it was his parking) and then he literally puts the “leocynns lumpia only parking” VERY AGGRESSIVELY so we move, next he VERY aggressively throws his mat on the ground to get us to leave even though we were already leaving. This next one breaks my heart, an elderly lady next to him trips and falls down, he just looks at her and goes back inside without helping her or even asking if she’s okay(yes I did help her myself and asked if she was okay and she said yes). I just wish people had common decency.

You have to understand, sole proprietor, pride in what they put in the food. This is REAL Mom and Pop, old-school business. They are as real as it gets, and keeping true to the taste of Filipino food done right.If you want it fast, go to McDonalds. If you want to chat a bit, if it is slow, you might catch Leo on a good day. If he likes you, and your attitude is right, he is a sweetheart. Just realize how much work is put in to what is done. It is hard work and do not give him hard time.Now, if you are having a party, pre- order, two weeks in advance, get there with a 50% cash deposit, go for frozen to pick up early and fry yourself or order precooked...either way...no lumpia will go to waste. These little things are the best in the county. This is ART.Try them.

Fresh means you wait a little longer and order from real people.I totally get his attitude. Hes not rude. Hes tired of quoting over the phone when people are shopping around for the best deal. Hes tired of people walking out on him when he quotes 10 minutes. He has been in business for a long time and is very old school. After reading previous reviews, we expected a grumpy guy, he wasnt terrible but he did talk to us like we might not know up from down which is pretty annoying but not a deal breaker if the food is amazing. The food was not amazing though. It was ok. We got chicken adobo, it was dry and the pancit was average. The lumpia is what ruined it for me though, we ordered the jumbo and either their oil was too hot or lumpia just too thick but there was a layer of uncooked goop where the wrapper wasnt cooked though. It might have been a fluke but it was enough to make me not want to go back even though it is just down the street. I had high hopes for this place but there is another place to try across the street.

Drove by them every day for work. Decided to support a local business and give them a chance. Found them online and looked of the menu. It said to call to place orders (no further info given on menu). I did just that... I was calling to place an order for pick the next day for a work function. I was talked to VERY rudely on the phone by a man who answered the phone with no introduction. No you cant place order for tomorrow without coming to talk ing front of me and give me 50% deposit for your order tomorrow and only bring CASH! ---At no place on the menu does it say that. I also asked if I was just able to show up and order it as take out the day of and was also told NO. Obviously they arent hurting for business if they can be so picky and make up the rules as they please. I looked up other reviews, and wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt... I drove by the store the other day and they were closed so I called today to find out their hours and pricing on their lumpia. The owner gave me the store hours however told me he could not give me pricing on the lumpia, that I had to come into the store and that he was with his friend right now and was going to stop talking with me because he was busy. So I told him since he was too busy to speak with me that I would not be coming in for any lumpia. The other reviews about their rude treatment of customers is very accurate, apparently they are not in the business to make money and attract customers, so I will not be buying any lumpia from Leocynns.

Never ever go here!!!! I went to this place three times and was not able to get any lumpia. Im almost convinced this place is just a drug front... Ive talked about this place to other people and every single person has gone there several times and got terrible service. The first time I went I was told it was cash only.
