I have been to a bunch of Chinese restaurants in the area, but I always keep coming back to Leos. The food is just better here, and some of the best Chinese cuisine youll find in the East Bay. The unassuming family-run restaurant is rather small, but the service is excellent, and the food is always fresh and flavorful. And they are very agreeable to modifying a dish to suit your taste. The menu is large and features some unique dishes. The tangerine beef was a perfect combination of sweet, tangy, and crispy... almost like eating candy. And the dried cooked green beans are a regular favorite for me, crunchy and flavorful. They have a full bar and wine list too. Always a good meal here.

Delicious food, fantastic service! My husband and I chose the Dinner A; soup, appetizers, entrees and orange slices to finish it off. Great value too.

WoW nice family owned Chinese restaurant!.. Clean authentic tasting. Reasonably priced and the food came out fresh and hot. Definitely delicious.. I grew up in the SF Oakland area. ate at many Chinese restaurants.. This is by far equal to if not better. The honey walnut prawns are right on not full of mayonnaise but just the right amount of nice glaze. The basil fish was not fishy tasting but nice fresh and tender white fish.. Thumbs up for this establishment!! Try it you wont be sorry with great service!.. Leo the owner greets his customers with a smile.

Just ordered from DoorDash. Bunch of issues: did not get rice ordered. Also asked for broccoli shrimp and got broccoli beef. Food very bland. Even asked for spicy kung pao chicken and it was not at all. The incorrect broccoli beef had hardly any flavor. Bleh. I gave it three stars because the veggies were really fresh and cooked nicely.

Growing up in San Francisco I’ve tried many Chinese restaurants. Leo’s is so fresh and delicious! Great service and the take out was bustling. So happy I found my new Chinese go-to or take out in my neighborhood. Love it!!

Placed an order at 5:30 pm on Christmas day. Told me it was going to be ready at 7:15. I waited two hours in the waiting room filled with other people who ordered. The host kept saying they were working on it, but never gave me a time. A couple sat at a table, eat and left in the time I was in the waiting room. They were so overwhelmed. Canceled my order at 8:45 and went to McDonald’s and they made all the orders in 15 mins. Unorganized and the whole kitchen staff were screaming at each other, stay away from this place! They should of stopped taking orders if they couldn’t handle the business.

Its a nice restaurant with big windows and a terrace for outdoor dining. Service is awesome.I went there for lunch. I had the salmon lunch special. It came eith hot sour soup, fried rice. And a small salad. I ordered extra of chow mein as a side. It was soo good. The salad 🥗 was sooo good. A light white dressing with like peanut crunchy stuff. The chow mein looked like a healthy like. Oh That was delicious! Salmon and rice were perfect. The sauce for the salmon. I loved it wasnt too sweet. Just had a good, tangy, flavorful, thickness. Yummy! I would go back.Wasnt to expensive either for lunch. It was a lot.

I am on business travel and craving Chinese food, took a chance on Leo’s through DoorDash and it was the best Chinese food I’ve ever had. Theeeee best! I had Kung Pao (3 kind), Pork Chow Fun and Wor Won Top soup. Everything was wonderful!
