This place is fantastic for vegan food 🥑 🥝 🙏😋 I am so very happy I found this place !!! They have a huge menu much larger selection than most vegans places. I will definitely be coming back highly recommend the hot and hash bowl it was phenomenal 😋 must try for people who are consciously eating

Hey Vegan Lovers . . . so I went to Leos for the first time and had the breakfast plate. It was full of flavor and very good. Also it is a very large plate of food that easily makes two meals.I hope Vegans will come and support this cafe as I was informed they had to cut the hours open because DWP has been blocking the road for the last couple of months. So please give it a try and support a Vegan Cafe making the world a kinder place

I’m from out of state and I’m so glad I stopped here. It’s my new favorite stop when I come to Cali. The food was delicious and my sister loved it and she’s not a vegan “yet” with places like this it makes it easier to show people that being vegan is good all the way around. Staff was really nice too 🙂

This is a nice place to get a vegan meal, and they have beyond meat, which is really awesome! The food is definitely very expensive. I got the Hot Hash in a Bowl with a beyond sausage, and also a side of buttered toast, 2 doughnuts, and a hazelnut latte, and it was about $40. Very pricey, but its a nice treat, and Id definitely come back for some vegan desserts!

Everything here is delicious! Some of my favorites were the super nachos, breakfast burrito, and pea pancakes. Even meat eaters would enjoy this place. You would never guess everything is 100% vegan and gluten free. Support this shop please. Check it out, you wont regret it.

I love this place! The food manages to be gluten free, vegan, AND extrememly delicious. My favorite is the breakfast burrito. The staff is also super friendly and personable. Definitely give it a try if you are ever in the area. 🦁❤️

I really enjoyed my food from here! They have a real mom and pop vibe and make your food fresh to order. The gentleman that helped me walked me through all the pastries in the case up front and gave me some recommendations. My sister is on the keto diet and Im a vegan who eats relatively high fat most days. My sister got the almond cookies that the gentleman told us was most closely keto and I got a little cinnamon cake piece that he recommended. We both ordered food as well! My mock quesadilla was both pretty and delicious. My sister found her keto bowl to be a little spicy, but I enjoyed it. I would say that both of our meals did taste quite similar. That is truly my only disappointment, I wish they had a little more diversity in the menu. All in all, I loved my food and dessert and would definitely come bag again :)

It’s always an exciting and disorienting experience as a vegetarian to be at a place where you can order everything on the menu, no questions asked. Throw in a gluten free member of the party who also can eat absolutely everything off the menu and we have the makings of some real excitement. Leo’s Superfood Bakery & Deli offers up exactly that…it’s an all vegan, all gluten free establishment where you can basically eat anything you want!A party of four of us, including two people who were dairy free and gluten free, a kid who is picky, and a lacto-ovo vegetarian (that’s me) were all present. I had the Southwestern Veggie Skillet. (seasoned tofu “eggs” and veggies over a bed of potatoes). I thought it was pretty tasty and filling though a bit salty for my tastes.My wife ha the Pesto Tofu Scramble over sweet potato hash. She thought it all went well together, but was also a little over salted. She thought this would be good as a wrap (which is one of the ways it is offered.)The third person in our party had the Breakfast Muffin with no bread (even though gluten free was available.) She had it over potatoes instead of as a sandwich and she really liked the tofu “fried egg”. The vegan cheese had the consistency of cooked egg white...tasty fried eggy.Our kid had a simpler version of the Black Bean Burrito listed on the menu…no cheese with a little Pico de Gallo. The tortilla was not quite large enough to fully wrap the contents so it was served as kind of a really large soft taco. The tortilla was gluten free and our kid couldn’t tell.As long as we were there and given that there were desserts to try…we tried them…a sampling of their donuts and brownies. Their donuts were akin to cake donuts but much denser and given to us cold out of the refrigerated cabinet. We thought they might have been better room temperature. They’re sweetened with coconut sugar (Which is great for folks who are avoiding conventional sugars.) Some at the table loved it all but the two of us eaters of non gluten-free stuff thought they were a little lacking.We were the only people in the restaurant when we arrived…the seating area is small and only one person was working…it took a long time for our food to come and we can only imagine what it would have been like if more people had shown up to order food for there or to go.We generally joined the food and my wife has been pining to go back to try the gluten-free pancakes so it seems that a return is inevitable.

I’ve tried hard to like their food and it’s okay, but it’s pretty expensive. I took a brownie home and see now that it’s covered in mold. My food was brought to me after my friend already finished eating. I want to like it because there’s no vegan food in the Valley but I’m done

Small funky joint. Brightly colored. Several tables. Plenty of seating outside. Had the pesto roasted veggie salad. Excellent. Cool music. Prices reasonable for an all vegan place. Unfortunately, this is the only truly healthy vegan place in The Valley. Most the other places in the Valley are high carb and greasy. This place is Keto/paleo. Nice staff. Be prepared to wait, not too bad though. Dishes are elaborate and varied so be prepared to wait sometimes. Worth the wait. The americano coffee is excellent with almond cream.

Its rare (perhaps the only one) to find a fantastic restaurant which is also completely vegan and gluten-free. On top of that Leos has numerous Paleo, Low-Carb and Keto Options. This place is from the future. The food is so delicious, it all tastes home made, its reasonably priced, the place is cozy and the staff is wonderful. My new favorite place. Their catering menu is fantastic too.

This is one of the few lovely vegan restaurants here in the valley and even though its pretty small inside (try getting a table outside) it has some awesome food. My friend and I were greeted by the nice owner who took our order at the register. Within a couple of minutes (we did go right when they opened) the owner brought out our freshly made protein vegan pancakes with coconut whip cream, blackberry compote & syrup. Unfortunately, once more costumers started to come in they got a bit flustered and forgot to make my hash but other than that we got really excellent service and we enjoyed our date there.

Nice menu ideas, cute logo, great for people into these fads/diets, but that’s about it. it’s overpriced and lacking flavor. the bread is dense, crumby, unevenly baked, and not as good as it was when they were online only. the kitchen looks unsanitary, no hair nets or gloves in sight. the management is attentive but unprofessional. some bites are soggy, you can taste that they were fried while wet. similarly, some bites are crunchy from salt granules, some burn the throat from splashed in pepper, and most are just bland lumps that make you miss the previous overbearing bites. i came from out of state to try this, and i’m severely disappointed. i should’ve taken my tip to the gas station instead so i could refill what i wasted getting there.

They have the best vegan donuts I’ve ever tasted. I wish I could figure out the recipe for myself. I also love ordering their pesto sauce just to have on hand, to keep it for the days when I’m feeling lazy & just want to quickly make some pasta at home with my pesto sauce from Leo’s. The menu appealed to me but their food and service exceeded my expectations. I got some donuts and the crunch wrap (on their separate breakfast special menu), and my wife got the breakfast plate and a pancake. The crunch wrap was quality and delicious. The donuts are the smallest donuts Ive ever had but excellent none the less. My wife enjoyed the breakfast plate. We shared the pancake. It was thin, a lil crunchy, and delicious. The cashier was very kind and helpful. All in all an impressive first visit. We will be back.

Ive been here twice, and food and service have been excellent. I want to give it 5 stars but on this last visit, the music was so loud it was giving me anxiety. I enjoy all types of music but aggressive rock rap is not what I want blasting when trying to enjoy my food. Id prefer not to have music blasting at all when I eat...and it was BLASTING! When I mentioned it to the front barista, it was clear that I wasnt the first person to complain about it, and that it wasnt her doing. Apparently the cook liked it blaring and she didnt feel comfortable saying anything. Who knows what the dynamic is there but it wasnt cool. Ill still order from there but not sure Ill be dining in.

Save your money, worst quality vegan food establishment around, no offense just true. I would say they only stay relevant due to their low sugar, low carb options but still disappointingly underwhelming food especially for the price point. The only items that aren’t entirely a miss are their donuts, everything else is unbalanced, too little or not enough of something. I’d say they have potential, I hope they do but I expected this time around the quality would be better and it had been a long while since my last order.

I had brought a vegan burger from here a while back, it was burned and unflavored. I called the owners and spoke to Leo, and was informed that it was done well and I should have brought it back if there was an issue.Um I just finished moving all day and was no loner in the area, when I was attempting to eat my food. Went to Leo’s for the first time today. I have had their cakes before, but I wanted to try their other food. I had the breakfast burrito (served all day). So deelish! They offer it with a second tortilla and I now see why. It was literally bursting with vegan goodness. Best of all, I took a beef pot pie home for dinner. 350 degrees for 20 minutes. It was the BEST pot pie that I have ever had…vegan or not. Leo’s is a real special place. You can tell the food is made with love.

Everything was served fresh and hot, in ample portions; my son in law and I saved half of ours and had it for dinner. Staff was kind and patient as well as efficient. I got the black bean burrito at Leos superfood vegan cafe, and it was truly wonderful. I really enjoy everything on the menu at Leos. They have a lot of vegan options, as everything in the store is vegan and gluten-free. I also got the beyond meat fries. Leos also has very high quality desserts, and theyre gluten-free Donuts are the best. Really love everything here and what Leos is doing for the world.

Idea is great, but they need to improve overall. Not horrible, but mediocre at best. Employees are very nice, but multi-tasking to the extreme. Wait for food was over the top. Also, most of food we received were flavorless and flimsy for the price as well as considering the wait time. It is hard for me to give a poor review as I want a place like this to be successful, but they need to hire more help, improve kitchen and food. I ate with four and we all felt the same way. Lastly, we have had many vegan/gluten free donuts and Leos are at the bottom. Need to improve overall.

Super friendly people. With it being 100% gluten free and vegan (dairy free) I felt free to order what ever I wanted no guilt for the night. I ordered the nachos and they were so good, albeit more salty than I usually like my food to be. I also love the raw vegan cheese cake( I ate it all even though I was stuffed), and am bringing home a loaf of bread, brownies, and cake for family members who dont do gluten or eggs. Be aware food is pricy $14 for a large serving (enough for 2) of nachos. I spent well over $50 tonight but loved to be able to support such a niche restaurant.

This is the best place for getting lunch! When coming to Leos Superfood Vegan Cafe, they make great food that will never disappoint the customer! The staff is also very helpful and friendly when it comes to the service. The place also has a great theme of lions! I would also recommend Leos as a place to pick up birthday treats! Everything is gluten free. Everything is vegan. Everybody is nice. All dishes taste great. Maple donut plus one of my favorites. I also recommend the breakfast burrito wrap. You can substitute out veggies if you have certain allergies. Lucky to have restaurants like this around. Atmosphere is basic but food is great.

Disappointing. I give this place a 2.5 star review. I ordered the super nachos and their gluten free donut and was hoping it met up the other reviews.... it did not. The nachos were okay, but i had a lot of leftover dry chips on the bottom. I wish there was more cheese... also the cheese wasnt really melted. I expected more tomatoes too. I ordered a side of guacamole for $3 and it was pretty small, not worth the $3. The donut was more like a bran muffin with glaze.... the flavor was bland and most definitely nothing i would eat again. Over all it was all very bland and not worth the price.

Loved this place! The cashier, Abby, was the sweetest and her hospitality skills were outstanding! The cooks, Nava and Josh, whipped up some bomb food. I definitely recommend Leo’s Superfood Breakfast Burrito. You can get it prepared in 4 different ways and there’s even a low carb and keto option. The protein pancakes with the fruit compote just melted in my mouth into pure perfection 😋. My husband and I definitely left satisfied and full. We found our new grub spot and I couldn’t be any happier 👍🏽

The one who attended us was sweet as pie, an older gentleman with GLOWING skin (I suspect hes the owner and obviously, vegan). On top of that, the vegan, gluten-free burrito I had was AMAZING! Everything had great flavor and was well priced. Would highly recommend!

We tried the pecan pie and the chocolate walnut brownie - both tasted extremely delicious and unlike any other vegan pastry/dessert Ive ever had. The man who was serving us, I assume he is the owner, was very friendly and even offered us free vegan whipped cream and an extra slice of the pumpkin pie for us to try! I love vegan businesses and gladly spend more money on cruelty-free, healthy food. Well worth it.

Also tried their Ginger-turmeric-cayenne-agave drink to soothe my throat post-teaching all day, did the trick and delish. Not to mention the friendly atmosphere. Nice hole in the wall place, if you blink youll miss it. We had the avocado toast which was very tasty and prepared fresh. You can order ahead and pick up after thats much quicker. My husband loved it and hes very picky but he said hell definitely go again

First time at this place which my fiancé found on happycow, I had the veggie works pizza and it was literally finger licking good! Ive had many different pizzas all over the west coast and this one was brilliant! I highly recommend it! Also the customer service was great! I truly have to give this place a 5 star.

Love this place. My girlfriend has Celiac Disease and she and I are glad that she can buy literally everything in this store. David and Ben are so nice and friendly we always have a laugh when we come in. We love the donuts, cupcakes and pumpkin pie!

Great food but the worst service!!!I ordered food over the phone on (09/18/20) when I picked up I got completely different dishes!Next day I gave a try again, I ordered different plates and only 2 of them were right! They forgot to add meat in one of them! Second one they gave quinoa bowl instead of quesadilla, and another one they made something else I had to wait another 15 min for them to replace it when I came to pick it up! And the girl was unprofessional to handle the situation!

They don’t hold your dietary restrictions hostage and make you choose between one or the other. Oh are you also Keto??Don’t worry, they got you covered, not everything is keto but you can find something to accommodate you without sobbing onto your “trace” result ketone strips the next day. But how does it taste? Great. You aren’t going to find your world turned upside down, you’ll find comfort food classics like breakfast burritos, and donuts that you can eat without sending yourself to zoo animal murderer hell. If you enjoy burned black protein pancakes from the bottom and a black unchewable crust then come on down. The customer service is also lousy. Not worth the quality of the products for the price they are charging. I wouldnt mine paying 10 bucks for 2 well done moist and soft protien pancakes. I did pay 10 dollars for the cooks mistake. Have the audacity and common sense to redue them and own up to it.They were rushed lousy burned pancakes. How hard is it to whip up pancakes if you get paid to do this for a living. This place deserves no stars.

I think the seasoning needs to be tweaked. There was no seasoning. Or that nooch sauce needs to have some salt and seasoning. I don’t want to say it was nasty but, the grilled veggie bowl need some seasoning. The brownies and cinnamon raisin bars were delicious. I will give it another try when I’m out that way again.

These guys make this superfood bread out of almond flour and other good stuff. Its the only bread that doesnt mess up my insides, and it tastes soooooo good. Its actually got the same ingredients in it that I use when I make bread for myself, but theirs turns out better :D Toast it up, slather it with veganaise (I like to make mine from homemade aquafaba after cooking up dried garbanzos for hummus) and top it with some fresh tomatoes from your garden. Parking was impossible ... this place was small ... and you could hear how unhappy the employees were here... I ordered a $63.- 8inch round 3 tier chocolate vegetarian birthday cake on Thursday to pick up on Saturday ... was not ready ... plus they didn’t have a box the correct size for this cake the box provided was too small and could not close .. by the time we got it home the writing (which we were charged extra for) and the side of the cake were smashed ... although the cake itself looked beautiful all these other things took away from what should have been a 5 star from this place ... you could tell that they make great things here but having unhappy employees and grumpy delivery service drivers waiting on orders and not having the right box size for such a wonderful cake that gets destroyed on the way home ... fix these things and Leo’s SuperFood Bakery could be top of valley ....!!!!! Come on guys get it together .... Run the place better ... you need a good manager to fix these things ... I am not trying to say it’s a bad place you just need to run it better ... I won’t be back until you do ... that was just too much for me ... peace ☮️ Tony...Update ... the actual vegan that we ordered the cake for upon eating a piece of the cake and the non vegans as well all agreed that was the worst cake we have ever had ...
