Service and atmosphere is good but not food. ordered cookie and cream milkshake and it was more like slushie. should change it’s name to slushie. burger joints have better milkshakes. i would recommend to order something else not milkshakes.

My daughters and I were there last week. We ordered 2 boba drinks, popcorn chicken and cheese sticks. The popcorn chicken was amazing, love the flavor, spices, right hit of everything . Kids said the drinks were awesome. We are going back again and again and recommend everyone to try this place, you will never be disappointed.

Cool thing about T4 is they make their Taiwanese-style milk teas & iced teas by how much ice and sugar YOU want. First time ever experiencing this kind of option in an Asian bubble tea place! Makes total sense when you think about it and much MORE healthier too!T4s extensive Chinese snack menu is awesome. Freshly made - not sitting under a heat lamp. They will ask you how spicy you want for certain items. Plus they also have additional condiments if you want to add more after you get your snack order.Two of T4s most popular snack choices are the Egg Puff and Basil Fried Popcorn Chicken (order it - spicy). Both are serve made-to-order, piping hot and are very addicting to eat.The Egg Puff is like eating a buttery eggy-tasting, hollowed out, Belgian Waffle that you tear a part with your hands. The deep fried Basil Popcorn Chicken is lightly battered with Panko, which gives it a crunchy, airy texture. The taste reminds me of eating a spicy basil flavored Tonkatsu.Staff is friendly and willing to help make menu suggestions. Place is super clean, bright with music videos playing on the wall monitors. T4 also has a frequent loyalty customer card - Buy 9 Drinks, Get 1 Free.There is a unisex restroom. Ive visited every bubble tea place in Livermore, and this is the best. Toothsome but tender boba, fresh tea, friendly, accurate service, low prices, and a bright, comfortable setting. Who could ask for more? The tonkatsu ramen is decent, but my favorite is the fried tofu bowl. Would prefer actual plates to plastic, but it is very easy to take to go. Get your card stamped for a free tea if you buy 9.

This place has amazing food and drinks but mostly great service. I went to here and I accidentally left my phone and wallet there. Once I got back home I was panicking because I couldn’t find my phone nor my wallet. When I went to find my iPhone I saw that it was in the T4 I was at. I called the store and they said that they had my phone and wallet and even charged my phone for me since it was out of battery. They were also very nice. The food was good as well. My siblings and I got the popcorn chicken, the calamari and the chicken wings and it was delicious. We all loved it. This place is amazing and I really recommend it.

Tried this place twice last week with my kids. Service was VERY slow in store, there were at least three employees but they just couldnt keep up with in store and online orders. About 10 min wait in line and other 15 mins for two drinks. A few days later used an order ahead app and showed up 25 mins later per app and upon arrival app said order ready, however only one drink was ready, wait another 20 mins for 3 more drinks and the employee was still trying to hand me someone elses drink. Drinks are good but not good enough for such slow service esp when you are trying to get kids to practice etc.

I will never go here again - went here for the 1st time today and I cant believe how rude one of the staff members was from the moment we walked in. 15 people in the establishment and the cashier yelled at us to put masks on. We clearly didnt see the the note on the door but to be THAT upset and yell at us in front of so many, was unprofessional. Being it was our first time there we were so embarrassed because we werent aware that it was still a requirement to put masks on and if not you get yelled at for not having done so. Then when ordering, my daughter didnt know what she wanted (again, first time here) and the cashier couldnt control her rudeness. Instead of being polite she had an attitude because we ordered the wrong Boba item. She treated us like were were an inconvenience vs being a customer. She also couldnt hear my daughter when she ordered so my daughter pulled her mask away from her mouth (still on and covering) and the cashier told her to put her mask on. I would have walked out she was so rude but we were there with friends and I didnt want to make a scene. I went to pay and noticed it asks for tips and they had one that said wow (as in wow, great service) and that was a 20% tip. Thats what I gave her, a wow not because she deserved it but because wow you treat your customers so horrible and not welcomed that I just said it outloud, wow to make a point. Not to mention she watched me put my pin in so I covered the pad with my wallet. Uncomfortable. Be better T4 - never again will I support you and well be sharing with our friends and family.

The coffee is terrible, like drinking pure syrup with a splash of coffee flavor. Weak, watery, and wayyy too much sugar. The smoothies are made with artificial colored syrups, not real fruit. Fruit teas have no fruit bits… Basically, quality is cheap and price is high. An added insult was the owner kept messing up a basic order. I wished I didn’t leave so I could ask for a refund on the coffee since I couldn’t drink it at all

I give it two stars because the food and drinks here are actually good. However when I first walked into the establishment, I was not greeted. All three workers inside looked at me, but didn’t speak at all. After waiting 10 minutes, someone who seemed like they hated their job finally greeted me. Fast forward, the following multiple people after me were greeted immediately with enthusiasm and were also offered a stamp card, which I wasn’t even offered. It just goes to show how far customer service goes.

BY GOD, it was neither hot nor cold. It made me vomit.4. I asked for the sugar, the dude said its already in it. $&#(+. What barista mixes sugar in the latte? Damn it, and it was extremely sweet, like sugarcane juice.5. I waited for 24 mins for my latte. Extremely slow service.I am very mad. It was the yuckiest latte I ever got from $6.Worst place ever for a drink.

Its a great place is you want to grab a quick snack. They are pretty quick and mostly empty when I go so it would be nice to see them have some traffic once in a while. For me its nice and close to the school I go to so I can always head that way if um getting hungry. The curly fries are to be recommend, they are my friends favorite. The parking is nice and accessible. 8/10 would go again

Really great little spot!! I actually visited Taiwan and the tea that they serve here is very comparable to that in Taiwan. They have an amazing seasoning that they use for the chicken bites which are amazing and I believe its the same seasoning for the fish tenders, and the onion rings. The service is always nice, but try to get there either before or WELL after school lets out because all the kids go there for a after snack before they walk home. They used to ask if you want regular, or spicy, but now they dont. They allow you to put on your own spice, and be warned the cayenne powder they have is HOT!!! GREAT PLACE!!

Stupidly good!! Highly recommend the taro milk tea, also worth a try with sea salt cream, though I think for next time I prefer the straight taro flavor. Looking forward to coming again! So many flavors to choose from... The avocado smoothie is also interesting and very tasty.Very friendly and cheerful service too, can give you a great recommendation!

I tried the passion fruit tea with a teriyaki bowl. The drink although without any added sweetness is plenty sweet and delicious. The teriyaki bowl was a very nice helping of chicken, rice, and steamed/cooked veggies. The chicken was good and I felt the portion size was great for the price. Atmosphere in the store is nice and staff is very friendly!

Terrible customer service. My daughters went in there to get Tea and some fries. They said they didnt want any spice on their fries, but the cashier misunderstood and gave them regular spice. They couldnt eat them because they were too spicy, but when they spoke to the employees they told them to just wipe the spices off of each individual fry instead of offering to make them new ones. Seriously? A basket of $3.00 fries and you cant make the mistake right? I dont know if its because they are kids and they thought it didnt matter, but customer service is customer service, no matter the age of the customer or the cost of the product.

So this was my 1st time going into T4 for different reasons. Anyways, I wanted to mention that I dont live close by. Im close, but not super close. With most places out here, Im about a 5 minute or less drive. This was about a 10+ min. drive. And tbh, I did want to try their Mango and French Fries.In all honesty, Im not huge fan of pepper, but their Fries are Delicious! even with the pepper on them. Also, I tried the smoothie as soon as I got home (idk why, but Ive been obsessed w/mango stuff lately) and for me, it was one of those moments that was mind-blowing. I got the Mango smoothie w/no additions which is still Delicious! btw.Idk when, but I will be back in the future. Ill prob. be back either when the road construction has finished or at least lessened, but in all honesty, Id prob. be back sooner than that. Also, totally worth the drive.

I like the convenient location, ambiance, and cleanliness. They have good customer service, but for the orders to come out is a bit on the slow side, even when its off peak hours. Theres music and tv. Fun place for adults and teenagers.

Milk Tea with bubbles are pretty good. For those who like their tea a little on the sweet side, I would recommend their famous Thai milk tea. Roasted Oolong milk tea is very flavourful.
