As an Italian I rarely eat at Italian restaurants unless their dishes are way above the average. Finally I had the pleasure of dining at Limoncello, and I must say, it truly transported me to the heart of Italy with every bite. Their dedication to authentic Italian cuisine is evident in their diverse menu. I particularly enjoyed the Tagliolini Limoncello. The delicate balance of flavors in this dish had me savoring each bite, and it was nothing short of culinary magic. If youre in the mood for exquisite Italian fare, Limoncello should be at the top of your list. Do not miss their delicious dessert! Highly recommended!

When I go out to eat I prefer non corporate restaurants like this place. Limoncello is run by three friends who are passionate about what they do and I enjoyed everything.Place was very clean and charming like places I saw in Italy. You can sit inside or outside.We started with octopus and potato salad. Trust me and try it Im not a meatball person but I couldnt keep my fork off of it (which wasnt mine). I love seafood so decided on Grigliata Capri. My hubby ordered lasagna and trifle and parmesan fries. We also ordered chocolate gelato (it was amazing).Although the place just opened server was really well trained and I look forward to going back again.

It is a generous portion, so it can easily be considered a meal in itself. This salad is a combination of fresh organic greens, cherry tomatoes, grapes, sliced roasted pears, sweet gorgonzola, walnuts and a Pomegranate dressing. The salad is light and refreshing, and the flavors all come together beautifully. The optional grilled chicken shrimp or fish adds a protein element to the salad..For those who are looking for a more hearty meal, the Grigliata Capri is a great option. This dish features a grilled seafood platter of shrimp, scallops, calamari and fish served with grilled vegetables. The seafood is fresh and cooked to perfection, and the grilled vegetables provide a healthy and flavorful side dish.No meal at Limoncello is complete without dessert. The restaurant offers a variety of classic Italian desserts, such as tiramisu, gelato, and sorbet. My favorite is the Delizia Al Limoncello. All of the desserts are made in-house and are wonderfully delicious.I highly recommend Limoncello Ristorante to anyone looking for a delicious and authentic Italian meal in Southern California.

Guys, dont go there if you want to lose weight! The food is fantastic, and the portions are big.We tried warm octopus salad and branzino.Dont go there if you hate attentive service from the owners, who used to run another fancy Italian place in Newport Beach!Now, I want to congratulate Antonio, Giovanni and Tiberio. You guys managed to pull it off!A line to get seated only a month after opening!You are rock stars!A reservation for Saturday night dinner is a must.

This restaurant is truly special!My wife and I tried Limoncello for the first time to celebrate our wedding anniversary.Authentic Italian food is very hard come to by locally. I lived in Europe for years and was frustrated by the many Italian restaurants that Americanize their dishes to local tastes... Not here thank goodness! Limoncello is as authentic an Italian restaurant as you will find!We had the Burrata & Prosciutto, Fettuccine Bolognese, Pappardelle Salsiccia and Tiramisu and espresso. All were truly delicious, authentic, a real taste of classic Italian cuisine!The atmosphere is refreshingly subtle. No cheesy over the top Italian clichés like in some other local restaurants. They simply let the food speak for itself!The three owners Tony, Tiberio and Giovanni really made us feel special. Thank you for making our anniversary so memorable!We cant wait to go back and will recommend Limoncello to all our friends and relatives!Grazie signori!

I don’t leave ratings often, and am usually not an Italian foodie. This place is wonderful. The food has well developed flavors, everything clearly made from scratch. Definitely coming back!

Old location...New Owners... New Name...New Crew...Totally reimagined!! And WOW...what a great restaurant Limocello has become almost overnight. An absolutely fantastic dining experience from start to finish. Exquisite service and sumptuous offerings. And OMG, the best tiramisu ever!! As Arnold said...Ill (well) be back.. So nice having this wonderful slice of Italy in our backyard. Youll love it. 🙏

I had such a great time at Limoncello! I loved their outdoor patio space, and all the greenery with the hanging lemons. The food was honestly the best Italian food I have ever had in a while!! Definitely must try the pólipo con patate, I was amazed on how good it was. Can’t wait to go back again and try more things!

Great food. The chef came out to the table and visited with us. Giovanni, our waiter was charming and helpful. Great selection of wine at a great price point.I had the Branzino dish and it was perfect.

Really fantastic experience from start to finish. Food was excellent, great value wines Italian and domestic. Best tiramisu Ive ever had, some really fantastic pasta
