2023-08-21 22:48:54This is a lovely place to experience the traditional English tea. Reservations highly recommended. Its a 2 hour experience, so slow down and savor your food. Every morsel is a delight. Service is impeccable. Everything about this place is absolutely wonderful!

2023-08-16 23:18:28Absolutely LOVE this place! Im an American who lived in the UK for several years, and one of the things I miss the most from my time in London is a classic, proper British high tea. So I am overjoyed to find a local place that caters exclusively to that kind of vibe. The food is amazing (I need to know what they put in that pesto nut tea sandwich and those cinnamon scones), the tea is lovely and there are countless varieties to suit every taste, and the servers all wear super cute maid outfits. Its all adorable, right down to the handmade tea cozies. My only minor nitpick is that they told me the clotted cream they sell at the gift shop is made in-house, but I later found the exact same jar at World Market for much cheaper. I see you, Lisa. 😏 I respect the hustle, but Im gonna buy it from WM from now on.

2023-07-09 23:13:32Sandwiches were ok. Enough for us as a meal so we bagged the desert. We asked about vegan/vegetarian options and was told it would be hard to make it vegan but they would try to substitute ingredients for vegetarian option. Its best to call them first.

2023-11-15 22:40:11I suspect Mary, the reviewer before me (and admittedly a newcomer) has not only never visited Lisa’s before but hasn’t ever had an afternoon tea experience. Everything from the menu offerings to the beautiful Victorian decor was to be expected- but done so, so well! This was my first time at Lisa’s Tea Treasures and will definitely not be my last. Our experience from start to finish was flawless. The service, tea, food and atmosphere were all fantastic and you can tell the tremendous care that goes into creating this charming experience. I would highly recommend to all. Thank you! Happy holidays!

2023-09-08 21:49:33I went to Lisa’s a week ago on a Friday. It’s a very beautiful place with amazing decor and the ambience of this place is amazing. The serve-ware are all pretty, the moment you step in, it’s like you’re transported to a different place altogether. The food and tea was great too.

2023-10-12 19:16:27I came here a few weeks ago for a friend of a friends birthday party. As soon as I walked in I was taken away with all the beautiful tea cups, pots, and trinkets. The service was excellent. They kept the delicious tea and food coming. The atmosphere was friendly and upbeat. I took home a beautiful tea set for a very affordable price. I would highly recommend this place. Id return more often, but I live over an hour away (without traffic). Loved Lisas Tea and Treasures!

2023-11-14 05:10:55I get that this is a specialty service and not for everyone. However, for the price my daughter paid to treat me and her own daughter to this experience, I would expect more accommodation for newcomers and more options for the food, which gives finger sandwiches a new and tasteless meaning. Our server was rather stand-off-ish, and not very attentive. Her strong point seemed to be telling us what we couldn’t have.Good points:the tea was outstanding once you found what you liked. You only got one chance though. If you ordered something you didn’t care for, you better get it right the second time or you’re stuck with it.The desserts were delicious. Not at all diabetic friendly, but delicious pure sweetness. The atmosphere was nice, although rather overdone. The “less is more” concept definitely didn’t apply to the decor. The teapot covers were a great addition to the experience.I would have given the place a higher grade if it had more substance in the food, which while attractively presented, wasn’t very tasty. It was fun for us as a family simply because it’s an exception rather than the rule.

2023-03-14 18:12:07I had an amazing time at Lisas Tea Treasures. We walked in as we decided to have an afternoon tea so that my best friend and I could catch up. I hadnt seen her in a while so we decided to do a ladies day. We were greeted graciously by the staff and was very pleasant to take us without any reservation. As soon as I walked into the tearoom, I felt this calming ambiance. It goes to say that the staff was all warm-hearted and welcoming. We selected the Duchess Delight from the menu. It consists of the following.Duchess Delight Menu SelectionFresh scone with Devonshire Cream & Preserve Savory Quiche-choice of bacon & onion or spinach & tomato.Tea Sandwiches: Artichoke Parmesan, Sundried Tomato & Goat Cheese, and cucumber & mintDessert: Pistachio Cream Cheesecake& Mini TrioTea Selection: My Ladys Respite (Black Tea) & Moroccan Mint Tea (Green Tea)My favorite was the lemon curd. You must not leave without it. I bought a small jar.The tea sandwiches are tasty. My favorite is the one with goat cheese. You will not taste that pungent goat cheese taste as they meticulously mixed their spread where it harmoniously blended with the herbs and spices, I could eat more, but I was a lady for a day.We closed it out with desserts. We each have a pistachio cheesecake and the mini trio. The BEST part, our tea, was still hot after two hours. They have this tea pot sleeve, and it definitely served its purpose. On our way out, we spent a few minutes in the gift shop and bought a few niknaks. I got a tea pot sleeve that kept my tea hot for more than two hours, a sifter, lemon curd, and my Moroccan Full Tea Leaves, which I had while I was there. You have a two hours limit, but that felt like forever because you are not being chased to leave. If there is 10 stars, Id give this place a 10 out 10.

2023-02-19 23:14:53I just moved and this was my first visit at this location and I am hooked! Im so excited to be just a few minutes away from this location. First, the location and parking is so convenient, they have spaces reserved for their customers. The service was impeccable and attentive. The teas and food were amazing and the decor was so cute and not overly done or cluttered. If I had a choice, I would definitely visit this location.
