Everything Ive tried here tasted excellent. Quality overall was top notch. Would definitely come back. Started off with tempura calamari. Great flavor, different crispy texture from regular fried calamari. Kerry roll was a monster. It tasted great and didnt fall apart after taking a bite. Good fishy alternative to California roll. Loved the sauteed shrimp roll.Parking could be difficult. No one was parking within the lines

Great little sushi spot! Almost always has a line. I’m not sure what it is about the place but I’ve met the nicest people there every time I’ve come. Decent prices, and good size portions. Very tasty. I’ve only had a few dishes but I’ve enjoyed everything so far. Will continue coming back for more!

Came here solo in the evening for dinner. There was a bit of a wait but I was seated at the bar immediately due to being solo. Did a sushi combo and some other add ons. Everything was sooo good I kept ordering more nigiri. The special was a nigiri sampler of imported Japanese fish, which was incredibly good. Some of the best nigiri I’ve had anywhere in the country. Specifically the Spanish mackerel, halibut, and two Japanese imported fish were my favorite pieces(I think one was a red snapper, and I forget the other maybe a black snapper, idk, it was a while ago) the only negatives for me was the temp inside was pretty hot/humid which made me a tiny bit uncomfortable, I did also find one scale on a piece of nigiri(not a huge deal, they were super busy) and the food was so good I spent way too much money, the biggest problem. I will for sure go back next time I’m in town.

Everything was delicious, friendly Japanese chef and every dish was genuine. The restaurant opens and 5:30 and there was a line by 6pm! We were on a road trip and surprised to have found this gem! Definitely worth a visit if you’re in the neighborhood!

Hands down the best sushi on the planet. Meticulously made with love. Comfort sushi. Awesome vibe. Family owned and operated. Its the little unique touches and additions to every dish that make the high quality ingredients pop and stand out above all other sushi places. So much goodness.

The sushi was fresh & tasty, but for the prices, I was expecting to be blown away. I was told that this location is no longer owned by Brothers Sushi, Ventura at Canoga. The Sushi was also very pricey there, but tastier, more artfully plated, & the ambience much prettier.

Man, this place is good. Located in a small shopping square with limited, shared parking lot spaces and street parking in the area. 6 or so two tops and bar seating that can handle about 12 people with fast and courteous service. Delicious sushi from a one-page picture menu and limitless hot green tea, everyone was extremely nice and the whole experience was great. Recommended.

Do not go here. Very rude staff. Rude hostess/server plus you’ve got sushi guys that are dismissive and rude! It’s not about food. Food is ok. Just rude and no concept of customer service. The times posted online is also false. They would deny that they posted it. So skip this place!!!

What a pleasant surprise. You have to know what to order they have specialty rolls and flavored sashimi. What a disappointment.Update. Cant say the food was no good but havent been here in 5 years I got there 10 minutes before they open, there was a line. They are not policing their line although somebody from the restaurant was standing outside observing the crowd. Because four people added themselves to their friends who were waiting in line I got stuck waiting for about 20 minutes because of those four people who were not waiting in line. After 20 minutes I decided to leave.

Among the best sushi I’ve had anywhere, certainly best in CA. Steven is super creative and the fish is as fresh and interesting as it gets. Sit at the bar and ask for the omakase, let him take you on a journey. Absolute gem of a spot.

This is definitely a family friendly sushi place. It’s small and full of friendly people and great service. I came here for dinner and ordered too much but it was all excellent. You can get your non-fussy,unpretentious sushi here and feel really comfortable sitting near other patrons. We started conversation with the friendly couple next to us which made the experience even more memorable. The Kerry roll was great. We will be returning soon. Go early for dinner because there is usually a wait.

Really enjoyed this place and I will definitely be going back. Delicious sushi, hand rolls, etc. (try the spicy tuna rice cake!) and very affordable prices for the quality they serve. Service was excellent as well... you wait for nothing. They are on top of everything from plate removal to refills to anything you need almost immediately. Didnt get to check out the Saki selection so no input there. Limited space so peak hours may have you waiting to be seated... but once sat youre going to enjoy great food with great service at great prices. Definitely recommended.

This is my absolute favorite sushi place in LA! It’s better than any of posh sushi spots and it has better prices! The service is amazing and the staff is always friendly. It’s a casual atmosphere but the quality of the food is anything but!

Great little sushi spot in a small strip mall. Sushi chefs on the counter are incredible, they know exactly how much fish to rice ratio to prepare. The selections of fish are abundant, so try various offerings. My favorite is the black snapper, unlike any other snapper at other places it is very tender and not at all lean.

Would be great if they ever ANSWERED THE PHONE! We try to get through countless times during their open hours and they never answer. We like them over Katsuya, but guess who answers and gets our money? Katsuya . Kerry rolls here are one of a kind and sushi is fresh, but the hassle isn’t always worth it.

I hate to spread the renown of this place, but they deserve it. When you walk in it almost feels like a sushi place in Tokyo: small, Japanese chefs shouting a greeting, mostly counter, with a few tables. We asked our chef to decide for us; I discovered several fish that I would never have thought of: flying fish, and black fish. The shrimp tempura roll was something I had never experience before, a crispy fried outside, and an almost sushi-like almost raw shrimp inside. Wonderful.

Little Brothers sushi serves some of the best sushi on the San Fernando Valley. It is a small and cozy restaurant in a stop mall West of Fallbrook on Ventura. Everyone here is really nice and helpful. The food is super fresh and well priced. I love it here.

The best sushi in the Valley. Excellent food, excellent service and some of the freshest fish Ive ever tasted. My favorite is the seafood salad which is basically salad with sashimi and fish eggs. I also LOVE the Linda roll.

Everything I had there was delicious. We ate halibut, salmon, tuna and yellow tail. All of it was so so good. My favorite was the salmon and halibut. I cant wait to go back. The service was friendly, polite and attentive.

Even as takeout, the food was perfect. Unfortunately, the pickup time was said to be one hour, when I arrived, there was another 30 minute wait. But it was worth the wait. The whitefish sashimi is Nobu level.

The place is very small so if you dont get there at the perfect time, you will be waiting for a while. The food was mostly good but some of the sashimi came our very fishy. Fresh fish is important and Im not sure we got that!

Excellent presentation. Rice is first class. Chefs great. Chigusa is one of the rare female sushi chefs in the business, and she is not only sensitive to your needs, but talented. I dont eat rolls and other western ideas of sushi. So, even though their rolls are really good and subtle, their ankimo is beyond sublime. Jalapenos, ponzu, cherry tomatoes and monkfish liver together are wonderful. Foie Gras is illegal in Ca, but this will fill the gap! Much as I try other places to challenge Little Brothers and Eos talents, he and his staff continue to work wonders. Great fish. Great presentation, efficient service (if you can get a seat) and, in my opinion, a really good overall experience. Sit with Eo, if you can. Yoshi is first class, as is Chigusa, and Steve is a refreshingly nice guy who prepares great sushi.
