Pretty solid Korean Chinese food. I liked the jjambbong and jjajangmyun. The portions for the rest were a little on the small side

To us: this place has the best jjajangmyun I had in a long time. Because the food itself is greasy its hard to get it wrong and everyones flavor taste the same. But this place is not above othersTo others: been here for times, they all have been goodTo owners: everytime we go there for dinner there is always party of three who drinks and swear. It ruins the experiencen for other customers

Best jjajang myun in town! Noodles are made when ordered! Doesnt hurt my stomach after unlike other places. Their spicy jjamppong is great too! Love their shrimp and yellow chive dish! Everything is so good forgot to take a before pic

I recently visited this China food restaurant and was blown away by the quality of the food. The dumplings were some of the best Ive ever had, and the General Tsos chicken was perfectly crispy and not too spicy. The wait staff were friendly and attentive, and the food arrived promptly and was piping hot. Highly recommended!

Better check this place out! Seafood Jjamppong tastes SOOO GOOD and has lots of seafood in it.Yellow leek japchae is a must. Only few Chinese restaurants have this dish and THEY DOOO!!

No, no, no. Prices are extremely high for the amount of food you received.The food has no taste or smell like original Chinese food. Keep away. However, if you dont believe it do not complain nobody told you. You will eat better at Panda for way less the amount. We are never going back.Little China on Pico Blvd. Los Angeles.

I think this place for the best jjajjangmyun and jjampong in town!! Their prices are prolly on the lower end too compared to the other places. I was just strolling around waiting for my laundry to finish and wanted to try this place on a whim. Been looking for good jjampong too, so I know where to go now!

I STRONGLY recommend that need to clean up your serving stuffs like bowl, spoon again.. The bowl with the food I ordered was full of grease, as if it had been reused several times without washing. The same goes for the spoon...I did not take a picture or video yet. I will take it asap and will update it.

First impressions walked in.Quite dark and empty and a lot pictures of their food.Means low sales…Second I ordered emperor jjambong and regular jjajangmyon.Emperor jjambbong is just below average the server said it is with full flavor of the fire and great amount of sea food which were not like that… and jjajang was just ok.The server was brilliant and polite tho.If you want polite server only not good you can go.Definitely not to go restaurant.Sorry chef you should change your dish flavor better

I love their jajamyun. I would say they have the most similarity taste to the one that i get in korea. All these other jaja myun doesnt have that flavor ive been looking for in los angeles. But this place has that flavor and texture i like. Jambbong is just ok. Wouldnt get it again but their jajamyun is must.

Jajangmyeon, jjamppong, and yellow chives are excellent. The jjajang isnt fancy, but it tasted great. It assumes that the owner is a chef, and it always tastes the same. An Especially server is always calm and friendly.However, there is not enough parking space, which is inconvenient.

This place is ok. There best food is jjajangmyun. Other then that just ok. They used to use a lot of meat in the sauce but i guess they reduced it. But the best is SERVICE. Lady waitress is really nice and prompt. Usually korean place doesnt give credit even though its their fault but this place does.

Love this place!!! I think that this is best Korean Chinese restaurant in Los Angeles. I enjoyed the jjajangmyun( black bean noodle) and jjambbong( spicy seafood noodle soup) a lot because it wasn’t overly spicy and broth was a good. It is favorable unlike any other… and extremely large portions for the price. I also loved kkanpoong shrimp, fried to so crispy and sauce was flavorful. And that’s definitely a must have! Got to try the most popular dishes Chinese Yellow Leek w/ pork was so amazing and so delicious.The owner and workers are super sweet and food is amazing all the time. Try it all love it!!!

I don’t want to give it five stars just because it’s a hidden gem. The chef is so generous. Ordered the sashimi M combo. Everything was so deliciously fresh!!! I’m normally not a fan of salmon but oh my god so good! And the hamachi just melts in your mouth.Great service every time!This is my go to spot. Their spicy fish soup at the end is on point too!

Called them for to-go. Told me to wait on the phone and started talking to his co-workers about life or what not. I’m not sure if this guy just forgot that I was on the phone but I was on hold for a good ten minutes so I just hung up and ordered from elsewhere. Seems like he just forgot about me. So incompetent.

Had Combo A, liked it, and went back for Combo C. They only delivered half of what was on the menu and still charged full price. I think it was worse than Combo A I had before.I think it is illegal to do that but they say it just how they do business. They said portions for combo A and C are the same but they serve old fish for people who get combo A... like wth?????Good luck if you plan to visit~

This place has a beautiful vibe to it. the decorations are very nice inside but it’s not too much to where it’s distracting, the interior is great. but the most important, the staff and food were great. one of the best chinese restaurants i’ve been to and i’m definitely coming back here

Doshi means city, in Korean. There are many sashmi restaurants in Korea town but it is the one MUST place you have to try if you are sashimi rocco. Rustic but authentic and fresh yummy taste of Ocean you can experience without being at the ocean:). Traditional Korean spicy soup comes after your main combo sushi and sashmi is on the house and it is not ordinary but soup lover Owners creation that will make your two thumbs automatically up but all fingers up(may your toes as well) and says Eureka!!!! Try this place if you dare to claim yourself a real sashmi lover.

Service is good. Food is just so-so. Emperor Jjambbong doesn’t live up to its name! Not much different from regular Jjambbong. Save $4! It tastes like detergent in the bowl! I dont often give 3 stars; I either love it or hate it. I may come back to this place to order out, but I will not be back to eat in.

I went to Bokhaeru because it was my eldest daughters birthday who loves Jjamppong. Yangjangpi, tray jjajang, jjamppong, and yellow chive japchae were all delicious.The owner was kind and the staff were kind, and they provided a lot of service, so I was grateful.👍🏻🉐🥰

A place I went to play with my family in Vancouver.There are many good Chinese restaurants in Vancouver, but Bokhaeru, which I visited through an acquaintance, was a restaurant that exceeded my expectations.All three of us had to go out of our way to say thank you to the staff several times after the meal haha.It was so delicious and the atmosphere was so nice.The staff and the boss were also deeply impressed.My kids, my wife and I all had a happy meal.Thank you BokhaeruMy wifes saying that she already misses the taste is just amazing..

I bought it often because it was delicious for the price, but the overall taste was poor because the owner didnt cook. The jjamppong also lost its refreshing taste, the black bean noodles were too salty, and the sweet and sour pork was not crispy at all. Ill go when the taste comes back like before.

Ah... I ate Jjajangmyeon, a bowl of Jjajangmyeon, and Tangsuyuk...I left everything behindThe Jjajangmyeon doesnt have enough sauce. It tastes bland after mixing it with a lot of effort.I also left some sweet and sour pork.One of the servers was very friendly, but the other one just threw the menu away and left, didnt even bring me water, and didnt say a word, which was a bit uncomfortable.I dont know if its not to my taste, but its a bit disappointing.

I went today (2020.06.16) and the price was cheap.Jjajangmyeon is $6.99. Sweet and sour pork $17.99.45 years of experience. Sounds like crap. How can they make something like this with 45 years of experience? Are you senile? The sauce for Jjajangmyeon is twice as much as for regular noodles. It doesnt taste like the old Jjajangmyeon at all. There is almost no seasoning. noodle? Its thinner than Nongshim Neoguri Ramen, which is similar to Ramen Noodles. It was boiled so thoroughly that it all fell apart.Sweet and sour pork? I guess Im the kind of person who doesnt know anything about sweet and sour pork. The meat is crumbly and the sauce is delicious, but the pork is very fried and not very good. Its worse than Youngbinru, which opened last year. I dont think hes a Chinese, but his style looks like a Korean-Chinese. Absolutely annoying place. Its a waste of money. We have to wait until Chinese restaurants open in the future (because of the coronavirus, we ordered some crappy food, but 3 people ate one piece of jjajang and threw it all away.
