Cheap and tasty Chinese food. This is our familys go to Chinese restaurant if everyones lazy to drive because its just a few steps away from home.So far we have tried:-both fried and steamed flounder fish (both good)-fried chicken drumsticks/lollipops (we always order this)-seafood wonton soup (good)-chow mein (I find it oily)-chow fun (also oily)-mixed vegetable chop suey (not bad)-beef with broccoli (good)-green beans with minced pork (good)-walnut shrimp (its always gone in seconds)The restaurant itself is not fancy, but the food is good and cheap and the servers are nice (maybe because they know us already).
There food is good 😊 you guys should try this place if the other Chinese restaurants are close go here they are mostly open

Disgusting-- food is drenched in oil, sweet and sour chicken is basicaly just deep fried dough and the people there are so rude and will yell at you if you complain.

2023-11-17 04:31:41Updated review 11/16/2023: Little Hunan has re-opened! They were closed for eight months. As a customer for over 15+ years, I was really happy to see the same people working there. Indoor dining is finally back. When I was here back in July of last year, they were to-go only. The food is still good. I got my usual beef chow fun, combo chow mein and salt and pepper deep fried spare ribs. It was awesome to taste their food again.Original review: Indoor dining has not re-opened. I spoke with the counter lady and they dont plan on doing it anytime soon. Tonight I tried their dinner combo A $32 for two people. It comes with a small wonton soup, egg rolls, sweet & sour pork, broccoli chicken and BBQ pork fried rice. In terms of taste, they usually nail the traditional American/Chinese dishes spot on. They have been there for decades. If there arent that many people waiting, they are fast on the orders. In the past, I usually order their Hong Kong style pan fried noodles (they put the noodles on top of the sauce so that it doesnt get soggy when you get home), salt pepper spare ribs, salt pepper chicken wings, chow fun and other noodles. Little Hunan is solid.

2021-01-20 06:47:07Pretty good food with a large selection. Price is fair and portions are good. They are usually quite busy at night and only have 1 person running the front end most of the time, but do very well with as small of a team they have. Very friendly people and quick to cook your food!

2018-12-04 01:47:13Personal hygiene is important to prevent foodpoisoning. When handling food, wash your hands thoroughly and often. If you are sick, you can contaminate food more easily. I used to order to go here once a week until today when I saw the person preparing the (to go) food coughing, and cleaning her nose with her hands then continued preparing the food. Handling cash and then preparing food. The food is good but I dont think Ill order from them after seeing that.

2019-04-03 02:06:30Usually I have no problem with smaller restaurants but this one is quite a poor experience - I waited 15 minutes just to get the menu, and I came in knowing the restaurant accepted card with no other signs in the front, and was told there was a 10 dollar minimum for debit. Nothing on the menu is $10? I asked for fried rice to go and the woman told me no its for here.What? I didnt know that the menu which says TAKE OUT you cant have to go.In short:1. long wait (even if no one else is there)2. There IS a card minimum - $103. You cant take stuff to go unless you order by phone.
