Food could be hit or miss! Out of all the dishes, Chana Masala was the only dish we enjoyed. Laphing was too spicy and lacked that distinct flavor. Poori was just too oily and little under-cooked. Couldn’t complain about Keema Naan and Lachha Paratha. The big disappointment was chicken Biryani. Mushy rice and lack of biryani flavor. Had to wait over half an hour considering there was only one table whose food was already out. Overall, average food this time but have heard good things about Little Kathmandu. Consistency would give them better chance of competing with so many Nepalese restaurants popping all over bay area.

Came here on a quiet Sat afternoon. There were a few take out but Im the only dine in, so food come within 10-15mins. The staff is kind and gave me recommendations.Never had the puff before so I decided to give it a try. Its fun but I wouldnt say its tasty. The steam chicken momo is decent but with the yellow curry-like sauce 👌 overall I would come back

I drove here all the way from Dublin and it was worth it. The food is closer to the authentic nepalese food.Parking - Plenty available in front of the restaurant in a shared parking for the strip mallAmbience - Nothing fancy, quaint and unassuming place in a strip mallCost - $20-30 dollars per person for an appetizer and an entréeFood Review: (All Vegetarian)Momos - 10 pieces in a plate with thin outer shell served with two sauces and pickled daikon radish and carrots. Better momo than most other places in the Bay AreaNimki/Papad Chat - Really good, took me back to streets of Nepal. Spice level can be customized. Crispy, hot and spicy with a tangy kickThali - Looked exactly like the Nepalese Thakali. Looked very appetizing but I did not try it. Will update the review on my next visitMasala Chai - YummyKTM Lemonade - Mildly favored lemonade with Jaljeera

Exceptional thali experience! The flavors were a symphony of tastes, offering a delightful journey through a variety of dishes. Each element was meticulously prepared, and the presentation was top-notch. The authenticity of the cuisine truly stood out. The staff provided warm and attentive service, enhancing the overall dining pleasure. A must-try for thali enthusiasts, this place sets the bar high for an unforgettable culinary adventure!

Sorry, the food was awful. Literally the worst Thali I have ever had anywhere. Just salt. Veggies both undercooked (potatoes, cauliflower) and overcooked (greens). Greens were odious, foul, sulfurous. Dal completely boring, like salty dishwater. Rice cooked ok but plain. Pickles (radish) just salt. One star for clean tables and restroom, and nice lady gave good wait service. Kitchen took too long.Music was a 45 second insipid flute banjo obnoxious thing on skip repeat. Nearly drove me insane.

Small cute place nothing fancy (loved it). We ended up here when visiting town for some errands, got two Vegetarian Thali. Nick and I enjoyed it very much. It tasted like a Nepali dish and homemade. Not your typical restaurant style with all the heavy cream. We were stuffed with the refill of the rice and daal option. Loved it! Thank you. The Ice water was really tasty not sure if it’s an El Cerrito thing? Definitely will visit back if we get a chance. Other menu items yet to be enjoyed.

I visited the restaurant 2 time and order chili momo, khaja set and pakoda. First pakoda was fine tasty and crispy. Chili momo was so sweet and plain which I will never eat it again and khaja set was disaster. Honestly I won’t recommend this until they upgrade their taste and food . I followed those reviews but got disappointed may be other items on the menu are good.

Ordered steamed chicken Momo and beef c-momo(?) . They were both very good and the home made hot sauce was delicious with the Momos
