2023-11-20 04:59:16First off don’t expect anyone to explain any of the items to you, the menu doesn’t tell you so it is what it is.Cold spicy chicken had peanut sauce.Ordered rainbow dumplings, and the workers said that the dumplings were random and they aren’t color coded. This really upset me because they ask about allergies but aren’t accommodating. Didn’t even know what was what or even offer to figure it out. The workers just straight up said it’s random until I told him it has to be color coded because I’m allergic to fish. Then he finally asked and the RED ONE HAS FISH!To top it off to make it even worse their items aren’t even cooked all the way.Their corn cheese is not stringy like the picture and pork variety dumplings is average. These two were an interesting taste. The beef rolls are better, though the beef is on the drier side. The best thing here is the mini dumpling. Perfect proportion.Ambiance is simple. If there was a line I’m telling you it’s not worth it.

2023-11-23 00:48:05First time for us experiencing Changsha cuisine (a sub-part of Hunan cuisine, known for dishes even spicier than Szechuan cuisine). We tried several of its signature dishes such as tiny mini pan fried pork buns, pan fried buns with cream cheese (slightly sweet), river-stone boiling wagyu beef, and three side dishes. All were uniquely different than Hunan dishes we were familiar with and all were fresh and tasty. The cold dish of cucumbers with garlic and peanuts were so fresh and good. Note: we asked for no hot chili for our dishes, and I’m sure the food would’ve been even better if we had them prepared with hot chili. Also, the service was very friendly and prompt. Definitely recommend everyone to try this unique cuisine, especially for those who like very spicy food.

2023-08-18 16:59:23Absolutely wonderful customer service, and incredible bullfrog! I LOVE bullfrog and this is the best Ive ever had. Cooked to soft and buttery perfection with big cuts of meat and a good spice level. Theres a reason this place has darn near 5 stars. This is a cannot-miss restaurant in this area.

2023-05-30 04:13:42We went here mainly for the bull frogs as my partner craved for it. The bull frogs did not disappoint. Properly seasoned, stirred fry with chili peppers. A mild spicy flavor. The delicacy voyage did not end here. We order the hot stone fish fillets. What a show to see those cooked right in front of our eyes for 10 seconds and heew there you go! The crispy pop flavors of the fish fillets. The “stinky” tofu is a must-order delicious delight. Will come back for sure!

2023-05-25 20:05:54The best pan fried buns! Were so glad they opened this branch in Rowland Heights. Its so much closer so we can come more often! They have a lot of variety of dishes but these are our favorite. They have a generous amount of meat and so much soup inside. Be careful because its nice and hot 🔥!

2023-03-27 19:22:56Saw this place pop up on yelp and decided lets try it since its in the direction we were headed. The Interior décor isnt much to look at but the food was pretty good.Got seated right away and ordering was simple, just scan the qr code and order from there. We got 4 different dishes, solo pot which you cant change the spice level which was spicy even for me The pork knuckle with rice noodles was my gf favorite! Even though it looked really spicy because it was red on top, it wasnt that spicy compared to the solo pot. The signature fried buns was really juicy!!! You can tell from the bit and all the soupy goodness that gushed out. While the other one looks the same, it was the assorted which has a curry bun and a bun with shrimp and pork in there. The drink was a strawberry yakult with seltzer which was pretty good too!Currently March has a soft opening promo of 10% off for each social media platform post with max 20% discount I took advantage of! I only found out about it after looking for a physical menu and had my gf translate their promo from chinese for me. But without it, I wouldnt have known about it.
