This place is absolutely amazing!! I will definitely be coming back! I was greeted by one of the Managers Angela super friendly and helpful very knowledgeable on the menu had lots of suggestions and was great in explaining this extremely odd but great concept! THE MEXICAN FOOD was on point!!!!!!

Ambiance might still be on the works. The ice cream quality was great so it needs a matching great ambiance which includes maybe a couple more fun people in the frontline service area. Service was great. I got the ice featured cream “pumpkin”. Maybe next time we’ll actually try their foods.

I go to Local Kitchens often for their tasty food options, and ease of ordering. The staff is usually welcoming and determined to serve the food as ordered. Temperature has not once been an issue and we’ve ordered over 30 meals. My son loves to run around the lawn just outside in the Commons around our meal time.

Super excited this opened in Davis, this place is much needed here. Having 5 good quality restaurants open up in one place with fast service that stays open late, this is definitely an amazing concept. You walk in and you order on the iPads that they have there. It’s awesome that you can order from different restaurants on the same tab, super helpful for big and indecisive groups. It shows you how much time your order has left and you can order online as well.Ordered The Melt and Nash & Proper, was very good quality and tasted amazing. Looking forward to seeing it scale up and bringing even more variety with more restaurants like Curry Up Now and Sajj Mediterranean.

Amazing food !!! Must try !! Also wonderful customer service right when you walk In you get greeted and a brief explanation on how to order since it can be a little overwhelming.

One of the few food options open late in Davis. Not just any food options either. Cant say anything Ive tried so far was bad. Staff is also super sweet, they ran out of one of the items we ordered online, and they more then made up for it.

Interesting Local Kitchen with a variety and diverse food selection. I ordered at The Melt and got a BBQ Bacon Meltburger along with bacon cheddar fries. The burger was cooked so deliciously and the patty was so tender. The buttery brioche bun and caramelized onions was so crunchy and good. The BBQ sauce adds a really sweet tangy flavor. The fries were season well and the cheese was melted evenly on all of the fries. The bacon was so crunchy and the sauce was a nice touch that mixed all of the flavors.The service was great also. One of the workers was kind enough to introduce me how to order from the restaurants since it is overwhelming at first. I will definitely come here after class and try the different kitchens!

Awesome being able to add 5 restaurants under one roof. The food was very good with fresh ingredients and was well prepared. The fact most of the ordering process is fully automated was also nice (we appreciated being able to have an updating estimate for when our order was ready). Some suggestions: it would be great to see more seating and it is probably worth the investment to have the free water offered chilled instead of room temp. Would definitely come again!

I really loved this place until I went to order falafel from Orens Hummus and realized it is Israeli owned. Will not be buying anything from Local Kitchens as long as they sell Orens Hummus.

Went and got sushi burrito. Was very good would recommend. Had good music and atmosphere as well. Had lots of options and choices for all tastes. Was pretty cheap as well. 5/5
