I love it here and always make sure to stop by when I come home during the holidays. Thanks for the amazing drinks and great memories. This will always be my go to place for bubble tea.
Best traditional boba spot in San Diego hands down. Prices are way cheaper than your average boba spot but quality isnt sacrificed because of this. Been coming here since 2007 when I was in high school and it is still owned and operated by the same family who are super friendly and easy to talk to. Gotta try the jackfruit shake!!!
I love this place!! the drinks here are much cheaper than your average boba shop yet retain such a high quality. the owners are extremely kind, helpful, and fun to talk to as well.

Ive tried boba at all the bubble tea places and restaurants that sell boba here in the Eastlake area (compared about 10), ranked them, and hands down this is the best boba spot in the whole area. Not only is it the most affordable of them all, but also all the boba pearls are always perfect, never being undercooked or hot like in other places near by. Theres a large variety of flavors on the menu to choose from if you ever want to try something new and its fun trying your favorite boba tea drinks with the popping boba or coffee jelly. The slushes are made well having a good flavour and not ever being overly icy like in other places. The customer service is very good with the owner being extremely friendly, and the drinks being out in less than two minutes ready to drink. If youre ever in the area and want to fill your boba fix, this is the best place to go not only in Eastlake, but probably in San Diego.
Came in today for the first time. I am much more a coffee person than tea but based off of the reviews I wanted to try a tea. Ordered the rose tea and was in love from the first sip! Best tea I’ve ever had! Amazing selection of teas, coffees and smoothies. The only downside is now I will be craving this place and I live about 30 mins away :-)
I absolutely love Lollicup and their boba! Amazing flavors, and customer service. We love getting boba smoothies and only come here! Worth the 30 minute drive!

Great teas and coffees. The service was polite and informative. They even let us taste something before we bought. Only down side was that its is more of a hang out for teenagers and not so much for sitting and enjoying the amazing drinks. They do have a pool table and soft seating.
I love this place, yesterday I accidentally dropped 2 drinks because the bag ripped, then I told the one of the story today and she gave us boba no charge, the customer service is excellent and the boba is cheap and delicious

Just moved to the area and went in to order a Thai milk tea but was disappointed to hear that they do not offer plant based milk. I walked out empty handed since I do not drink cow milk.Please add at least one plant based milk (Soy, almond, oat milk,coconut, etc) to your menu for us lactose intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, pescatarians.Thank you.
Tried other places for their different milk teas and they were okay until I found this place. Very good Thai Tea and also their mango juice is perfect.Teas there are worth every penny.

Ive been ordering avocado smoothie with boba for a long time now, and only 2 times, theyve got my order right. whenever i order avocado, they give me honeydew melon. i think they get confused between both of the powders because theyre both green. im ordering from a different place from now on. >:(
I once went here midday and there were no customers in the store. I waited at the register patiently for the two elderly employees, who were watching something on their mobile, to notice me for about 5 mins. After,I started calling out, Excuse me. EXCUSE ME. even then, they still did not look up after this whole time. I should mention they also had a ringer at the door, that when you walked through it, it would *ding dong*. As someone that works customer service for 4+ years, this was completely unacceptable to be so unaware of your own store. I havent gone there since.

If you have ever been to Zanzibars back in the day in PB off Garnet there was a drink called a Zanzibars a well Lollicups Banana Milkshake rivals that but you have to put your own espresso/coffee in it to be the same 😀
They dont answer the phone. They absolutely ignore it or pick up and hang up. Nice customer service... How you can order for pick up without online or phone is beyond me??

Tons of great flavors, the widest selection of drinks by a mile, good vibes, and dope staff.Super cute and friendly cashier is definitely a plus. Pool table for some fun with friends. Snacks too for after school.I recommend the white cappuccino milk tea, match milk tea, watermelon slush, and the honeydew milk tea. I plan on trying everything on the menu eventually.I dont recommend rose milk tea and strawberry milk tea as its way too sweet.Only con is the boba is now hard and difficult to get through the straw half the time. A change in ownership (thanks Hung for a great 20 years) has things a bit slow but give it time.
