This small town mom and pop owned place is the best in town for clean non greasy Chinese food. Plus you cant beat their prices seriously... 2 lunch plates, 1 appetizer and two drinks came in under 30 bucks! This place is no frills but so good!Pictured is teriyaki chicken, kung pao chicken and crab rangoon with homemade sweet and sour sauce!Lemon chicken, egg foo young (seriously amazing), curry chicken, sweet n sour pork, orange chicken are all options we have tried and loved. Meat is good quality and not over cooked authentic sauces and taste. All around just a great place!

I went to take out food today. I drove to this restaurant and read the menu there. I ordered pot stickers and sweet and sour pork. My friend ordered orange chicken, chow mein and also potstickers. It was $50 for our dinners. Me $20 him $30. We brought it home. The pork was in very small pieces, breaded and fried. The orange chicken was also. The meat was very hard-- the pork and the chicken. The noodles were disgusting. We both hated the potstickers. The lady said she had hot oil. There was none. I literally tried to feed my pitbull some of the pork. She wouldnt eat it! Even the packaged fortune cookie was stale and tasted off. We threw everything away. A $50 loss-- we will never try this place again. Although the lady was nice the food was trash. An expensive mistake ---

Everything I fresh and delicious. I normally go for lunch. You can get lunch plate at a great price! So far everything I have tried has been excellent. The best egg foo young!

Do not come here. Terrible service and food is okay. When we came in only one light was on it was dark. Ordered lunch special and food wasn’t worth taking pictures of. There other great Chinese restaurants around.

Food cost me $55 and it was one of the worst Chinese restaurant I have ever had. Sweet and Sour chicken was either to hard to eat or the parts I could bite into tasted like it was cooked then frozen then microwaved it was gross. The shrimp was very hard (way over cooked) dont waste your money. Safeway was a 10 compared to them. They were not that good last time we had them. Was hoping it was an off day. Buy 10 months later it got worse

From a distance this place makes you wonder if it’s worth trying.The family and I took a chance as we didn’t care too much for other options we’ve tried in Brentwood.I was pleasantly surprised and have gone 3 times for takeout. The only down side to their dishes that I’ve found is they have too much sauce. ( too each their own) However I did enjoy the raw chilies they put in the orange chicken. The pot stickers are good. The ragoons are good but a bit on the sweet side.

The beef chowmain was good, but the girl that answers the phone need phone Etiquette. She hung up on me before I could complete my order. Her excuse was shes too busy cooking. So screw the rest of my order. Poor business. Must not want to make money too bad.

Pretty good deal on lunch specials. Nice sized meal with main entrée, fried rice and chow mein. All for under 10 bucks. 10-15 minute wait. However, call ahead and it will be done right & waiting. To me the foods quality is 4 star. I order from there at least 1-2 times a month. If you agree? Please hit helpful.

Its terrible. Never again. Listen to the negative reviews like I should have.Bite into raw prawn batter and see the shrimp poop that wasnt cut out smeared on the inside.Overcooked rice and zero sauce on the chow main just eating straight raw noodles with no flavor.Not to mention the almost dog food like runny beef broccoli.40 bucks well spent.

It was not good. I ordered the house chow mein and the meat and shrimp were way overcooked. Ive never eaten shrimp that was powered. No vegetables included with the dish. One or two carrots and a few slivers of cabbage. I ordered fried chicken that was so hard you couldnt eat it. Never going back what a waste of time and money

The place is authentic as it goes from the decoration to the atmosphere, very polite and great menu selection although the price has hiked the food taste is the same delicious and tasty unique it it’s craft. Broccoli beef and fried prawns are smacking you can also try other menu selection the only negative I think is the available lunch menu combo you can’t order lunch combo unless you wanna pay an extra price hike after hours. Egg flower soup is also great.

My wife and I were the only ones dining inside. Nice having the whole restaurant to ourselves. We ordered chicken fried rice sauteed green beans, and General Tao Chicken. Very generous helpings were served to us. We had to take leftovers home for a second meal. Food was very good. Very enjoyable dinner.

The food was average but totally fresh and made after you place your order not sitting in steam tables. Served piping hot with a smile but youll have to wait at least 20 minutes for your order. Next I will call in my order before I leave my house instead of going and waiting.

Simple order of fried rice to go. It was very good.... howeverwhen I was charged $9.60 even though published price is $7.25. When I tried to pay with VISA she asked for cash. I said I preferred Visa and she said she needed to add $1 charge. I WILL NOT BE BACK

I’ve never had the chance to try the food in this place because I couldn’t get past the rude woman at the restaurant on 2 different occasions. First, I went with my kids and she was just fed up with us looking at the order. Then I decided to give them a second chance and DoorDash it and she wouldn’t include the rice and the rolls that are included in the menu!! I didn’t put them in the menu!! She got on the dasher’s phone and yelled at me, for not knowing my order!! So I guess the next person who orders mangolian beef today, might get mine from 2.25pm. Enjoy. But I am done trying!!

Ordered beef chow mein and beef in oyster sauce. The chow mein had 5 strips of beef. The beef in oyster sauce was more vegetable than beef. Use to be so much better.

I have been to this restaurant & the food is always good....but today is a different story. I was in the mood for soup. It was a rainy day and I wanted some wor wonton soup. I got on the internet and reviewed the menu. The price for this soup was $6.95 per the internet menu. My son and I drove to the restaurant and ordered 2 soups and some egg rolls. The total was $25.00. I looked at the receipt & saw that the soups were $4.00 more. I told the waitress that she was overcharging me for the soups. I tried to explain that the internet price was lower. She did not understand but kept pointing at the menu. She than gave me the $25.00 back. She said “no soup for you”, and shut the window. I thought that the customer was always right. It looks like I need to find another restaurant.

I called this place and they said they deliver but every time I tried to order something the lady would Hang up on me or keep me on hold for a really long time then hang up on me again! Eventually I gave up and decided to go eat at the place the place was very small and the customer service was even worse in person she came to out table never said hello or introduced herself just asked if I was ready to order after getting the order she just walked off, never confirmed the order or asked if we wanted anything to drink. After waiting for what felt like an eternity, we decide to take our food to go, but our waitress was no where to be found! Eventually we got our food but it was cold and burnt, once again they just took the money and handed us the food, not single thank your come again, or even a wave, so far the worst customer service Ive had in Antioch

Me and my gf love this place. I never had any problem with the service or the food even if i need to sub something no complaints from them. I always get what I want on time. They are very friendly they always smile and wave when they see me. Iv been going to this place for a couple years now and will continue to go back. :) Very happy customer for life keep up the great work.

Had very high hopes for this place and beginning with the soup those hopes seemed promising... Hot and sour soup might be the best Ive ever had... Unfortunately, of the 6 or so items we ordered, it was all pretty plain... Ambiance was cool.. Overall not awful, just not great... Oh, let me add, food came out really fast, service was really good, prices were very reasonable, like I said I really wanted to at least give them 4 stars, the food was just so plain...

I used to order from here whenever I got a craving for Chinese- for delivery. Quite frequently. I was surprised when I called sometime last year and they told me they dont deliver? Tried calling them again today and was once again told they dont deliver. I dont know when this changed but its unfortunate because theyve lost me as a long time customer. If I have to go pick up my food there are plenty of places closer to me. Theyre not so good that theyre worth going farther

Our family has been going to Lone Tree Drive in since 1982. Tonite my son and husband went to this place for dinner. A regular sit down dinner, not to go. They ordered 3 entree dishes and ice tea. We tip at least 20% every time and have only had a few bad meals here. Veggies past their prime, etc. When asking for a refill on their iced tea, they were told only one refill, then they would be charged for another drink.I got home from work and phoned them. The woman communicated fairly well, and verified they do charge for another drink after 1 refill. I politely told her that other restaurants dont do this, she said WHATEVER. Who is she learning this English from? I then told her it may be short-sighted to charge for drink refills as we can drive right up the street to Panda Express and have all the beverage we want for $1.79. She says, go to Panda. All this while, Im being calm and polite. This was her response to me. Go to Panda. She said WHATEVER several times while speaking with one of her valued customers. I will take her advice and go to Panda or to Mr. Wongs or anywhere but here. Spent over $30 for a dinner and are charged for a second refill. Please....

I dont often write 1 star reviews, but I really couldnt be more unhappy with my experience at Lone Tree Drive In. The ordering process can only be described as bizarre. I was asked off topic questions about current movies the entire time, so ordering took 3 times longer than needed. My take out order was basically dropped on the table and the cashier walked away before I even had a chance to respond. I got very sick from the shrimp .
