Undoubtedly the best of the best hotpot in the Bay Area! Ive been here multiple times, and each visit leaves my stomach blissfully full. The meat quality and hot pot soup are right on the money, delivering a flavor that lingers on your tongue.

Best hotpot in Bay Area. Tomato soup base could be better. They should think about some way to improve it to make it taste more like real tomato, and make the soup thicker. Their watermelon is always the best. From last year to today, I am always impressed by the quality of their watermelon.

There are plenty of food selection, with reasonable price in general (considering in bay area). I live in south bay area and drove up ~30min to Long Men Bay Hotpot at noon sharp to try out. I would say for 1st-time food hunter, it is worth trying; yet I would not probably come again if were to drive ~30min and wait for another queue of ~30min.

Their waitlist system is broken and management was shameless about their incompetence. This restaurant does not understand the difference of making reservation vs waitlist in person. They mixed their both queues and end up having 20 people that arrived after us get in before we do. And their management has very bad attitude towards complains. I doubt their way of doing business will work for non-Chinese customers.

We came in on Saturday and waited for about an hour. The food and service are pretty are pretty good. In addition to hot pot food, they also provide a bunch of very nice small snacks, such as watermelon (which is very sweet).

So this was my second time going to this establishment before writing this review. The staff are really attentive and are so fast to remove completed dishes from the table. The wait times can vary depending upon the size of the party and how busy they are. Both times I have gone its been extremely busy. I would rate it a 5 but due to the size of the building it is hard for them to accommodate the vast amount of customers they get. That being said, its busy for a reason. The food is delicious and its some of my favorite hot pot around. I highly recommend the spicy broth with the lamb, mushrooms and blood cubes. That is a winning combination!

Arrived right after opening but lots of popular dishes were not available/sold out. The buffet bar was messy and not refilled in time. The meat quality was good but the soup base was just okay. Price was much above its quality.

The best hotpot I’ve ever had in recent years. Unlimited fruit and sweets, and their sweets are of top tier. Meat super juicy and tender. We sampled the frog legs and beef tongue both were flawless.

Solid new hotpot spot in Newark! Sharing the plaza with Lion Supermarket, it has plenty of parking available. Decor screams high end faux luxury like many new Chinese hotpot spots all around the world. You sit and order via QR code at each table. What I like is that everyone can collaboratively order on the same tab from their own phone and see what has already been selected. Once you place the order you can still add more items on the same website. Prices are pretty fair for the bay area and are portioned well. They have 7 different soup bases to choose from and their two soup base pot ($13.98) is actually cheaper than their single spicy butter broth pot ($15.98). I was surprised by how flavorful their pork bone soup base was - I liked it even more than their hot spicy butter base! I ended up ordering mung bean noodles ($5.98) just to soak in that deliciousness for the end of my meal. Another stand out item I was pleasantly surprised by was their small chicken liver skewers ($4.98). Never had it taste this great and perfectly crunchy anywhere else!! I even accidentally left one cooking way too long and it was still perfectly crunchy and delicious! I would suggest skipping their self service sauce bar ($2.98 per person) as their broth is good enough to flavor the meats. I barely ended up using my sauce concoction. It does however come with unlimited fruits and desserts so if youre into that then $3 per person isnt bad. They offer several different qualities of beef from their regular supreme fatty beef ($10.98) to kobe beef ($48.98). I tried their lamb shoulder & marbled beef platter ($12.98), and supreme fatty beef and wasnt really blown away by the quality but again their soup bases made up for it. They have a lot of ingredients for all your hot pot needs. There were only 2 waitresses working the full restaurant for my Saturday lunch - they did a great job refilling the broths when it became low but flagging one down to check on an item was rather hard. My bill came with a 20% off promotion for their grand opening which I didnt see advertised but overall a great experience and Im looking forward to returning!

Very pricey. It is best enjoyed by four or more people as for hot pot you need variety but at the high price you can exceed $100.00 with just 3 meat dishes. Shewer meats are a waste of money. Vegatble dishes are extremely small in portions.Side snack bars are ok.Sauces are great.Base soup of Chicken flavor and mushroom flavor are very good.Place is clean but not much service by waiter after they bought the food.

We had a dinner with friends on weekends, 10 people, and we went to queue at 12 oclock. We were ranked first on the waitlist. During the queue for more than an hour, there was no news. After finally waiting for one of the big tables to leave, we gave it directly Our group of people later didnt even come to the door to ask us. Our group of 10 people waited for more than an hour at the door of the store, and we were just ignored. It is strongly recommended not to come to this store if there are many people having dinner together. There is no way to arrange a big table or share a table. I was looking forward to this place very much, but three groups of people drove a long distance to gather here, but were dissuaded by the service attitude, so disappointed.

As soon as you entered the room and smelled the smell, you knew it was right. The hot pot base is very authentic and delicious. The tender beef is amazing. It is accompanied by eggs.
