Food was great. Delivery was awful! Ordered food to be delivered at 5PM. At 5:15 called and they said food was delivered. Not to my house! They reordered my order. It came 45 minutes later. Our early dinner became a later dinner. A problem for my daughter, visiting from the west side!

I had the Shrimp with Lobster Sauce. I got the lunch special which includes soup and egg roll. Food was very good, portion size was in line with the price. I will be back to try another dish sometime!

It’s okay for Chinese food in Burbank.The chow mein was good. The chicken in it was a bit soggy but the shrimp was good.Fried shrimps were good. The egg fried rices was ok.General’s Tao chicken was really good.

If I could give no stars I would. TERRIBLE food quality. Omg. The chicken in Broccoli chicken was so nasty. I think it was broiled. The fried rice was .... I cant even fond the words to describe how subpar it was. The regular steam rice was the lowest quality you could find and I spent $50+ for what? Oh and dont even try the Thai ice tea. The quality is just not here. Order from Panda Express instead because they will give you better food. Yuck.

Placed my order few times, good food. Fresh and hot. Lunch special comes with soup very testy. Mongolian beef, chicken with vegetables is delicious. Reasonable prices. I am going to order again and again from this place. Thank you for good food.

This is the first time I have ordered from them and had a good experience. They literally have the best yellow curry I have ever had. Every other place I have ordered from has sweet yellow curry in which I cant stand. The delivery was super quick and were safe which I absolutely appreciated during Covid19. So Im looking forward to ordering more food. I hope my experience with them is absolutely like my first and if not I will edit my comment.

Restaurant lady was talking rude and convincing me to order some other food.I ordered a chopsuey with crispy noodles and it was to go!They gave me crispy chips with boiled vegetables and charged $18, horrible.Worst food! They deserve a zero rating.

Don’t know why this place is rated 3.6 because this place is at least a solid 4.4 I order multiple things each one was delicious thank you Lotus ..about the rating I almost didn’t order from here because of the rating but I always want to try my self so I’m glade I did I will be ordering from here again maybe owner change? Yummy! 😋 I found my new favorite Chinese Restaurant in Burbank! We ordered the Wonton Soup with Chicken and lots of Fresh Vegetables, Brown Chicken Fried Rice, Broccoli & Shrimp 🍤 😋 👌 and Chicken Chowmein. It was absolutely delicious and perfectly seasoned! It was nice to have the white rice substituted for brown rice! This restaurant is an excellent choice for anyone who appreciates a healthier rendition of traditional Chinese food!

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! Eat here and youll be sorry. I tried them twice and both times they screwed up my order. It was as if they blatantly went out of their way to give me what I didnt ask for. Completely BLAND! They put no love in the preperation of their food. Found several egg shells in my fried rice. Disgusting! Save your money. Trust me!

Great atmosphere and location. As a regular lunch destination I noticed they redesigned the interior and it doesnt look like a 1930s diner anymore.Its very inviting and sophisticated.The food was great American Chinese food with some authentic Chinese food. The service for lunch is always quick and friendly. I would recommend it for anyone wanting superb food and enjoyable dining.

Horrible experience. Will never order from this place again. Prior to Covid, it was decent quality. Like many other cheap restaurants who want to make money ( and try and make up for the losses suffered during Covid induced limits), this restaurant is now using substandard, cheap ingredients. I ordered 2 chicken dishes— one was the Chinese Chicken Salad. I specifically asked if they use 100% REAL, UnALTERED white meat chicken. They said yes. When my order arrived, the ‘chicken’ in both dishes was rubbery and very spongy in texture with NO apparent fibers one normally sees in real chicken. They are using some bizarre, processed BS and passing it off as white meat chicken. Both dishes were inedible and were immediately thrown out. I contacted Lotus and their attitude was as nasty and cheap as their food.We ended up going to a restaurant that uses REAL chicken in their salads.

They are just looking for money they dont care if they mess up.During COVID its a hard time for everyone and ordering food helps businesses stay open, but to have a delivery person be so rude about demanding a tip when you can tip through the app, which i did, and not respecting social distancing when i ordered the food to be left at my door.When i finally look into the food to eat, the beef had a horrible smell and didnt look good to it at all. When requesting a refund they said no our food in fresh in the rudest tone and they clearly just want money not to run a business. DONT ORDER FROM THERE UNLESS YOU JUST WANT TO GIVE UP YOUR MONEY.

Pretty good fast food Chinese. Nothing overly special, but great for a night you are craving something quick and tasty. I recommend their egg drop soup (really good) and their sweet and sour chicken. The Mongolian beef and chicken wontons are pretty good as well. Ive never gotten delivery, just dined in, so I cant speak to what their service is like in that regard. The waitstaff is nice enough (though they are not going to win any awards in this department) and the restaurant is usually fairly quiet. Sometimes I come here just to get away from the usual LA crowds on nights when I want to eat out but still be anti-social ;).

I dont understand how the reviews are good here. Twice weve eaten from here. Once from carry out - our first time. The 2nd time for seated service. Service was not good while there. The food came fast but they didnt tell us that they were out of fried rice. How does a chinese restaurant run out of that when they did have it for full orders? Not as meal add ons like their menu offers. We came back a 2nd time only because we forgot how bland and flavorless the food was the first time wed ordered here a year ago.

The egg drop soup is very good, with a hint of ginger. The Egg Foo Young is also good, but they changed their recipe on it, and is still pretty good, and one serving is a lot. Their Chinese Chicken salad was not so good. I dont think they know our American style likes on this, and I could make a better one, myself. I would prefer to have nice Asian music, maybe with a small water display, than a TV in the center back wall, that is always on. Service is good. All in all, I would recommend it.

Just ordered the simplest of orders soup and the forgot the only thing my husband wanted. Also when I asked for iced green tea they gave us boba, disgusting. The soup was broken at the bottom and when I asked the driver he said oh well call the restaurant, and we called the restaurant directly. Worst service ever, through away the food.

Got this delivered and was horrible.First, the beef teriyaki was spoiled and smelled awful. Second, the delivery driver questioned me about my tip and basically wouldnt leave without visual proof that i tipped via grub hub app. I will not be ordering from here again. 1st and last time. Lotus refused to refund just the beef i ordered when grub hub called.

So I honestly dont understand the bad reviews of this place. This has become our only go to for Chinese take out in Burbank. I feel the food is always fresh and and the delivery is ridiculously fast. They have accommodated my various high maintenance dietary restriction requests with politeness and accuracy. This place is great. We highly recommend.

I ordered take out at 8:30. Grabbed my food by 8:45. Ordered the Orange chicken, Won ton soup and Kung pow Chicken. The orange chicken was sogggggggy like it was microwaved. The Kung pow chicken was not spicey and might as well have been a vegetable platter. The Won Ton was not bad but zero flavor. I dont ever write reviews but, for the price of the food, it seemed it was most likely sitting there and they didnt want to make a fresh order. Hope they change their ways of cooking their food because it suckssssss.

Ive tried their Orange chicken, kung pao chicken, Mongolian beef, which are really great and fresh. The steamed boa seems store bought and the egg rolls are kinda soggy on the inside. The egg flower and hot and sour soup are great too!

I work outside I cant leave my work they forgot to give me utensils spoon fork napkins and I ask nicely if they can send back the delivery guy. The lady gave me attitude and ask why I didnt ask for it before she said the delivery guy will come back. 30 mins later no delivery for the utensils if I get food poisoning the reason will be them. If I get food poisoning expect a call from my lawyer. Beware from this place

They charge me for somebody elses food. Charge my credit card an extra $56 and Im still waiting for the refund.I shouldve read the reviews because I see that somebody else had a extra charge on their card after a phone in order. Ordered from this restaurant on Grubhub, never received my order. Tried calling the restaurant several times and they didn’t pick up. I then contacted Grubhub who tried reaching out to them, still no answer. Grubhub had to give me a full refund. Never attempting to order from here again
