2023-11-25 00:43:30This was our first time trying this place, service was great, friendly and fast. The pot stickers were absolutely amazing and we were very impressed with the serving size of the combo plates, and all of the food came out hot and fresh but unfortunately the flavor was not there. The orange chicken just taste like chicken, there was not enough sauce, but even the pieces with sauce were not very flavorful. The same went for the broccoli beef, and the chow mein, lacking in flavor all the way around. When we got home we also saw that our egg rolls were not included in the bag even though they were supposed to come with each combo plate. We had hoped to make this our new go to spot but we will not be returning.

2023-11-07 04:41:34The wings were amazing! You have to come here. Great sauce being it’s not too thick but thick enough. They’ve got their tradition fusions of Asian beauty too. More so, the price of the wings are great for those of you with a tight budget right now. It was a little slow, but I was alone. With yourself bring stuff that interests or you invest I think. I watch a jury show. Enjoy yourself. You can always ask too. They’re good people. Good neighbors.

2023-09-30 07:59:55Ordered pickup. Didnt find out they had messed up one of my order until I had gotten home. Wouldve expected them to get the order right since they had the printed out receipts sent back to the cooks for the order. Wasnt worth the effort to go back to complain and then wait for then to correct the item. Lesson learned. Dont pre-tip.

2023-07-18 23:19:19Well priced food, the food isn’t expensive compared to other places and the amount that is served to you. They are extremely generous with their portions.. and the food was fresh! A lot of flavor. I am pleased and will be back.

2023-07-23 13:44:47Over the course of the past year, I have observed a consistent decline in the quality of the cuisine offered by Lotus Fusion. Initially, I was quite taken by their culinary prowess and was compelled to provide them with numerous opportunities for redemption, as their food once demonstrated exceptional standard.Unfortunately, my most recent order served as the final straw in my patronage of this establishment. The dishes I ordered included Beef and Broccoli, Chicken Fried Rice, Chicken Chow Mein, and a side of Salt and Pepper Chicken Wings. Upon delivery, the typically tantalizing aroma associated with their fare was notably absent, a precursor to the disappointment that was to follow.Upon consumption, it became discernibly clear that the food lacked the freshness one would expect. The fried rice was unpalatably hard and exhibited an unusual dark coloration. The chicken wings were excessively dry and tough, lacking the succulence typically expected from such a dish. The Beef and Broccoli dish fell short of expectations, with the flavors not aligning with the traditional taste profile. The chicken incorporated in the Chow Mein was dehydrated, and the noodles possessed an off-putting stale taste.I promptly contacted the establishment and requested a refund, indicating the subpar quality of the food. The response from the cashier was defensive, asserting that the food was prepared fresh, a claim I found hard to believe given my experience. Upon returning the food, the owner was present but remained silent throughout the interaction.Consequently, Lotus Fusion has, regrettably, lost a loyal customer due to their compromised food quality and lack of proper customer service.
