It needed some ceiling fans, was quite warm. But the young boy, which we didnt get his name. Did such an awesome job. Went for our dads birthday 🎂

Very good food, fast, friendly service, nice staff. Clean for a small, very busy place. Big variety of dishes on the menu, large portions and reasonable prices. Will definitely be going back!Later.....I went back. This time we had grilled chicken skewers, Mongolian beef with chow mein, and Beef Lok Lak with rice. All the dishes were delicious. The staff are friendly, helpful, and polite. The food is served quickly and the portions are huge.

Let me start by saying, they lack good customer service skills. When we asked for fresh chicken, the lady gave attitude, didnt say anything and threw our tray to the side and said you have to wait! In a rude tone. The teriyaki chicken had NO teriyaki and she didnt offer any other. The noodles are mushy and didnt have much flavor. The rice was flavorless as well. We will never come back here! Ive had so much better Chinese food then this!! Next time Ill drive to the good old Long Beach.

Waitress was pretty rude. She spent more time watching tv, hanging out with the owner, standing around talking to the people serving the people that were ordering to go, rather tv than tending to her tables. She then literally quickly dropped off the bill and basically abandoned us without so much as a thank you for stopping in, goodbye, or anything.

Love this place, Ive been to many Chinese food restaurants and nothing compares to this placethe servings are big and the orange chicken is very very very good its probably what I recommend getting there all the time, they have a lot of food to choose from but I always get white rice and orange chicken thats my favorite and theyre hot sauce and soy sauce is very good not like other places Ive been to where they have some cheap stuff that they just give you thank you Louise Chinese cuisine for always coming through especially on the portions

This place has some of the best Chinese food that Ive ever had. The only reason I wouldnt give this place a perfect rating its not because of the food at all but the customer service when being attended to fails in comparison to how the food tastes. So if you enjoy great Chinese food and dont mind being rudely attended to by some Vietnamese and Filipino ladies then this place will be okay for you.

When the service here is is busy, its BUSY. If you want your food ready in 10 to 15 minutes, the service has to be limites to about a few people. However if the line is all the way outside, your food takes about 30 to 45 minutes to come. The main concern here is how much time you have and how hungry are you. If you have almost no time and you are hungry, its better to go somewhere else. Overall the food here is nice. I recommend this combo that is rice+chicken sticks. Overall the food is good, but there are a handful of dishes that are not as good as some other dishes.

The food was excellent!!!! if you leave here hungry its your own fault. the size of the helpings was awesome. very good price too! they have fresh fruit smoothies that are very good. I had a large amount of low mein, rice orange chicken, 2 egg rolls and green beans that work cooked just right they were still crispy. oh and a honeydew smoothie.... all for $10!!!

Personal favorite! I have not found a better Chinese food place. They have good fast food and awesome regular dishes. I have been coming to Louies for over 20 years (no joke) my parents were taking me here back when it was off Avalon and L st. And I still love it. I now have moved away and have to drive 18 minutes to get some good Chinese.

Today April 3rd2021 at 1140 I was at Louie. One of the chow mein noodles was hanging out of the container dragging across the counter. I asked the server to cut it off. He opens the container and folds the noodle inside the container with the rest of the food. The manager said he was sorry and told me he told him not to do that again. I will never go to this NASTY establishment again. Pity on those who do.

Louies Chinese cruise was delicious the food was amazing but... the customer service was terrible the women serving the food where rude and pushy . They seemed very irritated, even one young worker was yelling at a women who was standing at the door it was very unprofessional. Ive been coming to this restaurant since I was about 5. Its the best Chinese food Ive ever had. I only like the Wilmington location though the San Pedro location doesnt taste the same. I love their house special chop suey and their orange chicken.

I called in a order because i was short on time. The lady who picked up my order said my food would be done in 20min. So i arrived in 30min when i showed up they accidentally gave my food away. I was disappointed because i literally had to go, i was short on time. They apologize, but i did not think they were sincere. I give them 3stars only because i know the food is really good there. I left without out my food and woundering how many times does this happen .

Management is very unprofessional, they will yell at you if you find something wrong with their food. There was a bad odor in restaurant and the truth is I was very dizzy just walking in, a few employees were not wearing their mask and this is not a good idea in pandemic times good luck 👍🏻

DONT GET THE WONTONS!!I would of gladly of given this place 4 starts only if it wasnt for the empty wontons that were suppose to have pork. I ordered Mongolian Beef and substituted the white rice, for fried rice and also added shrimp. The Mongolian Beef was a tad bit chewy.. Thinking I should of maybe ordered beef and broccoli. The staff was was very friendly. My meal came out to be $21 and some change. Ill definitely be back to try more dishes.My friend ordered the shrimp fried rice and had them add pork $2, and extra egg $1 or $2.

So good. Very much worth driving to Wilmington to come get the food here. We have never dined in, I am sure that idea different experience, but we prefer to eat at home at our leisure. Orange chicken is a must along with the lemon pepper chicken. The char sui pork is good as long as it is looking dark and crispy, otherwise get the teriyaki chicken. The wontons and egg rolls are worth buying as well. Fast courteous service. Just dont stand there with a blank look on your face, if you need time to decide please be kind and step back from the line and see what youd like. They will let you try a few things, but dont go overboard with it.

First off, the delivery driver didnt even stop his car, he just slowed down and was driving by until my husband ran outside and stopped him. Then when we opened our food, I realized my wonton soup was actually shrimp and vegetable soup. We called them to let them know about the driver and the soup and we were told the wonton soup has very little wontons in there but they are in fact in there and they wont give us a refund or an actual wonton soup. Im furious with how rude the woman my husband spoke to was and how they are giving out food that isnt what is ordered.
