The food is great. Dessert and salad bar is plentiful (I love the ice cream). Service is a tad slow (specially on the fountain soda refill and rice refill). Limited buffet orders on shrimp. Paid steamed eggs.Ambience is little too dark for me.Parking is shared but enough probably for all the customers.

My first time at a Korean BBQ. I had the all you can eat option. It was a fun experience cooking all of the different meats that we ordered on the table. My dinner also came with a salad bar, dipping sauces, and white rice. The price for the all you can eat was 30$. The food and the service was very good. We will definitely be back. Fun time.

Yummy. Cook yourself meats. The salad station was good sides station. I wish they had sushi like before but not anymore. The robot was cool delivering meats. Got smokey in there but they are always there to change the grill plate to stop the flare ups. We love this place.

First time going to a Korean bbq spot and really enjoyed it. The food options wereVaried alongside the sides (cold and warm ones).The waiters were very observant on our needs and grill change. Making sure we knew how to use the equipment and served us in a friendly manner.The overall restaurant is dark and a little gloomy but my attention was focused always on the food.Id recommend others to go and try it out!

It was our first time eating here. The food was good and they also give a lot as well. You get the salad bar so that’s great too. We thought we would be able to go for another round of food but, the portions that they give is a good amount so we were full after just one order. Service was also a plus. They were friendly and professional. Will be back again.

Great All you can eat Korean BBQ. Prices have increased by $4 but its all worth it. Minimum of 2 people Charge. 4 star for running out of Green Tea Ice Cream. Service was great. Brought my family and also my guests and they had to split us up into two tables. Due to Covid, tables are guests are placed at every other table. By the way, they also serve Sushi 🍣UPDATE! 4-17-2022They no longer serve Sushi.Prices have increased quite a bit. Check out the new phot of Menu.

I went Saturday which was my 1st time. Really enjoyed the choses of meat and the all you can eat bar. I had meats I dont normally eat at home so that was cool. Will definitely go back. And service was awesome they were always checking on us and just nice folks. Overall I had a great time.

My wife, daughter and I had never been there before. We really enjoyed the meal we ordered. The only reason it didnt get 5 stars is because we didnt actually have the bar b gue meal. Thats when you cook right at the table. We will definitely be back with an appetite so that we can enjoy the all you eat entrées.

Great place for a Meat Eater!All you can eat and youre able to select the type of meat that the restaurant has available for each timeframe.If you have a certain preference on the cooking temperature on the meat, this restaurant has the grill at the table, and youre able to eat the meat at your gusto!Staff is very attentive and friendly.Theres also a friendly robot that delivers the meat to the table.Such a great time and experience!!Gladly would come back with Hubby 😀😀

Pre Covid the service here was going downhill and the quality of the food was ok. Since they reopened past covid and they allowed outdoor seating the service has turned around 360 degrees and theyve been on top of it. Quick to get your orders and check on you pretty often. They have a limited menu now and only a lunch or dinner option for all you can eat kbbq in which the dinner includes 2 rolls. You can still order sushi but not all you can eat. The meat seems to have gotten better too which is why Im now rating them better. Too bad theyre closing dining again. I was eating here every weekend since they showed dining outside. The only thing not on the menu is ice cream which is also included in the all you can eat. Totally worth it to come here.

Love BBQ always impresses with great service and the bottomless plates of tasty meats. If youve never done Korean BBQ before all of the meats are brought to the table raw for the first to cook on a great which is mounted in the middle of the table. I go here often and opt for the most basic selection of options which is incredibly reasonable at 13.99 for all you can eat. However the middle tier has the marinated pork ribs which have excellent flavor and are worth splurging for. A couple of Staples however are missing from the menu such as the galbi beef ribs and the vegetable pancake that I often enjoy when traveling.

Everyone here is amazing I love HAPPY people.. I go once a WEEK and service there is great. When I go with my kids the owner always give them fruits from the salad bar and a sucker before we leave.. Man we love this restaurant. Theyre very attentive.. Food is excellent💯 I love to go at least 3 times a month and see their happy faces again.. Thank you bbq love staff.. You guys Rock❤

We got the 13.99 all you can eat deal must say its a lot of food and we also order sushi thats extra cost if you are getting the 13.99 deal. They do however have problem is that they dont have a kids size and he is obliged to have the 13.99 meal. Mind you he is 7. And if you want to get a to go box, its going to cost you 10.00 per box! Yikes! I did notice the floors being slippery and thats kinda scary if youre wearing heels. Overall the the experience of hanging out cooking youre meal and enjoying company is what matters.

Food was excellent. Staff was friendly & dropped by the table often to see if we needed anything.My only complaint was the size/condition of the booths. They were more than a bit tight and they need replacement. If they pulled out one or two booths and make the remaining booths a bit more spacious Id have given 5 stars.Still the food was amazing. At this place you get to cook your own meat! Order the small portions of the meats when cooking so you can try more. They are all delicious. If you ask for shrimp, you will have to peel them yourself. No. Too much work. Youll get your own sides at the side bar. Help yourself. Youll also get to dip your own ice cream for dessert. Winner!

Husband and i went for our anniversary and we loved it! The food was delicious. The staff was really friendly and helpful. Not only was the service terrible but the food was so bland and tasteless. The service made us feel like we were trespassing in someones home, nothing was welcoming or inviting. I get it we didnt go there for a home cooked meal but you could tell they didnt care about us in the slightest. No water refills unless asked, I had my 9 month old and was left to figure out where the high chairs are; usually the waitstaff will gladly bring you one without asking. When it came time to order I was shocked at how she talked to us. You cant order more meat until youve finished whats on your plate at a BUFFET!!! Again the meat was bland nothing we had was seasoned, even the marinated chicken barely had flavor the only thing that made this food edible was a ton of soy sauce and sriracha. Now the kicker... if you dont finish your meat youll be charged an extra $10 per person. Im not a child nor do I wish you be told to clean my plate.

YEARS AGO this used to be a decent place to eat and bring company. NOW this place has fallen apart both interior and in management. I am writing to let others know if you plan on bringing your first date here, DON’T. The prices and how the pricing is applied to your order seem to change almost monthly. The rules to be seated and served are non-sense. If you’re planning on coming here to dine-in on a lunch break solo, they will turn you away (for example).If you come here with a friend or spouse, which describes my visit, the wait for a table can be over an hour long. IF you are willing to wait, and you are waiting in line to take advantage of the lunch special, even if you arrived well before 3pm (their cut-off for lunch), if you are seated at 3:01pm, you will obligatorily be charged for the dinner which is more expensive.So this is where my experience comes in. When I placed my groups name down on the list, it was well before 3pm. Before I agreed to the wait, I asked and I asked twice two separate servers “If I am seated after 3pm, even though I arrived here at 2pm, will I still get the lunch special.“ Both times I was affirmatively told ”yes.”So, time for me to be seated comes. I am seated and then told after waiting the hour, that I will be charged for dinner by another person. I explain that I was told otherwise twice by two people. Doesn’t matter, they won’t honor their word, even though it was THEIR MISTAKE, they don’t offer a discount or any apology.This incident pretty much set the mood for the rest of our evening, and ruined my experience here, and my day.If this sounds like something you want to go through, then eat here. Otherwise, I would recommend driving a bit further for some ACTUALLY DECENT Korean BBQ!

I came in for lunch on a date & our server Ashley I believe her name was? Was very attentive & nice with us she made she sure we were okay & had everything we needed, WHILE helping other tables she still helped us out!! Thank you so much!! 👏🏻The only cons is this place is short staffed but as is any other smaller chain restaurants now during covid & yes the prices have gone up a little but everything else is going up so I cant complain too much about it nothing we can do. Endless meat and repeat. Remember the bounty of food scar promised the hyenas in the Lion King? Well Be prepared to feast. Excellent food and excellent service. If a night in town or a luncheon in mind, this is the perfect spot for that. There is a variety of of restaurants around including the antelope valley mall, but the choice is simple. My first time here, first time eating Korean bbq and the last time I would eat here. The salad bar style food is absolutely not edible!!! This is buy far the worst dining experience since red lobster in my last 20 years. My wife and I ordered 1 round of 3 different available meats you can order at once, they brought us a very big amount of meat for 2 people(all you can eat deal 24 bucks per) problem is it was so bad you can’t eat it. We ate 2/3rds of it because if you don’t eat all your food they want to charge you 10 extra bucks. We never ordered extra food. Gaged down what we could. Waitress said when we where paying, this time she not charging us the 10 extra buck but next time! I told her we couldn’t finish it because 2 of the 3 items where terrible(seasoned beef ok), chicken I wouldn’t feed my dog, dry rice, paper plates, fork only no knife or spoon, no salt or pepper on tables, dirty floors, the list is longer but. The waitresses where mostly very nice and the only redeeming quality.

2 stars because the waitresses did a really good job. I was prepared for a delicious meal but got the total opposite. Normally when I come here I get great service and great food. However today the service from the waitresses were great, but tonight the food was horrible. I ordered the baked green muscles usually they are delicious but tonight they were under cooked. I sent them back no problem....the waitress took them back and brought me a fresh plate......prefect service. I also ordered the V.I.P roll which comes with scallops crab meat and mushroomms, the only thing that was baked on top of my roll was brunt crab meat....So I approached the bar and told them what I ordered and first he said that, that particular roll did not come with scallops or mushrooms then I showed them their menu and he said oh yeah OK let me go check... He comes back and says oh yeah they are chopped up in the crab meat so I say, where? He puts his finger in my food and says I can see it right there its right there......I wanted to reach across the counter and slap the living daylight out of him. But I didnt.....So I asked for the manager....and he said he was the manager...not wanting to argue I walked away. I will never come back here....I am so disgusted by the way this guy handled himself......

All to eat so go in there on starvation to finally fill it right the hell up. I go here with my family all the time and they never cease to not give a good experience. Free desserts still a warm environment with great staff who care about you having a good time.I left my phone there once but only to find that they had it ready to have me open it with a photo showing its me so they dont just give it to Anyone to simply take. The menu for the meat is considerably well flavored so youre not wasting money on bland pieces to cook.

Do not go here. I have been sick since eating dinner here Thursday night. None of the meats we had tasted right including the bulgogi. Their spicy chicken was just a thawed out chicken thigh covered in what looked like knock off Sriracha sauce. I love how they have the all u can eat salad bar. Only thing that I gave it a 4 star is because I really like the brisket meat and they always have mostly fat on it. Before I discovered this place we used to go to Korea town in downtown LA just to have some authentic Korean food and their meats never disappoint especially the brisket! An actual person who loves her job, someone who makes sure your dining experience is top notch!! The sushi rolls are a bit too large and they were sloppily put together which made them look worse than they were. The sushi is pretty tasty too, its not too fancy bit it tastes just fine. There are plenty of sides to choose from, as well as miso soup so you can do the whole experience. It can get a little smoky in there though, and the ambiance isnt that amazing, but the food makes up for it. Its is a good way to experience Korean BBQ with a little sushi mixed in there.

First time here. Loved the idea of cooking or own meats. At first our server (a White lady) was very nice & friendly & we even asked for help on how to use chopsticks. I had to find someone to pay my bill. I flagged down a worker. He was an Asian (Korean?) young man. He said you usually pay your server. The resturant is split in half one side being sushi and the other korean bbq, no mixing allowed so you or your group chooses one or the other no acceptions. The prices are comparable to other resturants in the av floating around 25 dollars for the all you can eat sushi. The variety isnt as good as other sushi spots but still acceptable. The Achilles heel of this place of the staff. I spent around 2 and a half hours here but only about a good 45 minutes eating and the reat waiting for the inattentive wait staff to attend me. This restaurant has a few options for dining. You can order the all you can eat, or the a la carte menu. The all you can eat has a full and a partial choice. This place used to be really good with great service and staff. It has recently gone downhill, we got put in a dark corner and had to use our phone flashlights to see when the food was done cooking, the grill could not be adjusted between off and raging inferno, and it took us 4 tries to get our check.

I have yet to find a place that makes bbq as good as theirs! I even went downtown in Koreatown but I just wasted my gas going that far when I have one nearby. I really love their side dishes in the salad bar, so even if you are a vegetarian and you happen to be in a group thats into meat, youll definitely enjoy those vegetarian friendly side dishes.

This place is disgusting they have a leaky roof and sat us knowingly under where is was leaking qhen it rained out in palmdale this last time they didnt offer to move us even after complaining and the staff was rude and refused to clean our plates out of the way after we said something I will never go here again neither should anyone else the food wasnt even that great.... not worth the money or time wasted. Super disappointed wish I could give them zero stars.

Pretty standard meat and what you would expect to get for $13.99 BUT their marinated chicken and pork along with the beef belly are my favorites. They give you two sauces ( sesame oil with salt and pepper and a sweet sauce) but you can ask for Sriracha as a third dipping sauce. I wish their self serve station had better choices but I do like the thinly sliced radishes and the fried pot stickers👌🏼. Over all if you come here you will leave satisfied and full of meat (which is the point of AYCE). OH btw drinks are $2.00 and they are refillable.

I do not know what happen today but very disappointed with service. The food is good, but today I placed my order, waited, waiyed and waited. I know place get busy however, it took 5th staff that glanced my way and said that table is still waiting. I got up and left.

Weve been coming here for about 2 years and it remains one of our favorite places to eat in Palmdale. The Bulgogi is very tasty and the salad bar always has a good selection. My favorite is their kimchi. I have not tried their sushi yet, we always get the Korean BBQ.

It was my first time at a kbbq, it was a interesting experience, fast service, very helpful staff, and amazing tasting food. It was different, it was a little costly and a but diapointing everyone had to order of same price range, disapointing that it cost so much and are not allowed to take food (doggy bag), leaves me to wonder what happens to the food no one eats. I hate wasteful establishments.

Bad Service.... Servers has Attitude.... we are a military family you know what i hate is not honoring our service member even just a discount... It doesnt mean i cant afford the whole price its the thought that count... it should be mamdated if your store is in America you should give tribute to the service member in any way or form.. because if you store get attacked by a derkederk(terrorist) Guess who will come and protect you... they think the North Korean will come....

Never been here wanted to try it out and as soon as I walked in the door it was bad the hostess sat the party in front of us right away and didn’t say a peep to us she just ignored us and after getting her attention she answered rude saying “ We had to wait to be seated and she was too busy to do that” really you just sat a party of 6 right as they walked in ????Anyways if that is how they treat you as you come in I can just imagine the service.
