So good! I havent had Korean pizza this good since I was in Korea.We got a combo with the Bulgogi Potato Pizza with the Royal crust which is just crust stuffed with cheese. We got the original chicken wings and some popcorn chicken as well. Very generous portions.Do not forget to order some corn cheese too! It is corn and cheese all melted together on a hot plate and is so good!Be sure to check out this place when you can!

This is my absolute favorite restaurant in Chino Hills. The food is always fantastic and no matter what I order I am always delighted with my meal! The Kimchi Pizza and extra crispy fried chicken was without doubt the best I have had ever. Servers are also great and always efficient, happy and polite. Can’t wait to return and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to eat in Chino Hills.

The pizza was delicious we had the kowaiian pizza and the bulgogi pizza both were excellent. We had the combo with wings and tried the sweet chili and garlic soy I preferred the sweet chili. We ordered a corn cheese side and it was awesome Id recommend eating it while its hot/warm. Overall great place Id highly recommend trying it.

This location is better than the one in Rowland Heights and La Habra because they have Tteok-bokki. Their 🍕 and 🍗 combo is delicious. Our server is super nice, she is personable and funny. Our dinner was enjoyable and we will be back next time.

We came here for lunch on Saturday and we were seated quickly. We ordered the sweet potato gold pizza and half a chicken, crispy with sweet and mild sauce. The pizza was AMAZING. The sweet potato mousse in the crust was soooo good! The pizza just worked and delicious. The chicken was crispy and the sauce was good. The cuts of chicken were kind of weird, it was half a chicken but we were just expecting your usual cuts of chicken like the breast, thigh etc. it was good but the pizza was the star. They give you a salad of cabbage, corn and a yummy dressing along with pickled daikon. We will totally come back again! So good!

I was too hungry and it looked so delicious that I forgot to take pictures before I start eating 😅 I have to say that I love everything I ordered today especially the extra crispy chicken! I was amazed by it! The chicken was so juicy and soft! It was NOT DRY AT ALL! MUST TRY!! The server was very kind and nice, love her service!! Their happy hours is from 4pm -8pm Tuesday-Thursday. Buy one get one 50% off. I would definitely go again! This is one of my favorite place now!

PLEASE NOTE review scores are inflated based on offering rewards for posting a review when dining in. Pricing is really high for quality that isnt great. Pizza was actually pretty good, although it ended up being pretty small and with adding their sweet potato crust it ended up costing $30 for something that could feed one person. Server forgot to also mention that swapping one topping for another was like a $3 charge. The wings were very basic, and you have to pay quite a lot extra for the sauce and for them to double fry. Some of the more bland Korean fried chicken Ive had, and ended up being well over $30. Overall, not remotely worth the cost for the quality provided. Wont be coming back.

Went today for dinner, the atmosphere was great and all, especially the servers who were super nice and cheerful. We ordered the sweet potato pizza which was scrumptious, chicken wings that were also so tasty. But the only problem was that we ordered bulgogi fries but it never came.. we realized after we left the place, too. Hm... wish next time that doesnt happen.. they were like about $14 also I am pretty sure.. But overall great taste, great service just sad about the fries that didnt come out!

I came here during the soft opening. Expect to wait a little bit for the food considering its fried chicken and pizza. Prices were fair and the staff was extremely friendly and the manager came by making sure that everything was okay.We ordered the bulgogi fries and spicy fried chicken. The fries had a really good sauce on top and the spicy chicken was definitely spicy or nothing to overbearing where you couldnt enjoy it. Chicken was extremely moist which made it delicious! I forgot what pizza we ordered but the sauce on top of the pizza was equally good and the crust was very crispy.Overall, friendly service, expect a weight due to the food that they cook, and great tasting food!

Got the bulgogi potato pizza with cheese crust (my favorite), sweet potato pizza with sweet potato filling in crust, and spicy tteokbokki. Everything tasted great! The only downside is that this is definitely a more expensive place for pizza, the bulgogi pizza with the cheese crust was around 20 dollars for a 10 inch diameter? Either way I really liked the taste, coming here will just be for special occasions when I want to splurge a bit on pizza and chicken :)

This place is definitely my go-to Korean restaurant in Chino Hills! The pizza is always delicious (Bulgogi Potato Pizza) and the Spicy Rice Cake is BOMB! Soft and Chewy Rice Cake, sauce cooked to perfection! I also LOVE their Fishcake Soup. Although it is seasonal, it has made me fall in love with this place even more! I would say my satisfaction ratio to value is pretty even. I will still give this place a 5 star review despite the prices.TLDR: CRUNCHY PIZZA, QQ RICE CAKES, FISHCAKE SOUP YUM! WORTH DESPITE PRICE!

Ordered the kowaiian pizza which turned out to be Bombay! Wasnt sure how the corn cheese was going to be on it but it complimented the other toppings for sure. Also got 12 wings were with a sweet n mild sauce. Those wings had meat on them definitely not like other wings. Ill hold critiques to the end. Quality, Delicious food you will not regret. The Pizza tastes amazing with fresh ingredients and toppings you might not be accustomed to. Thier fried chicken is the best ive ever had, I dont know what they do but the outside is crips and the juicy white meat inside is perfection. We got the Sweet potato Gold Pizza its a great pizza, My wife loved the sweet potato filling in the crust on this pizza. I wasnt a fan because the contrast between the savory pizza taste and sweet crust filling wasnt my thing. We ordered the bulgolgi fries and they are indeed tasty however its like 85% fries and a thin layer of toppings that hide under the cheese they put on top. Service is a bit slow in our experience.

This Love Letter is one of the weirdest restaurants Ive ever been to they based their menu on pizza and chicken but its like a Korean Fusion type of restaurant so they serve some kind of spin-off Korean pizzas it was just a bizarre atmosphere and the prices are extremely high extremely expensive like $22 for not even a 12 in size thin crust pizza and $15 for a 7 small pieces of fried chicken is just enormously expensive $40 for pizza and chicken is just unbelievable price

I tried their combo of chicken and pizza. The oizza is really good with thin crust, the toppings is flavour full and salt just right. I would say for the pizza alone i can really come back. The chicken i think they use the basic chicken. We order half chicken and the breast is not really into my standards, but the sauce, the sauce really save the chicken, pull it back from passable to a desireable. Definitely gonna try again but next time i will get wing instead, not a fan of whole or half chicken while the breed is not the top tier. For chicken, i will go for bonchon instead, but bon chon option can be easy beat by love letter combo of pizza and chicken.

Love Letter Pizza & Chicken is a really good place to hang out with friends and enjoy a good meal. I have been there twice with friends. The times I went we enjoyed: Hot Chicken, Cheese Corn, and Love Letter Gold Pizza. The Hot Chicken comes in a large size so I would recommend sharing it. The Love Letter Gold Pizza is an interesting combination with Potatoes and Corn. It is delicious and I will continue to order that combination. The environment is well thought out with K-Pop music playing. The staff are so kind and willing to answer any questions. I will continue to go here and enjoy the food

Ordered large pizza and waited a hour. Then they told me they ran out of dough. This is a very badly run place. Owner is probably too busy with something else to run the business properly. Server was very apologetic but they had only 2 people working in the kitchen. How can pizza place run out of dough by noon on Saturday unless it is a badly run place. I am not going back to this place!So we canceled the pizza order and only pick up chicken order and it was horrible. Go to BBQ Chicken instead.Good quality has definitely gone DOWN. Ive only ordered takeout here, but the food was great! Get the potato pizza... and opt for the potato crust! I didnt eat my food until about an ~hour after picking up the food and it was still yummy. Eating area is pretty spacious versus their other location. I prefer this, especially with the social distancing from other parties.

Has a unique twist to fried chicken and pizzas that I havent seen in other pizzerias. Like chicken with special sauce or pizzas with Korean flavor. The management seems new but the staff were nice and very friendly. We had fried chicken with green onions, wings with their special spicy sauce, sweet potato pizza (unique, recommended) and carnivore pizza ( meat lovers with flavors like bulgogi and galbi) served with some cabbage salad and pickle radish.

Good service for a big party (FYI automatic gratuity of 18% is added for big groups) and good food. We ordered two sauces, the soy garlic and sweet & mild. We went during the soft opening and was surprised that the entire menu was available. they do cook your chicken to order so be prepared to wait a while for it to come out.we got a pizza with a sweet potato - comes with onion, bell pepper, sweet potato, sausage, corn, pineapple, ham, cheese, white sauce.original whole chicken - half naked and half with the sweet chili sauce.its pretty pricey but considering they fry to order, not bad.definitely will be going back.

The food itself is okay, if you like Korean style chicken and alternate takes on pizza. The service is downright terrible.When I went there on a group outing, we ordered separately and to go, due to differing schedules that would force some people to leave at different times. It still should have been a simple enough affair, since we had over an hour free.Despite my order being an earlier one, others in my group got their food far before mine. I waited over an hour, periodically asking about my order and being reassured that my order was coming. People who ordered after me yet received their food before me had sat down to munch while accompanying me.Then I was told that they forgot to do my order. The rest of my group had already finished their food, and it was almost time for the group to head back. The waitress and manager offered a very anemic apology, seeming to believe a free bottle of cheap soda would suffice for a wait of more than an hour for no good reason. This is with knowing that it make me waste even more time waiting for food they hadnt even started making.I demanded a refund. They went through a big production of having trouble reversing my credit card charges. I made sure to also keep pestering for a copy of the reversed charges, to ensure I had a record of what happened, and to see the original signed receipt, so that I could cross out my signature and void it. It took them so long just to understand why I would want to do so.Through all this, the apologies, both about the food and about the refund, always came with a claimed caveat that it wasnt that persons fault. No one was willing to take responsibility.If you like the food at Love Letter, go to a different branch. The one in Chino Hills will likely leave you disappointed at best, angry at worst.

I used to go to Love Letter in Rowland Heights, and was very excited to have one open near my house. Unfortunately, its a huge letdown compared to the one elsewhere. The seasoning taste similar (sometimes, bland), but most of the time, the original fried chicken came out soggy and not crispy nor crunchy at all. I was very disappointed the first time but decided to give it a chance many times after, hoping. I hope they can make the fried chicken crispy and juicy like other branches! Pizza is pretty good.

I’m not sure why the great reviews but the food lacked flavor and taste. For $25 for 12 wings, I believe they were way overpriced. I also ordered the Kalbi pizza and it was over cooked burnt and lacked the “kalbi” flavor. For takeout pickup, this was way overpriced and not worth the price.

Came here to order take out. Got the 18 piece chicken wings which took about 30 minutes to make. When I got home and started eating, my wife noticed it seemed short some wings and indeed it was. They ended up giving me 12 wings instead of the 18. Checked the receipt to see if they took the order incorrectly, but they did charge for 18.I gave them a call and told them what happened and they said they would give me credit for the 6 wings the next time I came in, but the wings were just okay so I asked for a refund. I came back the next couple of days to get my refund and they gave me $8 back which was the menu price difference. I asked them if they were sure that was the correct amount and they said yes. I told them they charged tax on that $8 difference so I should be getting the tax back too and they seems a little annoyed that I was right.During the ordering, we asked if we could get half one sauce and half another and they said we could, but didnt mention it would be an additional charge for doing that. Just be aware if you want to do that. Youll be charged for two different sauces.Overall, not impressed with the wings or the service.

Spent approx 45$ on a cheap quality pizza (like one of those 5$ pizza) and a whole chicken fried!By the way, they charged my bill (which still pending due to discrepancy) without my signature.The worst of the evening caos, after seeing the manager? Kenny? coming out of the kitchen with FLOUR all over his bare HANDS and trying to resolve their order mistake at the counter, I am DEFINITELY NOT going back. Lets hope the white floury powder on his hands is not from the pizza dough he was making in the back. Instead I am praying it is from the gloves... puke.to think..!I was anticipating so much for its opening in CH yet this being the secind time giving it a try.... FAIL!! I rather spend 45$ at Buffalo place or WingStop.The service is sloooow and the good does come out slow. It does take time to fry.Their marketing of all natural vegetable seasoning... really? Edit: The Love Letter in Rowland Heights is the one Id recommend. I highly recommend visting the one there and not at this location if you want not only good pizza but also great service and awesome staff.............The worst customer service, even from the MANAGER..?Never tried the food because the service was so bad.I came to order takeout and they told me they would call when it was ready. Should take 30 minutes they told me. I waited outside instead cause I didnt really have anywhere else to go.After 50 minutes, I came back inside to ask when it would be ready. It was ready 30 MINUTES AGO. Their excuse? We forgot to call. It was busy. It was left out for 30 MINUTES on the front counter. I cant imagine how much longer it would have been left out if I didnt come in.They apologized and gave me the food. The bottom of the pizza box was near to ripping and it was ice cold.I went ahead and told them and all they said was sorry. I asked if they could do something about it but all they replied with was sorry.I was visibly upset and all they could say was sorry. I asked if they could remake it and they told me it would take another 30 minutes despite it not being busy anymore. So I asked if I could speak to the manager. He said that he wasnt here and that there was not much to do. So I asked if I can get a refund and he was very hesitant to say anything until he nodded. I asked again if I could speak to the manager and his reply changed? He said that it was him...?It was like pulling teeth. I wont ever be trying their food.
