What can I say about Loving Hut? I’ve been coming to various locations for more than a decade and am so appreciative of their love of animals. The food is DELICIOUS, and the service is amazing. The Redlands location has all kinds of goodies, from homemade “Twix” bars to doggie treats. The people are so warm and friendly. ❤️ We’ll keep coming back!
I cannot recommend this place enough for their delicious vegan food! They have an extensive menu offering and the taste, quantity and price all are a win win! Never fails to satisfy my taste buds.Hope you keep growing Loving Huts, Redlands!
I went yesterday and I was so thankful they were open on the 1st of 2022. I wanted to try something different and my friend who is vegan recommended the spot. I ordered the katsu with curry and asked them for light sauce because I didnt want it to go waste. This picture comes to show how flavorful and good my katsu and curry was. It was even my first time trying a Virgils Black Cherry Pop. I am planning to return for this again!P.s. Thank you for answering the phone because we wanted to double check it was open yesterday.
We drive from Palm Springs to LA frequently and this is our favorite vegan restaurant. I love the Spicy ChaCha and my hubby enjoys the Loving Hut Rice.
It is great to have a new vegan restaurant near me! It seems most items are homemade. We enjoyed the cauliflower wings! The ranch dip wasnt the best Ive had though. My husband got the jalapeno beyond burger, and the fried jalapenos didnt have a lot of flavor and honestly I can make a better beyond burger at home. But it was ok. I got the Fragrant Jackfruit and it was great! Very fresh and flavorful. The salad it came with was good but the lettuce was a bit brown. My biggest complaint was the ambiance for a brand new place, it could have been a little nicer and cleaner inside. I definitely will go back, I just wasnt wowed.
I was driving to phx from LA and shopped here to get take out. I got the Mongolian beef and the pineapple orange. Both entrees were really good !What was truly amazing and what will make me stop here everything I’m near it is the desserts. I got all the different cookie types and every kind was perfect. Super delicious, super moist, and a dense crumb texture. It’s almost like eating raw cookie dough but better! I’ve never had such delicious cookies, let alone vegan cookies that were this amazing !Always add a few boxes to your order and you won’t be disappointed. They also last for a few days without getting hard or stale. I would order these in bulk for parties or events instead of ordering other desserts. ❤️❤️❤️🍪🍪🍪🍪🍪

I try to come here at least once a week. The food is great, the staff are wonderful and the atmosphere is beautiful.I love spicy dishes and you can have them add more peppers to any of the food.Three dishes stand out on their menu. The Katsu Curry, the Philly Cheese steak, and the Kung Pow Wow.I liked the Philly Cheese steak better when they used tofu as the meat. Next time Im there Ill ask if I can get the tofu instead of the fake meat. If I can Ill report back.Ill eventually try everything they have. This place is amazing. They are closed on Sunday and Monday though so be careful to not come on those days.
Great vegan food. Mostly pan-Asian, but some other cuisines as well. I really liked the golden noodles, and the creamy ramen was delicious as well. Hot and spicy ramen was neither and a little disappointing. Pad Thai didnt taste that great fresh, but reheated the next day was delicious! Inside the restaurant there are maybe four tables, so very limited seating. They have another four outside. Their main business comes from takeout, with a revolving door of people picking up to go food. Everything is cooked fresh to order. Prices are very reasonable. Slight religious overtones from a television playing in the background. Not my vibe, but easy to ignore.
Best place ever!!!! Bonus you can frel good about eating everything cause it is all vegan!!! But it is delicious! Like not just good for healthy food. But like amazing better tasting than non healthy food!!Also the cookies.... omg.... sooooooooo good! And the hot chocolate ones!!! So rich!!!

Cannot stress how bomb Loving Hut Redlands is. I’ve been bringing friends and family here for the last 4 years and they’ve done nothing but get better. Great options and service. Parking can be crowded but there’s 3 lots to choose from so never had a problem. Highly recommend the lemon tea! They also have have great veggie grocery options that rotate seasonally.

A hidden gem for vegetarians/vegans in the Redlands area. They have a wide variety of dishes that can satisfy even the pickiest palette. The goreng is my favorite so far. Excellent Indonesian flavors with a spice. Ill be back to try more dishes for sure. The ramen is tasty, dumplings are nice and crispy, imitation meat reminds me of Happy Family Restaurant-very good! Im interested in their burgers. Ive only tried the Asian dishes so far and Ive been very happy. They only have two employees when I went. One on cashier and one cook so order ahead of prepare to wait for a bit.
I eat at Loving Hut each time I go to Poland and could not believe my eyes when I found it in Redlands after a hike one day. Menu and the way the food is served is a bit different than in Poland, but the taste is equally good if not better. So flavorful!! Thai basil is better than in most Thai restaurants with the “meat” so deliciously crunchy (but does not taste like it was battered). We ordered three entrees for two people as we were hungry and in Poland the meal sizes are on the smaller side. We ended up eating only one each as the portions were very generous.An Absolutely unique approach to Vegan cuisine. Must try!

My boyfriend and I are in LOVE with this place. We order out here any chance that we get. It is some of the best vegan food we have ever had and at such great prices. They even feature products and desserts from local vegan small businesses! And not only that but you can really tell the two kind workers who run the place truly care about the vegan movement and animal liberation. So much respect for you Loving Hut🌼

As an omnivore the chicken katsu was pretty good. Jalapeños in curry was a bit strange but overall pretty good.The TV station was really weird. For those in the know its pretty much what you expect from the LH chain.
Best food! And I’m not even vegan!!! The garlic chili rice should be at the top of your list. Everything we’ve eaten there is really good. When we drive from LA to palm desert we always have it as a planned stop along the way.
This place is amazing. I am normally a meat eater but on occasion I like to try vegan food restaurants. Since my wife is vegan, I try and find places for us to eat and WOW! This place hit the spot. The food is fresh and tastes amazing. The wait can be a minute but its worth the wait and trust me, everything is good....since there is only one cook, I give him all the credit for his hard work and both employees there are friendly and attend to the needs of the customer. I would absolutely, positively recommend this place to anyone, VEGAN OR NOT!!! Try it and the desserts...you will feel great and guaranteed want to come back for more.
I took my son and his girlfriend out for lunch. She’s vegan and she was in awe of the taste of the different meals that we ordered. They live in Fontana but she said she’ll be coming back here quite often, here in Redlands The food was so good I took the time to ask for the cook to let him know how awesome the meals were. I have to agree with the rating of this place, a 4.9. I gave them five stars.👍🏽👍🏽
This place is amazing, I would give 10 stars if possible! Lady at the front was very helpful, knowledgeable and patient while I was deciding what to order.It’s nice to have a vegan meal that’s not potentially contaminated with meat products. I ordered the chicken katsu, the Indonesian crockets, and the fairy tale soup. I live far so wanted to have some for later. I did taste everything while it was hot to get the true taste and not reheated one. They were all very satisfying. I will definitely be back.A year later still a 10/5. The desserts are amazing as well. I hope one day you guys will make the vegan sesame chicken and vegan tapioca pudding I know it will be amazing.
I just discovered this amazing little vegan restaurant tucked right off the Eureka St exit of the 10 freewat and I must say I am so happy I did. They have great art on the walls and the yellow chairs make it feel like a happy place to be. The food was great so far, I would recommend the fried dumplings and I will definitely be back to try more of their pretty extensive, all vegan menu!
Very cute, small space. Order to go or eat in, and everything is vegan! I had the buffalo cauliflower “wings” and the ranch was so good! The sweet and spicy lady plate was good as well. Thai tea with soy milk that was in a cute mason jar. The parking is horrible, it’s next to a burger place, which is pretty funny. I liked the service.

Ate here for the first time, was very impressed. Food was very good. We had the dumpling soup and the spicy scottie. We will be back. I just wished it was spicier, with that though, it was very good. A few tables on the inside, more on the patio. Fast service, reasonable price. Very fresh.Thank you for a great dinner
FIRE. Food is amazing. They have a crazy amount of good options, and nothing is basic. Im not a huge burger person but both burgers I got here were amazing. Desserts here are legit the best Ive had in my life. 10/10 place, people are nice, I would recommend to anyone
Just tried the Indonesian Croquette, and it was sooooo good!! Omg... super crunchy on the outside with gooey and comforting filling inside, not greasy, just yummy, tastes like home, Indonesia, and vegan too, wow, cant beat that. Thanks, kind people!Also, the packaging was paper, no plastic of styrofoam, I really appreciate that.Sorry, no photo, was too excited lol.Ill have to come back soon and try other items too.
This is my favorite Asian American fast food restaurant. Everything is so good! My favorite is the Plain old “loving hut fried rice”. And, a Thai iced tea with coconut milk is a perfect way to wash it all down! It is an all vegan restaurant so you don’t have to worry you are being poisoned with dairy or cross contamination. They also have some grocery items and desserts. Huge menu with lots of choices for the family. My finicky eating 10 year old son loves their food too! The couple that own it are genuinely good people who work there all the time. You must try it!
Love the sweet and spicy lady and chow mein with Cajun fried rice I usually get shrimp in mines but this place is very good I love the service and I feel for vegan food is not too pricey.
First time eating here and liked all my choices. They have a wide variety of vegan and gluten-free dishes. My group had a nice selection that we shared and had some to take home. We will visit again to try more of the menu.
Love this place! My family had chowmein, vegan chicken burger, dumpling. The vegetables are crisp and great with noodles. Their burger looks simple but tastes awesome. Everything tastes perfect. After finishing all food, my 9 year old daughter told me like this. In heaven, we always eat like this, full and satisfying! Loving Hut is the best!!
The most delicious vegan food! Try the creamy ramen. Its got a mild luck to it and is absolutely incredible. The staff are so lovely and work super hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible even when they are crazy busy.
Great vegan food. Very tasty and generous portions. We actually ordered too much food! Lol … we had the bacon ranch fries, Joyful tacos, the Crispy burger and the jalapeño popper wontons which were super good. We will definitely be back!

We had the shrimpless dish, the croquette, beef soup and drinks. Everything was amazing. They also have a lot of vegan snacks like vegan chicharron, vegan chocolate sticks, and even vegan pringles! There’s also a small fridge of frozen vegan items (shrimp, bacon, Just Egg, stuff like that).Finally, even though there were only two employees on a busy weekend night, they were amazing. They took orders via phone and on the counter PLUS made the food (honestly, they’re both machines and if they are not the owners, they should get a pay raise). The staff are so friendly and even though there was a rude customer, they handled it well. Would come here again.
I love this place! They have such yummy food and it’s ALL vegan!! The staff are so friendly. They even sell snacks, freezer foods and baked goods! I ordered a whole pie for Christmas. I wish the all the good vibes!
After a year of really wanting to go here we finally decided to come! It was TO DIE FOR. The food was so flavorful, the take out process was so smooth, and the staff was so kind. The Thai basil and jalapeno poppers were my favorite!! We will definitely become regulars here.

Nothing beats hot and fresh vegan food like Loving Hut. My favorite dish is the Katsu Curry. It has a nice kick to it! The service is great but you must be patient as it is a small team. It’s definitely worth the wait.

This is one of the best vegan restaurants in the area I have tried so far. There are only about 2 workers but I swear they know what they are doing. Amazing chefs and quality food. Im so impressed with this Loving Hut. Ive had my eye on it since it opened but never got around to it before the COVID closures, but Im grateful its still operating and open for takeout, and Id like to help keep it that way with my well-earned future business. Upon examining the menu online before calling in my first order, I thought that it was a bit too long considering the commonly held notion that restaurants that try to do too much dont do any one thing well, but that was blown out of the water right when I saw our food. Now, instead of being put off by the magnitude of the menu, Im excited to try every meal on there. The textures and flavors were remarkably mouth-watering, thanks to both the ingredients and cooking techniques.
Always love this place, the wait can be pretty long so its not a quick bite to eat but it is easily my favorite place vegan places to eat at. The spicy chicken sandwich is always perfect.
I tried this place after reading a couple of reviews and the vegan chicken sandwich did not disappoint! OMG it was soooo good. I also tried the the pineapple fried rice for later. Again...really good!My husband ordered some cookies and of course I tried one( pretty tasty). I cant wait to try more menu items.
Very good food! We definitely will be returning, but I imagine in the future that it will be hard to find a table as people learn of this place. We had the Cajun fried rice and the Joy honey mustard salad. Cant wait for more!
I’m not vegan, but some of my friends convinced me to try this place out. Honestly, everything here tastes great but the fried chicken curry definitely hit the spot on a rainy day. Heads up parking is very crowded and difficult to find on evenings. If you’re can’t find anything you’ll have to park across the street in a dirt lot.
So excited to see that Redlands has a Loving Hut! I first tried one out while I was visiting Seattle and ive craved it ever since. The food here is beyond delicious and its great to have a locally owned vegan restaurant that isnt american style fast food. If i could eat here every day I would!
Freaking delicious food!!! Go to whenever I am in the area. Havent had anything that I didnt like and the people who work there are so friendly. Wonderful place all around and always surprised it isnt swamped with people everyday allday.

We have been coming here about 2 years and Natalia always picks up the phone so cheerfully, recognizes my number and remembers our orders haha. Super affordable and it is always so fun to see what new vegan goodies they have that week near the register. A great place to try :)

2023-07-05 01:31:44Delicious, flavorful Asian vegan food. You will easily satisfy your sweet and sour or Kung Pao chicken craving here. Brown rice is available on request. Only disappointed that they serve the food in takeout boxes-- at least theyre compostable but they still have plastic and PFAS chemicals with negative health effects due to the hot temperature. If I recall correctly, the Loving Hut in San Diego served food on plates/bowls.

This time we got some banana chocolate chip cookies and pandan cake and Thai iced tea. Our entrees were Orange Pineapple and Nasi Goreng with crispy rolls. So yummy!!! They also have rotating specials and the deserts rotate too.

2020-01-17 22:31:55Ill be real, Im am not their target market, but my wife and I like to eat vegetables and are trying to eat more. She saw a new vegan place and suggested we try it. Sure, why not!I tried the spicy ramen and it was decent, but its not a ramen specialty place so I probably should have ordered something else. I felt like the noodles were too skinny and a little softer than typical for a pho or ramen. But the broth was good and just the right amount of spicy for me. My wife got what looked like beef broccoli (but its a vegan place so it was tofu) and the sauce on that was delicious! She didnt enjoy the tofu as much, but I liked it in my soup. Could be she just isnt used to tofu as well. So all in all it was a good place, but not amazing and we definitely will go again to try more dishes.The owner was a cool guy and hasnt eaten meat for 20 years he said. Thats pretty cool 😎

For Thai tea, they offered 2 milk options: coconut milk and soy milk. I ordered the Thai tea with soy milk, and it tasted great!Indonesian kroket is also great!Parking is on the back, in the same complex as Eureka Burger.

The staff were very kind and respectful. I would recommend coming here for lunch or dinner. I will be coming back to try more off of their menu.
