Clean, simple, I went to the register instead of self check out, and the woman was very nice, there was even a young man to put my groceries into a bag. Imagine that, lol. I think I miss that versus self check out . They have a huge variety of just about anything you could ever want. I highly recommend this grocery store

I have always loved this store and would have given five stars if it hadnt been for what happened yesterday! ⭐ Yesterday, I bought potato chips, there was a special price, at the checkout I had a problem with the price, I asked for help at the self checkout, first a gentleman came to help me, he was very impatient! Very impatient, he said he could not understand what I said, and scanned a bag of potato chips twice, which meant that I would have to pay an extra bag, I explained to him, but he was very impatient, turned around and left And he told a lady named: Danita that he couldnt understand me and let Danita solve my problem. Same thing, the lady understood and had a great attitude! Helped me very patiently! I am very grateful to her! Her name is: Danita. (I want to say that if every employee is like Danita, patiently helping customers, the sales of the store will definitely be higher! The customer experience will be better!) Finally, I am sorry for my language, English is not the first One language apology.

The store is immaculate. The staff is always ready to help you no matter what time you wander in. The produce is far superior to safeways. The meat selection is pretty good and usually has decent bargains on the most useful items. I purchased a lot of frozen prawns.Overall its a very,very nice store. The manager is extremely nice and friendly. The staff just likes to chat. I love that about that store. Go see for yourself.

ROTTING VEGETABLES on the Produce Shelves. It is in-excusable to go to a store and have rotting vegetables on the shelves. I recently went to this store location to buy Bell Peppers. Most of the red bell peppers were rotting with mold or decay spots -- or the skins were shriveling and wrinkling just prior to the rotting. When I brought this to the attention of the employee working in the Produce Department -- I was just ignored. Horrible. Horrible.

I had a horrible experience at self checkout in the Lucky store. A lady named Marsha who works in the store behaved very badly towards an Asian face because obviously Asian dont know English.At first, I scanned pears barcode but it didnt work. I searched it in the system, it still didnt work. I asked for help. An employee helped but put wrong price. He left when I pointed it out. I gave up and started checking out grapes. The same thing happened again. When I asked for this lady Marshas help, she started lecturing me on how to check out in a self checkout. I tried to tell her that I know it and someone already helped but it didnt work. She refused to listen, not let me talk, and accused me of being rude. She insisted on talking and talking to me like an Asian face customer is illiterate or does not speak English. Very arrogant. Its called racist in other places. Its called misunderstanding here. Ridiculous.

A full display of apples was behind a sale sign when they were the wrong kind and nearly twice the price at the register. A few fruits rolling out of place is one thing but a full display means an employee put them there. My coupon was not honored at the self checkout. I pushed the button for assistance and after a few minutes an employee hit a few buttons on the computer to clear the red light without asking me what I needed.When I spoke with the manager about these issues he talked to me over his shoulder while facing the cigarettes and only turned around to ask Well what do you want me to do about it? in a confrontational and not at all genuine way. He also told me that the self-checkouts always have price issues and coupon issues but he cant have someone stand there all day (other grocery stores do, Ive worked in them). Not sure why the self-checkouts are open at all when the manager admits they routinely over charge customers.Very poor customer service, especially from a manager. Havent been back since, have saved a ton by shopping at the Walmart Grocery down the road.

Went in on a Saturday Afternoon after getting off of work to get some flowers for my mother-in-law. Looked through the couple of flower arrangements they had and picked one rather quickly. I waited in line and when it was my time to pay I mentioned to the cashier that I may have picked up a flower arrangement that was missing a price tag. Instead of having me wait a minute or two for someone to bring her the tag she skipped me without telling me anything and started helping the next customer. Rather rude first experience at this location, definitely likely not to return in the future .

Had not been there for quite awhile. Found most of items that I needed. Cashier was most courteous, which was a pleasure. Everything was ok, little pricey, is so in other places too.
