We ordered their Prime Rib, NY Steak, Rib Eye for dinner. All of them are excellent. Tender and perfectly cooked. It was a bit of a wait for the food to arrive but it was worth the wait. The service was good, attentive with refills and always with a smile. Just excellent.We see a lot of people ordering their burgers as well.

By far the best breakfast Ive had all summer. The home style potatoes had onions and bell peppers and cooked to perfection - without the oil. This restaurant was inside the cute western style shopping center and easy to miss if youre driving 50 mph on the busy Antelope Blvd (which is actually 45mph limit). Cannot wait to go back and try lunch or dinner here.

Just had dinner with the wife, everything was top shelf! the taste was very good, the wife had chicken breast done bar b que with mashed potatoes and white gravy, and a side of broccoli. i enjoyed a chef salad that was huge with lots of everything. the staff was quick and very pleasant. Karla was awesome, clearly she knows her business and gets about getting it done. over all price was good $50 for 2 out at a sit down restaurant. Will be going again!

We had a long day at the sale and some comfort food sounded like it would hit the spot. Our server was a sweetheart and helped this indecisive woman settle between the ribs or burger. Got my husband to get the ribs so it all worked out for me. :) There was so much food I saved the rest and had dinner the next night.

Its a cute place. Service was great, staff was friendly. All I got was a half order of biscuits and gravy and unfortunately I was disappointed. It was not in any way bad, it just definitely wasnt great. Rather bland, not much sausage at all.

Easily the best burgers in town. Not sure how they didnt win the Best of contest. Interesting toppings like briscuit, pork, egg, etc. all on a half-pound burger.Another cool thing is they have tater tots as a side option. Always loved them, but hard to find. They also have one of the few salad bars in town. So that is a nice option if preferred.They have a pretty decent steak if that is what you are after. I had the ribeye and it was cooked to order. Not a bad option if you dont want a burger.

I ordered the French dip.Tasted good, service was good, but the portion size was very small. It wasn’t worth the $17 I had to spend.If you want a sandwich in Red Bluff go to any Deli (like 2 buds bbq, A&R, ect.) to get a sandwich that’s twice the size for a few bucks cheaper.

1) Breakfast is amazing! We like to get a waffle to share. They are made from magic goodness. I can get a smaller portion, but their portions are generally man sized. My almost 6 husband leaves VERY satisfied and I still cant finish the small plate.2) Burgers are HUGE. Like over 6 tall. Cheese is FANTASTIC. I recommend the pepper jack. 🌶3) If you are on a diet, THIS is your cheat day. It can kill a diet in one meal.We drive out of our way to eat here. It is my new favorite place.

The service and food are consistently good here. If you want a big juicy REAL beef burger, then this place is a must try in my opinion. They offer a few interesting combo toppings, but I recommend starting with the basic burger or cheese burger. Couple more good options are the trip tip sandwich, and the Philly cheese steak.I dont recommend the southwest salad. Its not bad flavor wise, and its a good portion. However the majority of it is an iceberg based salad mix. A crispy romaine and/or field greens mix would take it up a couple of notches, and make the $18 price easier to swallow ( pun intended haa)

Stopped in for an early breakfast. The restaurant wasnt too crowded at the time. Was greeted and sat at a table quickly. The exterior of the building is absolutely adorable (all of the buildings in this shopping center are beautifully themed). The interrior is very cozy and rustic themed, old license plates cover the walls. The menu is simple American food, and the quality is outstanding! Loved the chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes and asparagus. My kids thoroughly enjoyed their crinkle cut fires and corn dog (they looked quite good). They were very busy and it took awhile to get our order, just means that the locals love this place as much as we did!I would eat here again.

Got seated very quickly and drink orders taken. We had the cheese curds and potato skins the cheese curds were served good and hot(which is always a plus) so the cheese was nice and melted to go with the breading the had a nice hint of garlic. The potato skins were loaded with cheese and a ton of bacon added a little sour cream and they were amazing. Definitely will make this place a regular stop when I come through town

We can always count on a good experience here, breakfast, lunch or dinner.They have a sign hanging on the door (like many places), asking for patience while they deal with staffing shortages, and advising service may be slower than normal. Going in with this expectation, we were happily surprised with the attentive service (asking if we needed anything several times), and the speed at which our meals were served Lall while the dining room stayed busy).WELL DONE M&M!!

The restaurant was very comforting, We didnt feel rushed. Our seemed to take a little long to come out but I think that was cause we had a large party but it was worth the wait cause the food was excellent and the waitress was very attentive to keeping our party happy 😊I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone for good home cooked food, looking forward to going here again, I especially loved reading all the license plates on the walls!

Great service, their salad bar is really good and set with lots of good vegetables, their omelettes, hamburgers and sandwiches are really satisfying. We use their meeting room at least 6 times a year and we have always received great service. Keep up the good food and good service! ** M&M can accommodate your group or councils meeting needs. Theyve been taking care of our Utility Councils meeting needs for many years now.

I normally love coming here, however, this visit today was the worst service I have ever had at any restaurant. The waitress we had was so unbelievable rude from the get go. One order we had, was a burger and we had asked for it medium rare. When the burger arrived it was bloody rare. My guest with me politely asked if they could cook it longer because it was way too bloody and the waitress said that it was what she asked for. She said that what my guest asked for was how they cooked their medium rare and said that she should have asked for it well done and it would have had some pink in the meat. On top of that whole conversation, she then started complaining about us in front of us to other waitresses! I am in shock with this whole experience and will probably not go back for a long while.

Went in here recently after attending the quilt show across the street. Figured this was close and convenient. Should have taken the time to drive a little further. Service was horrible, food would have to improve to reach the status of mediocre, and prices were too high for what we experienced. Dark, dingy, and left an overall feeling of not being clean. Used to like going here but this was my third time to be disappointed with pretty much everything. Im through with this place.

Great food and great service. Everybody is so nice there. I am always so surprised when I go. The burgers are seriously phenomenal and everybody works there. They are always walking around making sure everything is up to par. The parking can be busy but it’s located in a strip mall so it’s not there fault. Plus...they have great food so why wouldn’t it be busy. I always enjoy going there and look forward to my next visit. If I could give 6-stars...I would.

First time customer here and what a gem! Incredible customer service and the food was DELICIOUS. Hubby had the “Deputy” with tots. I should have taken a pic from the side... it was STACKED full of roast beef. Son had the fish and chips and even with him being a picky eater, he devoured every bite. Fish was perfectly battered and crispy. Daughter had the kids cheeseburger and fries. She loved it. Aunt had an adult cheeseburger and fries. She loved hers as well. The burgers are charbroiled and VERY flavorful. I had the “M and M Killer Combo” which is an appetizer... deep fried heaven really. Chicken tenders (perfect), friend zucchini(homemade and SUPER yummy), beer battered onion rings(yum!) and best of all... fried cheese curds!!! They were OUT OF THIS WORLD GOOD!!! And to top it all off, when the waitress heard it was our daughter’s 6th birthday a couple weeks ago, she surprised her with a chocolate cupcake (brought my son one too). I’d give them 10 stars if I could. We will absolutely be back and definitely recommend

I ordered biscuits and gravy via door dash and I was very very disappointed. The biscuits are not biscuits they are pre made bread rolls! The gravy tastes like chicken gravy not breakfast gravy. When you pay 15 dollars for biscuits and gravy you expect a whole lot more. I dont think anything in this order was actually cooked fresh. prepacked bread rolls and gravy from a packet. Thanks I can make that at home for about $2.50.

Looking for a place to eat on your way to Sundial bridge and Shasta! Worth the stop. Old western feel, American menu with Great burgers! I just had a large birthday lunch (3 birthdays) at M&M with my daughter, son in law, and grand daughter. First, the service was the worst Ive ever had. Food was good, we did not get any silverware nor napkins at all. Had to hunt them down. Waiter messed up our order several times, would not let us know until we started to ask questions. What really upset me was that we paid around $15.00 for hamburgers each, and they charged us for the ranch dressing for our fries. Even McDonald offers ranch for fries for free. When I asked them about this, their response was sorry, but thats the way it is and then walked away. Not going there again, and will advise others of my experience there.

I went there looking for a good steak. The steak was so tough it was impossible to eat it. I should have taken it to Daves boot repair maybe I could have saved some money to resole my boots. The broccoli cheese soup was so mushy like it had been cooking all day the only thing good was the salad bar. The staff seemed like they didnt want to be there. I know I wont be back and wont send anyone there good luck.

Sorry, but the food was terrible and we both ended up sick all weekend. Overpriced chicken fried steak had consistency spam. Husband tried to eat it, but couldnt eat it; tasted terrible The Baby Back Ribs were old, tough & fatty.. Extremely high priced for value of meal received. Only came back once and that was to see if we were done & needed a a box. Told waitress about it, but nothing done to correct it. We wont be back and would not recommend this restaurant. Approx. $50 and no drinks (only had water). hated to even give it 1 star, but couldnt post without selecting a star. 1 star is overrated. :(

There excuse was the price of meat went up. Come on! Talk about price gouging. Most likely wont be going back here. I live off fast food mostly through out the week so I try to stop in for my veggies once a week. The Tri-Tip vegetable soup is great with a large salad. Have as much as you can eat of both for only 11 bucks.

The establishment is dark, dirty, and kinda worn down. My meal was good, (ranch breakfast burrito), my wifes meal was ok except the eggs being raw (steak and eggs) and my mom ordered biscuits and gravy but told me it was ok.So halfway decent food with very, Very poor service.I will never eat here again, and am now going to go out of my way to warn ppl to not patron here. Wish I got the name of our server to put on here. But between having to evacuate because of the Carr fire and the lack of sleep, I forgot to ask.

WORST SERVICE! It wasnt even that busy and it took 57 min for the 3 cooks to whip up an omelette with bacon, ground beef, mushrooms & onions. Hash browns a pancake and eggs benedict! Then when a different person brought out the food the omelette was missing the bacon! Our server would never even know about it though since SHE NEVER CAME BACK TO OUR TABLE ONCE! Not even to ask if everything tasted ok or not. Some random girl came to drop off the check out of nowhere & we said hey they forgot the bacon that they charged me for can you please readjust the bill? Ok no problem right? Delicious food. Huge portions. But my favorite thing about M&M Ranch House is you can have ANY of their bugers as Turkey, Veggie or Chicken! It took 15 minutes to get a server then another 40 minutes for our order! If my mom didnt have such a hard time walking we would have left in the first 15. Not once did the servrr come to tell us what was going on with the order AND SHES THE OWNER! I was so hungary I ate, but I recommend Burger King or Taco Bell before MandM. Im not going back and neither will my lunch companions. Dont go.
