M Noodle & Cafe in Gilroy

This a great soup house located in Gilroy. Doesnt matter what the occasion, when you want some soup this is my go to spot. They have a variety of traditional Pho soups as well as a few Americanized dishes. Always tastes good to me and never to heavy. My favorite is the #18 which is a wonton combination with wantons, noodles, chicken, shrimp and meatballs.

Had a wonderful dinner. We had Pho and I ordered the steak and rice, both dishes were very delicious. We also had ordered spring rolls. Yummy!!

Friendly and fast attentive service the food here a very good! My favorite thing here is there chicken and rice. The flavor is very good and with the chilli sauce amazing! 😋 its so good in fact my cat knocked it off the table at home to tried to eat my food! So I think its safe to say its cat approved! It is pretty pricey here so I think they should give more chicken with this dish. Other then that this is definitely one of my favorites!

Stopped by for lunch while way down to SoCal. Ironic that we picked this place due to its high star rating. The food quality was pretty bad - the Shaking Beer was chewy and overcooked, the fried rice was tasteless, the eggroll has a weird texture and boba drinks all tasted bad. Service is perfunctory. Portions were large perhaps why people would come here. Would not be returning.

Walked past this place for 4 years and finally decided to stop inside for lunch. So mad that I didnt try earlier. Went 3 times in 2 weeks. The staff is super friendly and ready to serve your table. Food is top notch, hearty & fresh portions, and its out super quick. I keep ordering the same thing, but get made when I see how good all the items look that I didnt order. Really good price for large serving. Also, the meat portions in the pho seem very heavy handed and better quality than expected. Clean restaurant!

Brought here by the high rating but completely disappointed. We sat by a table at the back next to the glass door, the door isn’t air tight and it kept drawing cold air inside. The food isn’t great either. Pho is tasteless and fried noodle isn’t crispy and is too salty. The chef didn’t bother even removing the vein for shrimp in the noodle and we felt the shrimp tempura tasted like air fried of the frozen ones from grocery store. Will not return and not recommended.

Best pho in Gilroy hands down 🙌 I know everything has been going up, but the prices keep increasing every couple of months, also I get the $0.75 Togo charge, but for every single item?? Even though everything is nicely packaged I think is a little high. Food amazing, the owner is always warm and welcoming, new employees not so much.

Pad Thai was disappointing. It tasted like inauthentic instant noodles. 😞

Was in Gilroy the other day with pops and its been a while since Ive tried a new Phò shop so I pulled out my phone and started surfing the ol interweb when I happened upon M Noodle and Cafe “on Yelp of course” after reading some of the reviews and looking at some great pictures we decided to hit this place up.First thing I noticed when we walked in is the place was packed (good sign) we were seated right away. Other things I observed were they had dollar bills taped around the walls “honestly I thought it looks very tacky” and the place doesn’t looks as clean as it could be. Deducting 1 star.Food: I ordered The combination wonton rice with steak noodle soup comes with chicken, pork, shrimp, and beef balls. Now I noticed that it did not come with big beef flank yeah that’s what I got in it? Don’t get me wrong I love beef flank. Unfortunately the beef was WAY over cooked. Everything else was stellar, especially the broth “not kidding” I can’t remember the last time I had broth this good. “Notes to self, next time ask for raw beef flank on the side” the size of the bowl was G-eye-norm-us!!! I think this is the first time in my life I was not able to finish what was in the bowl. “ I did however slurp down every last bit of that delicious broth”Pops had 1/2 chicken with fried rice “again a huge plate” he managed to devour over 90% of it. He gave it 2 num num’s up.As part of the meal they also serve you

Super friendly service, delicious food ready quickly. Def get the BBQ chicken vermicelli!!! We were about to eat in the car before hitting the road again, the owner saw us and insisted we eat at a table! They have a great outdoor setup and they brought us water and tea, so sweet!
