Nice, I only went to the Rubios here, but the complex seemed nice. They had seating outside for warmer days.
I really like the food selection and the market has what I need. The parkings tough but there is spaces available in the structure

2022-11-10 20:32:05Parking here is difficult due to the one way lot and sideline roads to get in. The selection of food here is great though! There is a Rubios, Starbucks, and a variety of Asian food options. Plenty of seating for dine in/on location and all of them are take out ready as well!

2022-12-26 22:16:12Whoever owns this plaza should be embarrassed and I sincerely hope that the tenants are getting a REALLY good deal on rent. The concrete is sticky and disgustingly dirty, which like…of course the ground is dirty, but this takes it to a whole new level. The furniture, which looks like it came from an Irvine Company landfill, is rusted, broken, and filthy (I guess maybe Irvine Company owns this plaza, but I have NEVER seen an Irvine Company property this gross). Dumpsters are overflowing with trash. Add to that the overwhelming smell of raw sewage, and it’s a wonder anyone can manage to eat here. It’s a shame because there seems to be a good variety of restaurants, whose owners and customers deserve way better.

2022-05-17 15:10:11This is a little shopping center just off the 55 s exit by the 405. It is surrounded by business office buildings and there isnt much by way of competition for fast food in the immediate vicinity. The Yangs Braised Chicken Rice is already closed but it still has a Starbucks, Rubios and an Asian fusion type place in addition to a liquor store. Parking and getting in and out is a little tricky, I sense most people just walk over from the nearby office buildings.

2020-12-17 18:58:06Theres not a lot of parking, but they cant help that. Just something to know before you go... And its kinda dirty. Like, stained concrete and overflowing trash bins. But the food places are good. I just wouldnt want to hang out there and eat.
