Poor service. Food was good dont get me wrong. I called and placed an order for pick up, guy said it wi be ready in 5 minutes. Me and my sister head over after I hang up, we get there and they dont even have my order placed at all. So now were stuck waiting for them just barely start making the order. We get charged and get to the car and find out they messed ho the order. Not sure if just the staff for the shift or what but unfortunate for a place thats actually good.
Small oxtail pho order. Look how huge it is! Order fast because they only make so much of the oxtail everyday. If you wait, itll be gone before you know it! This is the only place Ive ever found that serves oxtail. Great price for how much you get.
I like the vermicelli noodles with grilled pork and egg rolls here! Great portion. Haven’t had problems here. Friendly service. Ordered take out plenty times and ate here a couple of times.
Love coming to this place since it’s near my house but today I ordered rare steak pho and it didn’t taste right.I think it only had the broth and not the MSG powder. I didn’t taste any flavor at all, kind of like warm beef water with rice noodle.They didn’t give me any toppings (basil, jalapeño, etc) today...
I come here a couple times a month and its great! My favorite so far is the Oxtail Pho Bowl, they give you a decent amount. Im sure most can share the large bowl.I did remove one star since the water is pretty gross, not sure why it tastes worse than tap..

First time eating here and LAST! I ordered a large chicken breast Pho. The older guy (waiter) who was taking our order proceeded to make a gesture with his hands of large womens breast. My husband was appalled and complained to the manager. Apparently theyve had this problem in the past. See other reviews posted by others. Beware.
Large Chicken Pho with Extra Chicken!Although, this last order of pho had the nastiest looking chicken in it.Barf.**Postmates Ordering: if you order extra veggies, they wont send them. Ive tried 100 times.No to the Wontons.No to the Chicken Rolls.
Not the worst pho ever, but pretty close. Server was so abrupt and rude. Id never been here before and she literally asked for our order right as she handed us the menu. Also the spring rolls were so poorly rolled they fell apart on the plate before we even ate them. One had zero meat in it too. The pho broth had no body, it just tasted really salty. Much better pho places just a few minutes away.
This pho restaurant used to be great many moons ago, but since this pandemic started the service at Maison de pho has gone downhill. Recently, after I ordered takeout, the hispanic female cashier and a hispanic male employee (standing next to her) both looked at me and stated some words in Spanish toward me (I understand the language) then laughed after I courteously just paid for my order. Disrespectful behavior. That along with reviewers on yelp (and other website reviews) who state that the food quality at Maison de pho sucks is enough to make us go to other restaurants nearby.

Not sure about all these good reviews. Doesnt make sense for them all to be good. Yes, friendly service, however food is no where near par for Vietnamese Cuisine. Had the bbq chicken Pho tonight and Broth is lacking flavor. Chicken was nasty with way too much pepper and flat like cardboard. Usually you get the bbq chicken on a separate plate, not here. Be it, this is the only Pho place in Foothill Ranch and RSM, but not worth it.
The most amazing delicious GLUTEN FREE meal. They will delight your taste buds and fill you with goodness. A real treat you should try. I will be there weekly...its that good.
There are no air conditioning in the building, so it was extremely hot. Worse, the waiter was extremely creepy and appalling. Told us our time to order ran out, and squatted down within an inch of us, uncomfortably close. When he brought out our food, he stuck his face right above it and took a deep whiff and exclaimed repeatedly how delicious it was. The experience was so awkward/creepy, its hard to describe. Additionally, plates of food were stacked on top of each other in the fridge, so the bottoms of plates were sitting on food, ready to be served. One of the worst and most disgusting dining experiences weve ever had.
Delicious vermicelli noodle bowl on salad. They have boba drinks here, which are somewhat small because of the amount of ice they add to the drinks.Overall very tasty and I will definitely be back.
I ordered Thai tea with boba and all he did was pour the tea into my cup from a jar... he filled the cup with ice all the way and the boba was really stale. Coming from a person who loves boba, it was hard to drink to the point where I only drank the tea. If I could give 0 stars I would. Never going to Maison de Pho ever again.
I wasnt sure about having Pho take out from a place that Ive never ate at before; however, im so happy I did it because these guys know how to package your Pho perfectly :)
The noodles isnt cooked throughly it still tastes raw and little hard i couldnt eat it but i still like the soup so i just finish the soup
Have been craving a banh mi for weeks now. Ordered a grilled chicken one. Is mostly lettuce and not at all the right kind of crusty French bread. Its a hoagie roll. I ended up having to ditch the bread because it was so bulky and bready that the filling wouldnt stay in. Lees would have been better. Waste of $8!!!
Food is great and the guy that owns it is great. He has a sense of humor that you might not quite catch at first and might get offended but he does it all in humor so its great as long as youre a chill person!

2023-11-07 18:35:08I’ve been obsessed with this place since the very first time I tried it. I get the large #7 Pho with grilled pork and add vegetables. Top it with fresh basil, bean sprouts, hoisin sauce and a little lime squeeze and boom, HEAVEN in a bowl. I also LOVE the lychee smoothie (it’s more like a slush or icee) with boba. The spring rolls are tasty as well. It’s in the Foothill Center near the movie theater, so it’s a staple for us when we go to see a film. Plenty of parking, indoor and heated outdoor seating available, it’s nearly impossible to place an online order for pick up, so I just call in my order if we don’t have time to dine in.

2021-10-03 06:38:22I ordered the Beef Vermicelli to go and was surprised at the lack of meat quality of taste considering it was in a nice centre. For the 12 dollar price point it was a nice portion but the beef was very lacking. I was expecting it to be grilled texture but the meat looked quickly stir fried (meat was not browned at all just pale grey) with a very chewy texture. It was also bland even after putting fish sauce on it. I dont think the food was terrible it was just not good for the price point.

2021-10-01 14:54:47I need to talk to the Owner of this Restaurant to inform him/her that the Mexican staff are not right treating the customers. I am an Asian and very disappointed with the service over there. This has been going on way too long.Twice we ordered the Stir Fried Rice Noodle with Shrimp, Squid & Beef and twice the Mexican staff served us with Egg Noodles instead. Not only was the noodles all in lumps together which is not all cooked and hard.When we asked the Mexican lady who took our order as to why the cook (Mexican guy) served us the wrong dish? All they said was that they ran out of Rice Noodles but we were not even informed when we ordered for the Rice Noodles.
