2022-07-23 19:44:02Located in the plaza with USPS and Vons on Hacienda Heights, you will find a delicious noodle shop that prides itself on hang pulled noodles! They make it fresh before your eyes and eagerly waiting stomach. You can hear them smack the noodles on the counter as the lamían noodle maker expertly pulls the flour into tasty al dente noodles to perfection. Customers have the option to choose the shape of noodles (round, triangle, flat) and size (small/thin, medium, and large).

2023-03-24 13:07:11Great place for dining. However, their prices have gone up considerably over the years. For example, a plastic (not ceramic) can of Beijing yogurt costs over $4.00 is definitely overrated! Also, service speed is somewhat slow too although they make the noodles where we can see the process.

2023-01-03 03:39:53My favorite noodle house outside of NY/NJ. Been going here for decades, ever since the Malan on Garfield closed down. Some of the best, qq (chewy) -iest hand-pulled noodles, especially their triangle noodles, and their soups and chow mein flavors are mild and delicious when Im not in the mood for the heat bomb at Rockstar/Even Life, my other staple favorite noodle place.Their chung yao bang (green onion/scallion pancakes) are good too but Id rather get the ones at Even Life tbh. Stick to the noodles. My favorites are the triangle with the beef soup and the thick round in the pork chow mein. I save my belt noodle stomach for EL so cant say how the wide flat noodles are here. Finally, I adore the Hispanic guy who pulls the noodles here. Its a dying art, I hope hes paid well.

2022-06-24 01:29:07First time here, had the beef noodle I think its the house special, I shouldve asked for a large instead of a medium but overall the noodles were great and the beef was nice and tender with nice flavor, definitely coming back for more . . . 🔥🔥

2019-02-04 06:36:49Relatively quiet spot for noodles, limited parking, has a decent amount of seating, a bit pricey.got the beef soup with small, flat noodles. came out pretty quick.the soup base tasted very good, meat was thinly cut (almost the same thickness as the noodles) and was not dry, there was a good amount of cilantro-might be a lot for some people, put a scoop or two of the sauce that they have near the salt and pepper shakers-scoop down to get the sauce and not just the oil. really ups the overall taste

2020-06-16 23:18:42You will not regret eating these noodles! I have been eating here for many years. Their beef noodle soup is delicious and today I returned with a good friend to sit down and eat lunch like the good ole days. They have reduced capacity due to current distancing requirements but it was nice to have a sit down meal out again. The fact it was such a delicious bowl of noodles made it that much better. The noodle master (shi fu) has been there for many years and continues to create the noodles to your specifications. I believe he can turn dough into over 7 distinct noodle textures! So if you like liguini noodles, get the medium flat. If you like spaghetti, get the medium round. I hope you get the idea. The onion pancake was a great addition as well. The staff is very helpful so if your Chinese vocabulary is limited, they will walk you through the menu choices. Come on by and support this worthy eatery!

2015-12-28 01:12:12Best comfort food on a winter day. Service is quick and the noodles have great texture. Unlike other places, the soups are not too oily. I especially like the triangle noodles.
