2023-07-08 22:53:21The Tum Pho and Egg rolls are great! They serve from a food truck and there’s indoor and outdoor seating. Their customer service was amazing as well! I would definitely recommend! However, the Nab Vam was way too sweet so I would definitely suggest getting 50% or 25% sugar. Also, I would not recommend getting the fried chicken, it was 5 tiny chicken wings and definitely did not look like the photo and was not worth the price.

2023-05-29 23:29:46Very delicous Hmong street food. We enjoyed the meatballs on a stick, egg rolls and dessert drink. The eggrolls are the best Ive ever had. I liked how crispy the exterior was and the crispiness of the vegetables inside. I look forward to trying more of their food.

2023-01-13 04:32:35This place is pretty sweet and surprisingly great food! Tucked away behind the gas station but don’t let that fool you… These people know how to cook clean, hot, delicious food!!My father and I were driving by and saw the lights and delicious looking food proudly on display by the patio area. The owner Chue came out and was so friendly and helped us decide what to eat. He was very knowledgeable and had great communication and customer and hospitality skills.Something that is greatly missing these days.We felt very welcomed and the food as I mentioned did not disappoint. They have an outside area which is pretty cool and kind of like a “taco truck” area with music playing but they also have an indoor area as well.It is a family owned and operated restaurant named after Chue’s mother, which is sweet to hear. This means that the food is family which is so awesome in this day of corporations and businesses taking over everywhere. One word about my experience. . .My father is elderly now and doesn’t say much anymore. But he did mention how much he enjoyed the food which is saying something wonderful.Anyone with older parents knows the few joys you feel when you are out with them. Everything hurts, takes time, and Conversations are not as stimulating as they used to be.It’s sometimes brings tears to your eyes. So, seeing your elderly parent light up for a few moments and enjoy food and mention it. . . is a small miracle to experience.Thank you Malee and thank you Chue!

2022-02-02 21:40:09I purchased the eggrolls and papaya. I love those items. Its good! Also, tried the sticky rice, it was good. The papaya is more of a spicy and sweet. Not so sour. So far, its my favorite place to get papaya salad. Its loaded with veggies, giving it a crunch and flavor. I got the Tum Papaya. It comes with meatball & shrimp.

2023-09-14 18:22:16Made an order over the phone. Inconvenient payment methods as they only accept Venmo, Paypal, and Apple Pay. Then, you have to send screenshots to confirm the payment. Had to call the following day as I never received a bill via text. The day of, they forgot to provide the person picking up my order a large tray of food, I only ordered 3 large trays. Rather inconvenient since the driver was on the way to the party. I understand the driver should have known the order. However, staff should have confirmed all was there. If they can create a better payment/ordering/confirmation system, that would be great. Otherwise, the food tasted good, and the staff was nice.

2023-01-14 17:13:40I have never wrote reviews for any business but Im so disappointed with my purchases that I must share this here since they dont have it on their social media page. Every time I visit this place, its never consistent on serving size and the quality just really depends on who makes it. With inflation, prices increase, but serving size is horrible!!! I got a plate of papaya and it was literly 3 bites. Last, I ordered a $9 namva, and there was hardly anything but all dairy, coconut milk. I dont think I will ever go back. I thought I give it a try again but still the same or worse!

2023-06-21 02:01:50I heard about this place from my sister and decided to try it. I ordered one rice plate with sausage, one rice plate with pork belly, and some egg rolls. The pepper was a bit salty for me but the spice was good. The peanut sauce was the perfect consistency. Everything was very satisfying. Will definitely come here again.

2023-01-16 06:12:20Lets start with the pro, the eggrolls I ordered were good. The flavor was spot on and eggrolls were crunchy. I was given plenty of dipping sauce, including some peanut flavor. Today was their bogo eggroll deal which was a plus. The downside of that is you cant order over the phone, so my husband had to wait an extra 25 mins for our order of 50 eggrolls. The con, I also catered a half tray of tum pho tonight and I was really disappointed (see photo, I had to throw most of it away because the only thing left were pho noodles). Ive had their regular portions of tum pho before and was really impressed, reason why I tried the half tray for my dinner party tonight. Sadly most of the tray was only pho noodles. There was not a good mixture of how they normally make their regular portions. Because there was so much noodles it absorbed all the sauce, the top half was dry! I only got a handful of shrimps and meatballs. The cabbage was also hard. This was my first time catering from their restaurant and unfortunately it will be my last. What a waste of $50. My advice to Malees is consistency is key and dont skimp out on your customers if you want them to come back. I may order small portions again in the future but it will be awhile before I come back.
