2023-11-09 04:00:48This is my first time at this restaurant. Saw the happy hour deal with $1 soup base. Regular price around $10.99 for the soup base we order - mushroom and tomato soup combo. Soup has good blend of flavor but I have had better soup before. Skewers are around $2.39 each plate of 5 skewers and there are plenty of choices you can order. We ordered lotus root, tofu skin, original wagyu beef and garlic beef. We also ordered a plate of handmade mashed shrimp paste $13.99, which was deliciously bouncy, according to my son; a vegetable combo, that has the napa cabbage, spinah and sliced fresh shitake mushroom for $9.99; and hot pot noodles for $3.99. The noodles come with 2 servings but the texture is thin and medium softness, not al dente. The dipping sauce / snack bar is $2.99 per person. They have enough selections for appetizers and desserts. Plenty of choices for sauces and condiments.Overall, this place is average compared to the many hot pot places around this area. But no other place can beat the $1 soup base for their happy hour. Promo is from Nov 1st to 30th 2023.

2023-01-17 06:05:22Food is delicious and comes in reasonable portion. The idea of screwers are awesome for small party so you can order a wider variety of food. We as a group of 3 tried 20+ items. I would recommend a very special pork brain dish, probably the best in town. Very good services too, and kids liked the free meal combo. Overall this restaurant can take a spot in my top ten list of OC Asian food. Will visit again next time.

2023-04-27 03:03:47Unique skewer hot pot experience. The spicy is very spicy. Better to go with someone experienced in ordering. I don’t even know the half of the things I ate. My friend ordered and I just ate…

2023-06-27 06:36:40Soup base is tasty, sauce bar is loaded, and dishes are generally very solid. not a huge fan on how they stand up the beef plate vertically. yes it looks cool, but the blood winds up dripping everywhere.

2022-11-04 04:46:39Heres the hot pot guide for those who cant handle Sichuan spiciness but still want its deliciousness like me:1. You order a mixed soup base with a non spicy (tomato/ mushroom/ fish maw chicken) part and a spicy part.2. You order vegetable and meat.3. You dip the vegetable in the non spicy one and dip the meat in the spicy one. If you want soup, go with your non spicy one.4. Get a dipping sauce of your choice and dip the ready meat and vegetable in your sauce. Enjoy!

We ordered a LOT of skewers like pineapple beef, spicy, original beef, fish fillet, gizzard, etc. Theyre sooooo good. And We also tried their new soup base-Tom Yam Gong. Its The best of the best for the weather! Highly recommended!

2023-10-05 01:01:13Skewer hot pot in Tustin, California. So I’ve had this popular hot pot bookmarked for a very long time, they’re usually known for their skewers, but today we decided to try a bunch of different things. The dining area is so special and makes you feel like you’re dining streetside in China. The variety is absolutely insane here, you can get combos of these homemade meatballs with beef, cilantro pork, and cuttlefish, and even Australian A9 wagyu beef. This was marbled so beautifully and just melted in your mouth. We got a bunch of other things, and of course some skewers, these were fresh taro! And this plum juice that came in a Moutai bottle (iykyk). There’s also a sauce slash appetizer slash dessert bar that you can keep revisiting over and over. I absolutely loved their sesame balls, especially when it’s from a piping hot fresh batch! Thanks for reading! ^-^
