It gets packed. So many businesses in this shopping center. Alot of places to eat but the parking is very bad. Parking spaces are very small and big cars will not do well unless your Okay with door dings.

We love the Boiling Crab restaurant. The food is good whether dine-in or to-go. The staff is amazing and the management interacts in the operations as well. We frequent this location and look for BC in other areas and states when we travel.

Very nice shopping center. So many great restaurants and food choices. Something for everyone here, also bakeries and tea shops, among other things. Across the street is 99 Ranch supermarket. I would go here every week if I could. Would recommend!

A good place for some nice tasting Ice cream juice drinks and other deserts and refills for soft drinks. They have a large selection to choose from. The staff is very nice and helpfulThere is handicapped parking and access and public

Boiling Crab is always a fun night for dinner but I saw a variety of Asian restaurants in this mall. I will have to come back and try other places to eat.

I really like the Authentic Chinese restaurants they have arpund here. I came here ever since I was 6 years old. There is Sam Woo Chinese Barbeque and seafood restaurant, Coconut Bay restaurant, New Golden City resturant, Golden China restaurant, Happy Harbor dim sum and seafood restaurant, chinese vegetarian restaurant and the 99 ranch Super Market here has better hot delli than what I have in the 99 ranch market close to where I live in Hacienda Heights.

There is so much good restaurants in this plaza! The plaza is made up of Chinese and Korean restaurants. Theres a good Chinese bakery located here and the pasteries are yummy. If youre looking for dessert, theres an Afters ice cream. My go-to places here would be the Korean BBQ (its not all-you-can-eat though), the Korean soup restaurant and the Chinese shabu shabu place!

If you are in Rowland Heights and youre hankerin (ok i lived in Texas) for some amazing Korean BBQ, stop by this joint right here KangHoDong Baekjeong. The food is repeat worthy and the staff (shout out to Juni!!!) are superstars.

They have tons of restaurants. Theres something for everyone here. It has spicy hot pot, 24 hour Korean restaurant, milk tea, etc. Its truly a foodies paradise. Bon apetit!!

They have several quality restaurants within the plaza, which include Silk Road Garden, Boiling Crab, Korean BBQ, Korean soup and ribs, a hotpot restaurant...etc.. Because of many popular restaurants are all located here, parking sometimes is a pain.
