All you can eat Korean bbq is nice, when is all you can eat meats . I understand the price is super nice for it, but would be nice to be advised in advance that we would be allowed only one slice of ribeye per 2 people . That doesnt make much sense but, hey I understand ! It was a nice treat .

Tonight was our first time dining here and we had a great experience! Kim our server was extremely friendly, the sweetest server ever and she recommended great options to try out. It was a very welcoming place that had great service all around. Their food is delicious and fresh! Tasty and varied selection of meats and side dishes. I Can see why it was so crowded. Make sure to get on the waitlist on yelp beforehand to avoid the wait. Will definitely be visiting again! Thank you guys!

It’s loud, smoky and dated, but for all you can eat, they had decent cuts of meat, brought the meat out promptly and the side dishes were pretty good. They’ll bring out chocopie with candles in it for your birthday.

Just wow. The amount of choices you have is bananas. The bimibap is so flavorful and huge. Highly recommend #13,14,17,26! Which ever the Rosemary steak was...and the Hawaiian pork belly! And dont forget to get Pamuchin,steamed eggs, and the radish wraps are so picky and crispy fresh!! 15/10 will be back. They even have call buttons so you dont have to try and flag a waiter. Oh yeah-ALL THE WAITERS were super friendly and nice.

Good kbbq. Often crowded. About $30 per person for the cheaper option. They also have a small ramen (just noodles) on the all you can eat option. Only dessert option is $4 macaroons. Would recommend.

I have been here many times before. But this time, they got all new servers there. Dont know if they got the new owners or just changed the management and staffs only. Its still nice and friendly service. Food is still good, just taste a bit sweeter than before. Surely coming back again.

Great all you can eat restaurant. The service here is fast and the staff are very attentive. The food served gives you you a wide selection of different cuts of meet and sides. The place is kept ean however it is somewhat small. You have to walk sideways to get to the tables when its packed and this restaurant is always busy. Parking is widely available and I have had no problems parking between the two times I have been here. Family friendly and wheelchair friendly.

The food is acceptable but it is average quality.Dont order pork belly. You wont even be able to swallow it even after you chew it for 20 times inside of your mouth.And, dont order any soft drink. They charge you $1.99 per can now! No more one price for unlimited refill!

To start, The wait is long for a Wednesday, can’t imagine what a weekend is like. After the 45 minute wait we were seated and our drink order was taken fast, being a big party, the drinks took a while to arrive(understandable). Our selection of meats were brought fast and we were on a roll to barbecue. Everything was tasty! The staff seems to work as a team, every other team member checked on our table, but may need to improve on that. Overall, we’ll worth the buck!

This restaurant reminds me of living in Sourh Korea! The one different part is the staff here are much nicer! They even have gyeran jjim made properly along with many other foods. I was surprised to see that they do sell OB, Cass, and Hite beers wish they had Black Beer. They also have soju which I never cared for. parking can be hard to find sometimes and there is a wait for tables so make sure you check in once you get there!

I was suprised how good their service now. I havent gone here for awhile because i had the worst experience of service way back then. But now, everything was smooth. I love the fact that they have my favorite soup, spicy tofu. Also their serving is alot, like alot 😱. My visit made my tummy super happy. Btw i got my free soda too so all good 😉

Its the local KBBQ place. All these type of bbq places about the same. We come here because it’s near by. Always a wait Parking is terrible here. When you find a spot it is designed for a compact car. We always drive our CRV here and it will barely fit between the lines One time they apologize because they were short staff. Hard time hiring people. But we will continue to go here

I dont really like all you can eats because theres always a little bit leftover and you think about how they probably just throw it away... This might be obvious but go here with a ton of people, definitely 4 or more to be worth it.Anyways, the bulgogi is so so so good. I love bulgogi so much and this place was super tasty. We also got spicy chicken and teriyaki chadol and they were also tasty as well.My only complaints are that they were out of fish cake and that was literally the only appetizer anyone wanted lol and the restaurant itself is so tiny; its a very small building to have table burners, it gets really hot and crowded. We got lucky that we only waited about 20 minutes but they were saying it would be an hour or more for other people. Theres also one bench for waiting to be seated, and its right where all the customers and waiters walk so youre constantly having to move out of the way.Free soft drink if you check in on Yelp.Decent amount of parking outside and theres a Tapioca Express a few stores down.

Delicious food, we went on a weekend and it was packed. Whilst the Manager was very kind and apologetic, a moldy meat is just beyond acceptable! We are never going back to this restaurant.The Manager explained that the moldy meat was a piece of vein that should have been removed from the box when they received it.And oh, they gave us 15% discount. 😩

Weve been here numerous times before, but today Victoria was our server, and she was phenomenal!! Very attentive, we asked if they have garlic butter and she said no but i have garlic and butter and she brought us that with a bitnof rosemary and a tin container to be able to cook it on the grill. She came to our table many times, refilling our drinks and keeping us eating. Best server there ever!!!

Good food, just a little on the expensive side compared to other kbbq places. Customer service was off though. It gets tough to flag down someone to order more food because it gets so packed. They also wouldnt honor their one 6 oz steak per person. I was told that the general rule is one steak per 2 people, and what they brought was definitely not a 12oz steak.

AYCE Korean BBQ. The cost per person was about $25. Nice choice of beef cuts, wish they had more seafood but was good without. Only thing is it gets smoky in there so I hope youre not wearing anything fancy because the smell will linger in your clothes. Great for big groups but can have waiting list during peak dinner times, be warned.

Amazing place! Great cuts of meat, very speedy service. If you ever wonder in here, make sure to try the corn cheese! They are still one of the few Korean places that still have a button to call your server if necessary. May seem crowded at first, but they turn over tables VERY quickly!

Had the worst service experience Ive had in a long time at any restaurant-- much less a kbbq spot. Usually I have the patience of a Saint as Ive worked in the service industry myself. Ive never been treated like this at any restaurant where the other patrons were served real plates and utensils and I was provided with paper plates and utensils.Any sane person that enjoys a meal at home or at a restaurant knows fully well that it definitely makes the experience. So to be treated lesser than the other guests is quite frankly rude and demeaning.Throughout the meal I was treated like a 2nd class citizen and got practically no service. Server never came back to see if I needed anything else, if Id like to order anything else, or quite frankly even check up on the guests (even those around me) to see if everything was doing well.Either staff needs to be trained properly or they need to hire more staff. I have the suspicion its most likely both.And to add insult to injury-- when I finally ask for the check the lady gets mad that my grill is burnt (even though I was never checked up on to see if I needed anything to be provided for me-- even a grill change!) As if I were ever provided the option to change the grill in the first place. And just an FYI, people *can* get sick from using a burnt grill.Needless to say-- I will not be back and will definitely make the trip to Kearny Mesa were the quality and service are there because quite frankly, both were severely lacking here.

Very good food, but service problems ruined the whole visit for me and the group I was with.The initial seating and service was fine, although I personally felt we were being rushed. We got our starting items and started cooking. Up until that point it had been fine, but my friend noticed that our waiter had vanished. Thats when the problems started.Like most KBBQ places they have a button which when clicked calls your waiter to you. I must have clicked that button 20 times over the course of 40 minutes to still get no response. One of the members at my table had to stop a waitress who was walking by to get service for us. The raw meat was also given in paper bowls which were disintegrating right in front of us. The grill also started burning from the meat juices, creating a ton of smoke. The smoke got so bad I had to turn off the cooker and poured some water on it to cool it down.Overall it was a very poor experience, I will not be going to this restaurant ever again.

Service is always sketchy here. Sometimes its decent and sometimes you gotta ask 5 times for the same item. Food itself is always good and its a really fun place for big groups. Many if the side dishes are delicious. The meats are plentiful and there is a lot to pick from. Make sure youre super hungry when you go, and be prepared to leave with a food coma!

It was my first time coming here with my family. We were a bit confused at first on how we were supposed to order the food until I asked a server how it works and she explained you can order 3 things from the menu at a time. The food tastes great. The floor wasnt so clean when we sat down. There was a lot of food, napkins and plastic spoons on the floor. It was a good experience for our first time and we will definitely be going back but to another location they have.

The food was delicious! Strongly recommend coming to one of these restaurants. Service can lag, so do be on the lookout if you need assistance for something. The environment is meant to give the South Korean aspect of service, so be conscientious of that when coming. Apart from that, my husband and I truly enjoyed the experience.

I hate to give this 3 stars because this place is SO good, but the service I got tonight was terrible. I had to ask to speak to someone else because the waitress was in a complete rush to get our order, never asked if we wanted something to drink either. Also, when you ask for vegetables they will literally give you just a slice of onion and 2 pieces of zucchini, like what?? We werent ready to leave yet either and they were already bringing us the check which was the worst part. Wait time wasnt bad, just come before 6 pm because it does get very full with people.

The service is now outstanding (compared to a year ago) and the workers seem pretty happy--which always improves the experience and atmosphere. My friends are always impressed.I have not had any bad experiences with the food--always good stuff, and I dont understand others who derate the meats due to fat since it is a hugely important part of the flavor. Claustrophobic tables, extremely uncomfortable for long legs, you have to bend your legs to the side to sit. Seating is abnormaly tight to fit 1 or 2 extra booths in a row, we had them move us to a normal size table, if there was no table I would leave as good as the food is I cannot sit like that and enjoy a meal its physically painful

This place is amazing! Take your friends or family to grill your own steak, shrimp, chicken, all prepared for you to just throw onto the grill conveniently placed at your table! You might be in shock with the prices at first glance of the menu, but consider the fact that when your finished with what they bring you the first round, the person taking your order will ask you if you want another wave! This place is well worth the money. The food is excellent, from the Kobe beef right down to the white rice. I love the concept of cooking your own food right at the table, its always hot off the grill (literally). The service was far better than I expected. Every single waiter/waitress was incredibly attentive and checked on us often. I will recommend this place to everyone I know. I only wish I discovered it sooner.And you cannot leave this restaurant without an ice cream macaroon.

I tried to make it a really good experience as well as a surprise for my boyfriend since it was our first time there. Instead it was uncomfortable rushed experience. I got to the restaurant 45 minutes before it closed and as soon as we arrived there they told us last call was at 10:30 which is not stated anywhere online. Then they never explained to us how it worked even though I said it was our first time. Instead they rushed me saying to order beef first cause they were closing soon and it wasnt even 10:30 yet. They asked me to pay my bill without me even tasting the food yet. On top of that five minutes after they closed (11:05pm) they said we had to wrap it up soon cause they were closed. I still had food and drinks to finish. I obviously did not tip which made me feel bad because I have worked in the industry before but who would have in my situation?! In conclusion food was good service was horrible and I hope it doesnt happen again. I never write reviews but this experience was over the line. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

First time I had Manna years ago in SD it was the best Kbbq I had ever had. Decided to go again for my birthday dinner Monday evening around 6pm there was 2 parties ahead of us we checked in with the kiosk at the entrance party of 4. When we got called to get seated we got our temperature check. Our server came and greeted us and got our drink orders and a our appetizers/ meat orders. My favorite is the bulgogi it was marinated well and full of flavor. We ordered from the A-1 side of the menu. Through out our dinner our server didnt get a chance to come check on us. We pushed the call button to get some help/ get another order in a few times. There was guy coming around changing everyones grill on our side and he skipped us and we had to call him as ask if he could change ours too! We were definitely disappointed in the service. At the end of our dinner our server came to us to apologize for the serve (I think that they got a hint that we werent happy) and gave us free mochi ice cream. Over all the food is good but the service definitely made the experience unenjoyable.
