First time there with a friend and we did not get a proper intro of setup and what it how to cook the meal. However we were able to manage :-) the hostess who sat us down at the table was very short with us and golden me when I went out of the lines and refilled my drink with a lemonade. Long story short food was decent service was not I may or may not go back again. There

Love the place. Best place to get all you can eat Korean bbq. Free parking for three hours with validation. The restaurant has salad bar included in the price. The meat is fresh. The employees are friendly. Would recommend to others and visit again.

Great find. It was crowded but we now know why. They had bell ringer so all you do is tap on it to get service. Boy it was fast. Don’t get full on their sides buffet. Place is loud so don’t expect it to be cozy.

A lot of energy here, its like a party honestly. Meat comes out really fast, salad bar doesnt actually have salad, but has jello, macaroni salad, and fried foods!Little automatic robot comes around delivering food to tables is super cool.It was $80 for two people and two drinks. We had ayca Gold. Pretty cheap for how pretty and fast the restaurant is, along with how much food you can potentially get. One table seats 6 but theyre bunched up next to each other.

Manna is a great option for kbbq, especially for big parties. They have AYCE options for around $30 and $40, along with a buffet on the side with classic banchan and also fried rice and gimbap. They have the call button and the servers are very responsive. Meat quality is pretty good, especially the marinated rib finger. They have tons of tables and Ive never seen a full house.

3.5 stars. Food is good and they have a large footprint so great for big groups. That said, workers looked stressed. Maybe they got burned and mistreated by customers in the past. Our group (25 people) had a great time. Food was good. I didn’t feel welcomed. I know I know, first world problems. For me, being welcomed at a restaurant is part of the dining experience. That said, I’m at an Ayce buffet, not a Michelin star restaurant. So def giving them the benefit of the doubt as a one off. We had a good time hence rounding up on the stars. Good food ;)

Wow, Manna Korean BBQ truly exceeded my expectations. The service was attentive and friendly without being intrusive. The food was an absolute revelation. The bulgogi was melt-in-your-mouth tender, and the seafood pancake was crispy and packed with flavor. The ambiance struck the perfect balance between modern chic and traditional Korean charm. I do not recommend this place. They have bad customer service. Basically they take the meat to your table and never come back, they don’t ask if u need anything else. They don’t bring no sides unless u ask example rice paper & mushroom. The price is high it doesn’t meet the food quality and customer service. The meat is good it’s like any other meat. The white rice is blah. There is no free water like any restaurant I been too. Also you MUST EAT all the meat that was given to you or they charge an extra $5 per person on top of your bill.

Food wasn’t bad but the service was. I wasn’t done eating and they gave me my check right away. They tried charging me the tip twice as well, once cash and the other debit. I felt rushed and uncomfortable.

Bibimbap was good. Lunch box was good too. Serving size was ok. Potato Salad, kimchi, etc dishes were good. $46 for two items (a little bit pricey). Staff not too attentive even after buzzing them. Restaurant is not full. Parking validation for an hour.

Had a great time as always at this place! Jun and his staff took really good care of us, even though we came in towards the end of the night. The open salad/rice bar is nice to have (and unique to other AYCE), as you can get up and grab sides whenever you want instead of chasing down a server. Quality of the food was on point. Great service, and overall a nice experience.

Place was great but too pricey for the quality of meat. If your really hungry then this is the spot. Service is a 3 star. We had to flag the waiter the whole time just to get service. But I still have them a 5 star for effort...I won’t come back👍 btw they only have bottle water so that we had to pay for aswell so no free water.... it’s expensive here.

2021- I changed my review to one star simply because the woman who charged me implored my family and I for a tip. I dont know if this is customary of them to do so but asking customers for money doesnt sit well with me. Weve been here a few times and no ones ever begged us to leave a tip. To my knowledge tipping is optional but obvioulsy these people dont get paid enough and this makes the owners look bad. Family was a bit inexperienced with KBBQ, but the server was very patient and helpful with the whole process! I loved the side dish bar, especially the tofu soup. The marinated meat was delicious and portions filled us up easily. Would definitely return just for the soup!

My husband and I always come here to eat. We love the food and love the energy but last night on after we paid our dinner, we proceeded to use the restroom, when we came out of the restroom the waitress come over to the front of the restaurant we’re the restrooms are at and brought my husband that check, even though we had already paid and signed off the receipt, the waitress that she needed a tip. The waitress was very rude and demanded a tip. We were a bit confused on why she would do this if we had already paid and we’re on our way of of the restaurant, I believe you leave a tip if you liked the waitress service and in this occasion, she was very rude. When my husband signed the receipt one more time and said he wasn’t leaving no tip the waitress snatched the receipt out of his hands. We are very kind people and didn’t say anything to her, she was probably having a bad day but that’s not okay for her to do.

Delicious and excellent food. The higher end option is worth it for the marinated galbi alone. The pomegranate soju is also delicious, even for someone who isnt a fan of pomegranate it just goes amazingly well with the meat. I go every year at least once, looking forward to next time!

Not the greatest kbbq around but you will always get a seat here without waiting.We got the gold bbq ayce and it was alright, some of the cuts were better than others. We liked the bulgogi, pork ribs and angus beef. Also got the mini cold noodles but the broth was off and didnt taste like usual naengmyung.The service was pretty bad, asked for water 3 times before it came, the bell needs to be pressed many times before they come.The salad part was decent but nothing special. The place is definitely quantity over quality.

Hate to type this. Unbelievable of what I seen in the restaurant and management decision. I was sitting at the table right by the salad bar. There was water leaking under the vent hood at my dining table area. We had to move to another table. The leaking got worsen to the salad bar area. Management team decided not to close salad bar area. It is now contaminant and food hazard.. Unbelievably that it still serving to customers. The restaurant should be closed for the day... it is shame to choose money over food/consumers safety.

If you are in DTLA and are looking to pig out on some amazing food look no further. I highly recommend you go for the all you can eat option its the best bang for buck menu item. They have a salad bar with all kinds of Kimchi, rice, potatoes, whatever you need for your appetizers. The meats are fantastic! I highly suggest you try Bulgogi, beef top blade, and pork belly.Avoid ordering too many drinks if you dont want to go over budget and they do charge you for leftovers so dont oder too much meat!

Today we went and it seems like a good restaurant. The lady was nice and attentive, the only thing that I was a bit annoyed is that they would people be seated like right next to each other which to me was not cool. I mean there wasn’t a lot of families but still. I didn’t like the chicken option of the all you can eat but that’s just on me. Overall it was a good experience.

Very Tip demanding, wanted (demanded) the 18 percent for poor quality service. Was not impressed with anything. Meat was whatever, service was bad, and it wasnt very clean. I got a plate from the side buffet and it was dirty. You had to call the servers to come over because they never check up on you. I would not go again even if they charged me half price.BTW if you decide to go, Park in the structure and they will validate for you.

Really great food. The salad bar is available if you go for the all you can eat. The basic lunch adult price was 24 dollars and kids price was 12 dollars (they measure your child in order to determine the price). The salad bar had several flavorful sides, soups, and a few desserts. Their octopus is a must try, chicken was delicious, and the beef bulgogi to die for. The only downfall was their service, very slow and under staffed. Our receipt was wrong, they charged 4 adults and 1 child, but the issue was fixed right away. All in all, great food and ambiance.

I’ve been here a couple times and the last time I went it was not pleasant. The service was awful and we felt ignored by much of the staff. The meat was seasoned differently this time around. I ordered an iced tea and it was basically just water. They are also doing shady practices regarding how they calculate tips. Unfortunately I nearly fell for it until a friend pointed it out and I was extremely disappointed with not having paid attention and doing the math. When you split the bill they include tip percentages for the entire amount of the bill and not the split amount. Honestly I usually like to tip we’ll considering how serving is a difficult job however since they seemed to have gotten rid of many servers that were there last time and have started doing shady things regarding tipping I can say that I will never come here again. Disappointed.

We arrived (party of 6 with baby) at around 730 pm on a Friday. Seating was a 30min wait. Once seated, our server greeted us with menus and gave us a moment to order. The Bulgogi was delicious with a light sweet soy sauce marinade and the pork belly strips were juicy and crisp!!! The rib was juicy with its marinade pf light soy sauce taste and the meat marinade was all seafood free...no oyster sauce which was great for our daughter who has seafood allergies.

This was my first time at a Korean bbq and it was perfect. Food was awesome, service was awesome, experience was special. I went on a Sunday night around 10pm. Was just here last night for a friends birthday and the menu didnt change much. Price went up quite a bit because of inflation so understandable. They have a nice salad bar option that is always available when you eat there. Unfortunately, their management made a horrible decision on their menu. At a ayce kbbq the least you can expect is water when you are eating there but they decided to not serve tap water. Instead if you want water you have to buy their $1 water bottles or any other drinks(not refillable as well). They did not do this in the past so I am not sure why they would make such an idiotic decision. Most people (including myself) would have rather them add that $1 price into the ayce and just serve tap water instead. Really enjoyed this place in the past but do not think I will return it they keep this water decision on their menu.Pro:- ayce-rib fingers are delicious-good service-salad bar-champagne spray (good for big parties)Con-a little pricey now-NO TAP WATER. The space is large with dark tile / dimmed interior and they turn up the hype music as the evening goes on. Theres reminders to please do not be wasteful with food, with $1 off each diner if you finish what you order and $5 charge if you dont. Totally support not wasting food!SERVICE / SEATING / RESERVATIONS:Our party of two on a Friday evening around 6pm was attended to and seated immediately - looks like reservations are only taken for parties 10+ and there were already a few smaller groups seated as we were taken to a smaller half of a table with a grill ready and hot. The service was attentive throughout the evening! They are quick to ask you whether youd like to put in another order or refill your water or change out your grill surface.ALL YOU CAN EAT:We opted for the AYCE BBQ Black Menu which is the premium offering at $49pp (AYCE Gold Menu was at $34pp). This comes with access to the salad/banchan bar and cooked-to-order options (creamed corn, steamed egg, cold noodles; the steamed egg came in a hot little pot which kept it steaming for a while). The bean sprout salad was the best choice at the bar for me but shoutout to the tofu soup (unabashedly medium-spicy) and kimchi as well! There are all kinds of choices there (jell-o, cucumber kimchi, fried rice, fries, sushi, potato salad, soybean paste, and more) which was great to see.The table has 4 seasonings you can pour / put yourself in your dipping dish (including the nice crystally gray-white salt they have, light sesame? oil, and two others (looked like soy-based and a spicy-based) that we didnt try).Im a huge fan of beef tongue so the Black Menu was the pick for me, and it also comes with premium offerings like rib eye (served as a whole steak!) and pork cheek and fall-off-the-bone kalbi. You grill your meats yourself to your desired doneness and get a pair of scissors for the bigger cuts like steak. The meat quality is OK, some of the cuts of meats are a little too fatty (pork cheek, ribeye) so we used the scissors to cut them off (they didnt count it against us).The fans above the tables are quiet and didnt vent out the smoke too aggressively but no matter, a side effect of KBBQ is that smokey BBQ aroma right?Left full and satisfied! Easy to walk in on an evening and eat as much protein as we like along with as much banchan as we desired. Good!

The meat is very nicely seasoned and I enjoyed the flavor very much. The salad bar has a sizable assortment of items, include one of my favorites: jello. The salad bar sushi...just ok. Service was ok but not as welcoming as I would have liked. The temperature in the restaurant is much too warm, which affected my comfort. But I suppose thats to be expected because every table has a grill on it. Overall this was a decent experience but I dont think Id go back. Little Tokyo has much better experiences to be had.

I am very disappointed with this restaurant. I love KBBQ but this place was not very good and lacked in many ways. First, they did not have pieces of lettuce/leafy vegetables to make ssam when I asked if they had any, which was disappointing. Additionally, the meat itself lacked flavour and I had to smother it in the soybean sauce that they have at the salad bar. I guess for the price I should not have expected good KBBQ. I went here today with my friends. At first the service was good, and food was amazing. But as we payed our bill and we were leaving one of the staff members, this lady, asked if we left a tip. We said no, and I understand that a tip is common courtesy but we mainly rely on our cards so we didnt have too much cash on us. We were going to give about 14 bucks in tip since we didnt have much cash on us, and this is when our experience went downhill. She started getting snappy and demanded 20 dollars in tip. She even stood in front of us pointing on the recipt. We were going to explain that we didnt have much cash on us and she kept on repeating 20 dollars, 20 dollars tip. This really ruined the experience for us.

This place is great to come eat with family and friends hands down. How ever recently I came and left a smaller tip than the usual percentages they have as a guide. They ended up stopping me and forcing me to pay a higher tip. Im not sure if this is allowed since a tip is usually at your own discretion. It just didnt feel right to force a higher tip

This place used to be great. Idk what happened but they force you to eat everything including the salad bar or they charge you extra (I understand why but they are extremely rude about it). Also, we left a tip and the freaking server (who barely even did anything) started bothering us saying we needed to add a bigger tip. She would shove the receipt and pen on our face. That is so awful to do and it completely ruins the experience. Also, no more free tap water, they give you water bottles to charge. Bad bad changes they have decided to make.

Prices are doubled, server was a weird woman with bad attitude, and the worse of all they had this weird sign that said, if you have leftovers in your plate, you will get charged $5 on every single individual. I felt so bad and depressed with that sign. I usually leave 20 to 30% tips, but because of that sign I didn’t tip. Good luck to their employees because what I believe, hardly anyone will tip because of that weird sign, also that will make them lose customers, which is me, one of them. Also that will create arguments. Good luck to the owner, im sure he will lose lots of customers and lose his business. I used to go there 8 to 10 times a year, now I’m not going there anymore. 👎🏽

I was seeing the reviews of this place and saw that they’re very tip demanding. I don’t mind tipping at all I always tip, but if I’m forced/obligated to tip 15% or more then I won’t tip. I find outrages that they force you to do it. I don’t know of any other restaurant that does it

This place was amazing! This all you can eat truly lives up to its name. All you had to do was press the button, let them know what kind of meats you wanted and BAM! It was fun cooking the food (though I had 2 koreans that cooked it for me) it was good watching the food cook and having a good time.

BE AWARE!!! This restaurant demands 15% tip when you are paying the bill! Had a very unpleasant experience when paying the bill today. We were going to leave a tip obviously, but not the full 15% as we felt they did not come and ask if we needed anything and when we did we had to press the button located at the table and they look long to come. When we asked for more meat, it also took some time to get to our table. Well, the lady that was charging us was demanding the 15% tip, which was close to $30, so I gave her 2 $20 bill ($40) and she wanted to keep the $40 and I said I wanted my change back and she made a face and had another employer give us the change. I asked her if it was mandatory to give the 15% and she said other restaurants already included it in the bill and I knew that but felt so uncomfortable them demanding it rather than me giving it when I didn’t feel the costumer service was great.

This place is the first ever place I went to with my friends and is was the best choice we ever made. The staff are always waking around making sure everything is okay and switching out the the dirty grills. All the meat you cook is out of this world and super easy to cook. I will say just watch out for the spicy meat because it lets out a fair bit of smoke that will have you coughing. Last thing is there appetizer buffet area witch is free while you eat there while also having an awesome selection of picks to choose from.

For any one wanting to go the Food is good. Service was a so so. When we were ready to pay and leave i was going to pull out tip money and the lady demanded tip money and started being so agressive. It seems like this is a common issue with this place. I read reviews about it but didint think id go through this myself. They demand tip money and im talking about $30 to $40 dollars. CASH. They overcharged for small portions(37 per person). Waiter was not attentive and took a while to get utensils and next order of meat and water. The owner of restaurant demanded for a tip. When we explained we will not be tipping for poor service she replied “do not come back” very unprofessional environment. Also there is a $5 per person for any wasted food!! This place is great, the wait was long in the evening, but it was really worth it! They have a big variety of meats to grill and it’s all you can eat!!! You get 4 dishes at a time for two people. The price for about two people was about 50 dollars. The servers were really fast at helping everyone out, changing the grill plates consistently, asking is you would like more rice, refilling the soy sauces, and asking is you would like more meat dishes as soon as they noticed you were almost out. The place is also really big with lots of tables, and they have there good distances so you don’t feel like the tables next to you can hear your conversations. The employees are also really friendly!! I would come here again 🎉

Honestly it was a lot better than it original choice.Its is kinda expensive compared to more options, especially when you consider that they charge you per drink here including for water which comes in a bottle (when I went there it was 1 dollar for a desani bottle), 4 dollars for a minute maid lemonade bottle.The restaurant it self has a nice atmosphere but it is loud and not for everyone.The selection of meats was great (I recommend number 21) and the servers seemed a bit understaffed. As a party of 9 we were actually seated promptly without any issues.I look forward to my next visit.

I went with a group of 5 and we explained to the server that 2 of us were vegetarians and were not going to get the all you can eat. The server brushed us off and just kept asking to get our order started. We explained 3 different times and to the point where we thought she understood that we will not be getting all you can eat. We weren’t told that we would get charged all you can eat prices until after our meal. We explained to a different server that we weren’t told we would be getting charged. The. The manager came over and started getting very aggressive with our table, telling us that we were told we would all get charged all you can eat. Once we told her that it wasn’t explained to us, she looked at me specifically and became extreme aggressive saying that I was the one who knew and insinuated that it was my fault that I wasn’t aware of what the price was. Looks at the end of the day I don’t care if I had to pay the extra, but the way that this manager treated me and my friends was unacceptable. We came here last night for the first time and this place was awesome.!!!! Such curteous staff. Edwin was our waiter.. very attentive, friendly, and polite.. We came at night so there was only 2 other parties which was nice. They do take your temperature before seating you and of course face mask required as well. We did the all you can eat i believe it was called the gold pack for 26.99 a person (well worth it). The meats were delicious.!!! I am a picky meat eater but I enjoyed everything we ordered. I also really liked the distance between the tables, it makes you feel comfortable. Plus being able to cook the food on your own is another plus. The restrooms were located in the restaurant itself so a staff member walks you in. And I definitely did not mind eating in the parking lot... definitely does not feel like youre in a lot it is really comfortable. Can not wait to come here again. It was a great time big thumbs up.

I updated my 5 stars to 1. This was our favorite spot but came back after no vaccine card was required. The “manager,” David, refused to seat us leaving some social distance between other customers and us, during the covid-19 pandemic and given the fact that the restaurant was basically empty. I took my mother & siblings to eat for mothers day as I am server and shift leader at my restaurant & had to work all weekend long I wanted to give them a special treat to amazing food with a bowling alley experience right across from the place. When final call (10:30pm ) came for the meat mind you there was only three groups of people left in the entire restaurant including our party this woman & the rest of the staff kept looking at us. Towards the end they dropped off the bill & as a server I know we all have to report 9% to IRS and I gave 10% because maybe this lady was having a bad day and I for sure know how it feels however customers come first & we must put on a happy face she never smiled & practically did everything with a sigh so maybe she shouldnt work at a place that means interacting with people asking her for things because she had a sour expression. As if we stunk or something. But I cannot believe how rushed, pressured and bad vibe we got from everyone!!! ! Except the Hispanic busboy who smiled the whole time & was a beacon of kindness the whole time he smiled and told us to have a good night on our way out he deserves some recognition for good employee & friendly service . As we walked out I asked if we can buy some macaroons ice cream which were going to be my youngest siblings first time trying as was Korean BBQ that night and the lady said sorry too late we are closed we felt unwelcomed & I am never NEVER coming again. As a server when dropping off the bill I say dont feel rush this is for your convenience and when close to closing time I let the guest know if they would like anything else before the kitchen closes including dessert ... Really bad service and the staff need and should be retrained for more effective behavior on up selling. I know for a fact managers arent there that late at night (11pm) so this behavior might have be going without their knowledge for some time now so please I encourage whoever is in charge to spend some time talking to night staff about how to treat people and to always say thank you, please come again. As for the future customers of this place take it or leave it but I highly suggest you come during the day when Im sure friendlier staff & managers are on duty. The BEST Korean BBQ spot in all of America! Not just Los Angeles, but all of America! Interior design of this place is flawless, really a nice place to eat and enjoy a dinner with the wife or family. The reason why I think they are the best in the world at what they do, is because I have been to a lot of Korean BBQ places and none of them meet all the measurements that this place does. Manna is my go to Korean BBQ. Compared to Gen the flavors are way better here. My husband absolutely loves the flavor of the beef here. He will not go anywhere else.Although I have a tall 7 year old we pay full price for her but she eats so little so we make sure to bring her only when shes starving, or else its a waste of money.Date nights here are so fun!But the reason for the 4 star rating is because I got burn by the guy helping us when he took out the grill. He apologized quickly and left and that was that. I wish he acknowledged it more because that sh*t hurt.

Ill start with tips first, then experience.Tips1. Menu can be confusing for most so please ask your server how it works in terms of ordering.2. Gauge slowly as you eat and what you choose to eat. If you leave a lot of food you will pay for leftover food, that includes food from the salad bar. Of course, if you left a little you wont be charged, but Im talking more than half a plate worth of food. Be mindful!3. You will see a service charge on your bill. Just to clarify, that is them adding tip to the bill so they ensure their servers get some form of tip for their service. You can then choose to add any extra tip on top once it comes to paying.4. If youre in a group, do everyone a favor and figure out how the payment will be split before you actually order. It makes sense to do that.5. You better be super hungry.Now, onto my experience.It is most interesting that I would find the best Korean BBQ in LA so far, not in Koreatown, but rather, in Little Tokyo. It took me completely by surprise and I was overjoyed with my experience. I was served by David who did an D excellent job and recommended the Marinated galbi + Angus rib eye steak and boy was it the best. Not only that, but their salad bar is off the chain with so many items and literally, everything I got, was absolutely delicious. We also got the marinated bulgogi beef and had a macaroon after. We at least ate 5 pounds of food per person and it was amazing. We all left our plates clean and empty. Quality, service, atmosphere, and heck even the price for what you get and clean restrooms?? You damn right this is the number 1 spot for KBBQ in LA!Recommendations for the restaurant staff reading this review:1. Make sure to have each item labeled correctly on your salad bar. The food here is good arriving promptly after ordering it and with the right party you can enjoy a meal here. However, the service isnt that great so if youre brought the wrong order or if you need assistance you will most likely wait for a while to get what you requested or in my case be forgotten. There appears to be minimum staff so if I return I hope they wont be understaffed and then it could be an grand enjoyable experience.

I went on a date here with me and my girlfriend today (because she never had Korean bbq before) and we were in the area, so why not? I pass by this place often whenever I visit the mall, so I thought itd be perfect.We were seated pretty fast and got situated. I ordered our meat, but the waitress left too fast for us to even order our drinks (plus my girlfriend needed a fork). So we got our meat by one of the cooks in the back. Theres a button on the table to call your waitress. I pressed it repeatedly for the whole time we were there, and we never got our waitress. Never got any more meat past the first plate, no drinks, didnt change our grill, but they were serving the other tables. But when I got fed up and got out my card to pay, they came quickly, like that is highly upsetting. ... the service was horrid. Especially for my date.The meat was really good, dont get me wrong, but I wish we couldve gotten served better, got our drinks, and get more than one plate of meat. And I had to pay $50. I was thoroughly upset. I usually tip, but I refused to after that terrible service.

Last time I went there with a friend I know I saw one of the kitchen crew people watch out of the bathroom without washing their hands if it wasnt because of my friend liking that place so much I would have left in a heartbeat but since my friend likes that place so much I just told the staff about what happened none of the waiters took it seriously. so finally I had to tell the cashier who was assistant manager to tell the manager about what happened. but all in all food quality has never disappointed me there.

First the waitress came and informed us that people that wanted all you can eat could sit on one end of the table while the buffet bar could sit at the table next to us. Once we sorted that out we called the waitress back who then said, no our party would have to be broken up over 3 tables away from each other. She informed us they had a veggie option of onion and mushrooms. The mushrooms and onions were not meant to be eaten by vegetarians. When she took our order of three meats she brought the whole group the same meat and did not ask second table what they wanted for their meats. Luckily breaking up the bill wasnt too difficult.

So many choices and all delicious! They have 2 different levels of their buffet that you can choose from. Black is the more expensive one and has the most choices to pick from. Gold is the next level down, but still good! For the little ones they charge by their height, 3-4 feet. Under 3 ft is free. This is a good place. The food is decent or at least the food they provide you to cook yourself on the grills at each tale is decent. It is also all you can eat, so if your looking for a lot of food, this might be your place. It is an incredibly large restaurant but they dont always have enough staff to operate the entire room and there are some real quirks with the place, like an auto dispensing coffee machine that requires coins to be able to use.

Love this korean BBQ place! Ive tried many different ones and this place stands out. The location is perfect in the little Tokyo mall. Theres a parking lot that will validate 2 hour parking. Its a good place to have your group parties here if youre dining with 6-20 people. They can accommodate large groups due to their several long tables.If you like appetizers with your meat, they have a buffet for the appetizers that has soups, salads and other carbs you can load your plate with. I think this is a good strategy to fill you up quickly while making you order less meat (a pro for the restau and a con for your belly).The meats are good quality. My favorite is the beef fingers. There is a difference between the two dinner menus.Its service that was a killer for me. No one told me there was a button to contact a waiter. One of meats that was brought to us was a wrong type.Seating isnt individual tables, they are long community style so if its busy, your going to be elbow to elbow with someone you dont know. I found this venue to be a great option for Korean BBQ in the DTLA area. The food itself was wonderful, easily some of the best Korean BBQ I have had, and I have had a good selection across Los Angeles. The venue itself is very clean, with low-key lighting a convenient buffet for the sides, and very spacious, suitable for parties of any size. Pretty good variety of meats, even for the $19.99 menu. Convenient parking in the structure. Eating here gets you 3 hour validation. Service is on as long as you use the call bell. The salad bar is nice - a lot of different things you can get including chapche, kimchee, mandu and various soups. It gets crowded so you may need to wait to get your seat. This has to be one of my top 3 favorite KBBQ spots. Service was quick, they served our drinks almost right as we sar down. They have an open salad bar, so its all you can eat there. The meat selection is great and well seasoned, I had pork, chicken and steak.The only down side to why people might not like it is because you have to share tables with other guest. It wasnt bad but can deffinetly fell unconthrobal sometimes.

Very expensive for standard AYCE BBQ buffet, $35 pp. and its mandatory that everyone in your party order the same selection. The buffet stand provided variety of side dishes but meat had to be ordered. Service was standard due to a bell on the table. Parking with validation down in the garage.

I came here for my birthday and I loved it. If you love eating meat-this is it! They have a food bar with different Korean side dishes that accompany well with the never ending amounts of meat. I would definitely recommend this place.

Worse costumer service ever.Managger Jade told me not to ever come back if I didnt like the service. Then and other waiter come to us and get upset because we ask who he was. They call security but of corse thay couldnt do anything because after all we didnt do anything wrong . food was okay anyways but I really think as a public restaurant they have a lot to learn and not be arrogant, a little more costumer sevice is not to much to ask for how much we spent.

This was my 3rd visit & Im never going back. Every time Ive visited over the past year, I received dishes that were filthy. Service was ridiculously slow, considering the server to table ratio.The last straw. The manager decided to open boxes of grills in the dining room. I mean right across from me. The worker grabbed the cart the grills sit it in spilling the gross, standing water all over the floor. The grills went from the boxes to the standing water with no cleaning. I almost barfed. On top of that, the stagnant water that spilled across the floor was ignored. We watched for a few minutes as every single worker walked over it & every single customer made a face as they tried to avoid it.So, one star for location & one star for good meat, even if the meat is frozen (yes, its served frozen). The banchan bar is best skipped. Its just foul. A lot of those items should be covered.

Good price for the all you can eat, but the service here is horrible! I was in a table of 20 for a friends birthday, we were only give 2 menus when we first got there and then we didnt see our server or anyone for like 15 even though we pressed the call button on the table. When the server finally showed up he acted annoyed, and rude even rolled his eyes at one point. Didnt explain the ordering process or anything to us.

Disappointed. The food was not bad, but they made a mistake with our order, charged us a bigger account and accepted their mistake but didn’t agree to reimburse us. They had us in the restaurant for over 30 minutes just to go back and forth and continue to tell us that we had to pay for their mistake. 3 talks with the manager and finally got a refund. Never going there again!

Good veggie salad. The meat, i guess the one we pick was not i would have gotten, too mucfh fat and somewhat hard to chew on. The other meat which are thin slices are great. I could go on with just the open bar buffet salad.

Pretty good AYCE kbbq spot, they have 2 options with a really big selection of meats available. The ban chan is in a separate area and is served buffet style which is pretty convenient. The service was pretty good, they have a button to call your server and they come pretty quickly. It is a pretty loud place, so if you are looking for a quiet meal, this may not be the place. They validate parking in the parking structure so make sure to do that on the way out.

They demanded 50$ of tip for 10 people or 5$ when its 1 person ...tip shouldnt be mandatory... they make you feel bad like give you faces, if you dont give them nothing .they also too 5$ off when its on debit card so i say pay cash and leave as soon as you can.I cane back on March 31 again...horrible ...i found like a fish gut or something in the vegetable side i wanted to throw up. When we got there they didnt offer water and gave us nasty look. We had to ask for water and other stuff . When White people or asian looking people would come they would help them out quick.. couple of white guys came and sat next to us the waiters right away gave them 2 pitchers of water and brought them the meat and their beer quick. HONESTLY i dont reccomend for hispanics i think they dont like them there and they charge you 10% tip for 1-4 people and for 5-and up charge 20% of tip...IF YOUR NOT DOING A GOOD JOB THEN NO TIP FOR YOU... WORST PLACE EVER FOR COLOR PEOPLE

Dont go if its a busy time and you are only 1 person. Even though the tables are communal and there may be room for 1....they only seat you if you are 2+. Even if there is a seat and you already spent money and ordered drinks at the bar. Wish I could have tasted, but couldnt even get that far because I was by myself..I watched 30+ peeps w/out reservations seated and not me ouch. They may have made more money off two + but lost my future business even when I have lots of people with me.

All you can eat bbq place. Order 3 meats at a time. And help yourself to a variety of sides including Korean staples like salad, kimchi, bean sprouts, mung bean noodles, and tofu soup. Food is endemic to all you can eat places, less fresh as it’s been sitting out for a while. Place smells of bbq i.e. ventilation is not great. Service is mediocre. Our server was very busy and not very helpful in explaining our food choices. The meats we grilled tasted good.

This was one if the best Korean BBQs I’ve ever have tried. You get an unlimited round of meet with gold package and it’s really affordable. Make sure you try the marinated beef, chicken and finger beef and off course the pineapple at the end.

As an avid frequenter of Kbbq in general this place is decent.An AYCE salad bar with the fix ins and sides you want. No bugging the waiter or waitress for the sides all the time.Meat quality is good and portions are large, which are always a plus.Since this place is busy most of the time the service is lacking at times. Tonight was one of those nights. Service was lacking for sure.All in all if youre around the Little Tokyo area and are craving KBBQ; give this place a go. Cheers!

I love the banchan and the seafood sundubu jjigae is my go-to dishUpdate 12/3 the $5 up-charge on lunch dishes during non-lunch hours make no sense to me. Portions are exactly the same, theres zero difference. It actually seems very expensive to order these dishes during other times.

We went for Fathers Day with a party of 7 walked in no waiting list we requested 2 burners the lady refused to give it to us. She then proceeded to tell us, if you want leave. Service is quick and only when you want it (thanks to the call button at each table), and the meat is AMAZING--well marinated and juicy cuts. The spicy angus beef and the beef rib fingers are my favorite.
