We visited the shop to buy ingredients for a recipe BIBIMBAP. And yes we got everything we needed. Meanwhile we visited their meat section which was impressive too.In the grocery and dairy and vegetables sections everything is very well arranged to find needed articles quickly. They have a vide range of all verities.

I am visiting from Texas, and my good friend said we could get fresh seafood there. It was disgusting. Everything was filthy. Fish on an open tub in the middle of the aisle. The health department needs to be called. The scale alone! Should give anyone a cause for concern.

We had ordered cake for our daughter’s birthday. My daughter had requested to make strawberry cake in heart shape. The sweet lady at the bakery counter clarified it might be difficult to get the exact heart shape but we would customize it with the fruits. Hats off 👏👍to the Marina bakery team the moment we got our cake, not only were we elated but our guests were super happy too😊 Yummy cake with perfect shape and taste. Thank you!!

I always like Marina over 99 Ranch. They might not be as neat but they have more authentic products Like Taiwan plum powder, England Rowtree candy. Their prices are also better than 99 Ranch.

They have a lot of asian stuff here, we bought ground beef and canned goods and when we got home and cooked the beef it smelled funky and I didnt notice the color of the beef, it was a little bit dark and we had to throw it away. BEWARE AND DONT BUY STUFF HERE!! The other groceries we got have their expiration date removed and was bad. I wish we checked it first before buying. DONT RECOMMEND >_

Classic Asian market with wide array of authentic, imported and relatively hard-to-find supplies. Very good fish counter, dont be put off by the semi-gruff guys, they warm up on your 4th or 5th visit. Checkout is usually the slowest part of the trip and as others mentioned coupons are redeemable at the deli. Which is its own show and be mindful that free food is only usually worth it.

Very RUDE and un welcoming. Every time I go there they make me feel very unwanted I dont know why or what it is but I just get bad vibes maybe because theyre not very customer orientated. CASHIER was very hateful and unhappy, unfriendly. The Selection is vast but limited items. One isle consist of all oil chile and soy sauce. Next isle only noodles. SOME Veges where old and mushy. Grocery in this store seems like its 2 weeks old and no one goes around to pick up the really dead vegetables, meat seems like its expired due to the color of the meat, fish area is somewhat clean, check all of your dry items, I found worms in some dried food they sell there.

Its a nice, clean place to shop for groceries and interesting Asian items. The produce, fish, and meat are all presented very well. Employees at the service counters are attentive. Also, their pricing is competitive with other Asian markets. Even though its a bit farther away from me than other markets, Id gladly go out of my way to shop here first.

A convenient place to buy Asian groceries right off of a main road. Rare grocer to carry fresh local shitake and king mushrooms.Typically a good experience. However, showed up roughly 12 minutes before the stated closing time and was refused entry. If you have no intentions on letting customers in 10 minutes before closing, you should just list your closing time 10 minutes earlier instead of making customers waste a trip.

I ordered 1 pound of BBQ pork, they cut me 1.5 lbs (50%) more than what I ordered and of course I had to pay more. I can understand if they cut 1.1 or 1.2 lbs just a bit more, but 50% more is just too much. Not very honest business in the food to go section here. I told them to cut that piece in half=0.7 or 0.8 lbs, I want only half of that piece. But, they said they cannot!! This is a common practice at most Chinese BBQ pork place. Be careful when you order.

Marina is a very comprehensive and dependable supermarket for Asian groceries, with heavy emphasis on Chinese and Vietnamese items. Their prices are much more reasonable than the 99 Ranch in Milpitas, but with similar variety and quality. They might not always have the highest quality produce/meat or do a great job on cleanliness, but to me, Marina is still the best value grocery in this area.

A standard Chinese supermarket. There are all kinds of fruits and vegetables, seafood, meat, canned food, groceries, frozen food, and even live seafood. The recent shortage of goods is not as serious as it was when the epidemic occurred. But there is still a shortage of goods. The price is relatively low in the nearby Asian commodity supermarkets. Especially some dry goods or canned food. But if you want to buy the lowest price, you still have to shop around.

This is one of the smaller grocery stores in Milpitas but it has a decent selection of products of good quality. However the 5 star is for their fish frying service. Theyll clean and gut it then deep fry it for you. On busy nights or when Im lazy, this makes quick, delicious, and cheap dinner!

Basic Asian grocery store but you need to watch out for their food. Some are moldy and even if they mark the price wrong, they wont sell it to you at marked price. Look st their meat in packages, you might find them all discoloring. We only go there for their vegetables and packaged or can food.

This Marina Grocery provides you a one-stop location, not only for your Chinese groceries, but Vietnamese, Japanese, Korean, Filipino, and more. The store offers an extensive selection of fruits and vegetables, aisles and aisles of foodstuffs, fresh meats, seafood, wine, a bakery, and hot entrees and bbq deli items (roast duck, pork, etc.) at very competitive prices. This place is the best if youre searching for any kind of Asian groceries around Milpitas. The store is rather crowded on weekend afternoons, but its worth it!My favorite areas in the supermarket are the snack aisle (buy ALL the Asian goodies!!) and the bread/pastry area further into the store. They also have a good selection of meat at a decent price – my sister visits the section almost every weekend.As for customer service, the cashiers are pretty friendly, and definitely get their job done. They warm up to you more if you speak to them in Cantonese, Mandarin or Vietnamese.

Ok selection for Asian food but not so good service. I was given a hard time by the cashier girl today because I paid for a small thing with my one dollar coins. She didnt believe one dollar coins were real. After I explained and pointed out where it says $1 on the coin she asked me to change one of them which doesnt have $1 written on it but instead has the words one dollar written on the bottom.I know Asian markets and good service dont go along sometimes but it was still rather unpleasant for being questioned for such a silly thing at a market that deals with cash all the time.

After having to deal with rude cashiers on two separate occasions, will not be coming here again. They need to be more selective on who they hire as cashiers. Some of the older lady cashiers there have no business working as cashiers and dealing with customers. Totally unprofessional with limited English and absolutely zero social skills.

Called, the clerk said they closes at 9:00 pm. I rushed and got there at 8:45pm. An old Asian man blocked the door did not let me in. This is the 3rd time this thing happened. The old junky Asian guy behaved like a watchdog at the door. Why dont you tell people you close at 8:30pm, so we do not have to waste the trip over and over again?

The supermarket itself is ok but the service is bad. Calling for help to customer service to find a product, have to wait for a long time for someone to pick up the line. The call has been transferred many times, people who passed the call and answered the phone were very rude. Eventually spoke to someone willing offer some help but still unable to fulfill my needs.
