The sourdough bread is awesome as a starter. We then had the clam chowder which was also very good.My wife had the Honey Walnet Shrimp Bowl which she said was really good.I had the lunch specials fish and chips which I did not enjoy. My wife also tried them and found them bland. The waitress said they were a very popular item so maybe it was just us.The waitress was very professional and understanding. She took the Fish and Chips off the bill and brought me a complimentary cup of clam chowder.The dining area was clean and not very loud.Im not sure I will go back, but I wouldnt dissuade anyone else from giving it a try.

Honestly some of the best steak and lobster I have ever eaten. Every bite was to die for. I did the New York steak medium rare for $32 and added a 10oz lobster for $35. My wife did the filet mignon )$34 medium rare both Paired with asparagus and cheesy mashed potatoes. $67 -$69 each. Well worth it. Highly recommended

Great happy hour experience, the food was amazing, my favorite was the Coppino, and they also have a huge selection of cocktails.Their fish and seafood are fresh and delicious.Go for the happy hour and you can save $$$.It’s juggler recommended!

This was a great experience of food atmosphere and service. The meals were displayed in a picturesque style. The mix of flavors made the meals so enjoyable. This will be a great restaurant to get a meal costly but worth the experience.

This place is great. You know its fresh because you walk in and see a cold fish display like in a fish market. You can also see into the kitchen. I was dieting and asked that my meal be cooked very simple. It was and it was still delicious!

Was in the area due to a work conference. Group of colleagues hit up this seafood place for Happy Hour. Table pic of food were all from Happy Hr menu and had HUGE portions for almost half the price (I checked the next day and it was almost half off for seafood!). Food was delicious. Staff were friendly and attentive. It was so good a couple of us went back the next day and ordered dinner to go! Snapper and clam chowder were amazing- comes in pint or quart and one whole round sourdough bread. We ate it before we remembered to take pics. You can see and taste the clams in the chowder. Thick type clam chowder, not watered down like at other places. Lots of locations in SoCal, but variety may vary. Also took pics of the fresh seafood display case while we waited for the takeout on our way home!

Ive taken my two teenage boys here a few times now. We have always been seated within 35 minutes, even on the business of nights. Hostesses are always cheerful and polite. Our servers have always been very friendly, approachable, quick & attentive. Our orders have always been accurate. Our steaks are always cooked perfectly at medium rare - which is rare for most restaurants, it seems. Their oysters, both raw in a half shell with lemon, horseradish & cocktail sauce and the charbroiled are excellent, as well as the sea bass, king crab, rib eye, 10 oz lobster tails, salmon and every other thing weve tried. The only thing Id wish was cooked a little better is the artichoke appetizer as they seem far more tough than those I make at home. Overall, this is a great restaurant which is on the pricier side (we paid $332 for 5 people with 3 apps and 2 people getting the Alfredo @$17) but the price really does reflect the quality and service here. Three of us did choose some of the most expensive items. You should expect to spend about $50 per person after tax, but before tip & maybe an app to split for most menu items which really isnt bad considering the meat & seafood quality. Its a great place for celebratory dinners or the occasional treat. My family and I will definitely be back to this location.

Let me tell you this place is amazing. The host, the waitress and the atmosphere was very good despite how I was dressed tonight. It was a last min choice. My kids and their dad were dressed for their day and I was wearing sweats. Some places when they see what someone is dressed like they assume and treat people differently. Here they were so kind, they didnt make us feel uncomfortable at all. Waitress was kind and informative. First time going and definitely wont be our last.

This place is outdated and over priced. Wont be back. The atmosphere reminds me of a olive garden with 1 or 2 fish tanks. Ordered the fish and chips sent them back they we absolutely gross. Had no flavor and were rubbery the took the meals off the check but I didnt want anything else. Wont be back. Also service was not great and they charge a surcharge for what who knows

I have been coming here on and off for six years now. The food is phenomenal, I have tried a variety of dishes, and not one has disappeared. I personally love the Surf and Turf with a lobster and New York medium rare steak. The service is outstanding. They check in on you, refill your drinks without asking, and make great suggestions if you ask them. The atmosphere is normal, and the weekends are busy. You might wait up to 30 minutes to be seated. Too bad they dont have more dessert options, that would be nice. They only have four items. Outside of that, I will continue to visit this place, and I have always recommended it to my friends.

I have never had good luck with this place, (they charged me for someone elses meal last time), but it is a place others in our group always want to go, so they have good memories. Our group of 5 bigger guys was wedged into a booth for our 6pm Tuesday reservation, and that set the tone for the evening. You would think they would look at us and give us something with some room. The food was good, but we were all fighting for space just to get a bite. Our server did her best to make the situation tolerable, which we appreciated.

I already left a review. This is strange. Make sure you order your steak medium well that way its tender and you can cut it without a knife. I made a mistake and got medium rare which was a bit tough and chewy. Still had great flavor though. Sides were delicious and we got the bacon wrapped shrimp which were also very tasty.

Rather good food but a bit expensive (I didnt say overpriced) We had 3 appetizers: Lobster-Crab Cakes (quite good), Spicy Salmon Sushi Roll (eh..) and Coconut Shrimp (cant go wrong). Three things noteworthy: Jambalaya was very good but a tad mild; The Fisherman Stew was good but it seemed like a lot of scraps, shrimp &lobster way overcooked, and the crab was in the steamer 4 hours too long; and the Harvest of the Sea was very good, but again shrimp were overcooked. Bread was great, service was OK... For $270 tab for 4 could have been a bit more professional, and if you cant remember write it down.

No one knocks it out of the park like Market Broiler. They are bar none the best overall dine-in value for their very reasonable pricing, food quality and service. You know everything is made from scratch when contrasted with competition, who have noticeably gone the pre-made/re-heated route to save money on prep cooks, especially after the COVID government mandates disaster...For example I had N.Y. steak and Salmon with the chefs vegetables and red potatoes, all absolutely superb, but the vegetables, (which I usually pick through at other restaurants) were out of this world, they obviously take the time to blanche them. Oh and the top shelf Mai Tai ...Wowser!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our lunch today. Our drinks and food were better than expected. What surprised me was the over the top taste of the food and drinks were and the service was unbelievable! The bloody mary was adorned with an entire meal! Shrimp, oyster, bacon, celery, asparagus, stuffed olives, cucumber. It was amazing. The clam chowder was the best I had. Our fish was so fresh and tasty. Thank You for such great food and service!

We ordered the chicken alfredo, and it was blah with little flavor, we also had the pick two with Golden Fried Shrimp & Scallops, shrimp was wonderful scallops lacking in flavor but cooked well. We also ordered the creme brulee and they did not have the biscotti completed and they burnt the sugar on top, cream was good and consistency was perfect.

Great time here. We had the lobster ravioli, salmon ceasar, prawns, the seafood pasta (marinara sauce one), king crab and the butter cake. Everything was tasty. The only downside is that the crab legs were rubbery. You could definitely tell they had been frozen for awhile before being served. Service was great! Jacquie was super nice.

We tried two of their appetizers and it was good. One coconut shrimp and another one it was a kind of oyster.Most of all we liked lava cake and ice cream.The price is not bad. The good point was they sanitize chairs and tables very carefully after each customer.So I recommend it specially for these period of time if you want to cheat and do not want to cook at home 🙈

Dined in on a busy Friday night. The sizzling Chilean Sea Bass was flaky melt-in-your-mouth just as the description read, perfectly paired with asparagus and cheese potatoes. The Pan seared Alaska Halibut was served to perfection. The lemon butter sauce with capers was just the right touch for this dish. Wild Alaska King crab was everyones favorite! 😋

This is a amazing place for SEAFOOD. I am a seafood lover I eat seafood 2-4 times a week. This was my first time here and I must say everything from beginning until the end was wonderful. I first read the reviews and was pleased with the comments. I made reservations for 8:15 I got there at 8pm and they close at 9pm. The staff was great nice and very friendly as soon as we arrived we were seated within 1min so no wait. After being seated we were greeted and our waitress came to take our drink order. The waitress was great she was happy when we mentioned it was our first visit. She explained the menu and answered every question with pride and knowledge which is great. They made my cocktail exactly how I wanted it and I was being fancy lol. Now to the food we started off with the lobster and crab cakes they were the best I’ve ever had (soft buttery extremely meaty big fat juicy chunks of meat season perfectly). Then the seafood salad it was very good ( big portion a lot of seafood like prawns, lobster, crab, regular shrimp that’s all I can remember) it was very refreshing. I also had a New York steak, the seared halibut with Cajun and lemon pepper seasoning, rice pilaf and loaded red potato. The steak was cooked just like I like it only thing it was kinda small. The HALIBUT was the 2nd highlight of the whole food experience it was amazing I also had Cajun and lemon pepper seasoning that fish was everything and more I want more ASAP. The side taste like it was supposed to the loaded red potato had real bacon that was a win in my books. We also had fried fish it was ok I wouldn’t go here for that. The customer service pulse the amazingly fresh and delicious food I give this place a 9 1/2 out of 10. The fried fish and asking for a refill took the half point. But it was near closing so maybe that’s why. But the food is a hit. Very fresh and flavorful and cooked to perfection. Will be my go to for seafood.

Last time I was here was many years ago. This restaurant has withstood the test of time. At that time it was just too noisy to be enjoyable which is what kept me away. Glad I came back. The ceiling has been covered in cork and that has made the noise level tolerable. I ordered salmon and mahi. I should have ordered double salmon. The mahi was a little dry. Salmon was great. My friend ordered lobster ravioli. It had a flavor and after taste he didnt care for. Its now several days later and no ill effects, so just an ingredient he didnt like, maybe. We both enjoyed the bread service before the meal. Our server was timely, professional and not unfriendly. The restaurant was clean and cheerful. I enjoyed the nostalgic fish market signs. I thought the prices were ok. Dinner drinks and tip total was a little over $30 per person. Wont be ordering lobster ravioli or mahi again, but the menu is extensive. Well find something.

Went Monday night at 7:20pm. Our waitress was friendly and attentive. We had the salmon and shrimp skewer special, with bacon Brussel sprouts, and loaded red potatoes. It was perfect 🥰 Salmon crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, plenty of shrimp on the skewer, Brussel sprouts were amazing, potatoes flavorful, and topped it all off with a Paso Robles Chardonnay. OK first of all this picture does not do this plate justice. Nicole was my server and she was amazing it was a busy night and I was watching as she waited every table she had with promptness kindness attentiveness and patience. The fillet I ordered was probably the best fillet I’ve ever had it was perfectly cooked. The crab legs were also cooked to perfection. The clam chowder was amazing and the atmosphere was laid-back. If someone ever had a bad experience here it had to of been an off day because this place was absolutely amazing and the price for the quality of a meal that I received was absolutely affordable. I live almost 4 hours away and was here on business but I would definitely come back just for this meal. Alex or Jose I’m not sure which one made my meal and they absolutely deserve around of applause because it was cooked with experience and a passion for what they do.

I had dinner on Saturday at MB ontario, yesterday Sunday I went to dinner on this MB.Interestingly food were more abundant.There was a problem, wife asked her steak well done it it was medium rare. I asked my steak medium well and was ok, as were really hungry and didnt want to wait for extra cooking time, just switch steaks. When the waitress, Megan came and informed told us to take the steaks back to .ore grill time ut we decline to it.Later, the manager came to our table and ask us for anything wrong. Always a delicious meal, very satisfying and the server was excellent. I never had to ask for a refill or request more bread as she was taking good care of us. I love how fresh the food was, my Lobster ravioli had very good lobster flavor to it and the sauce is very creamy and subtle. Been here twice in 1 week. Once Sat PM, Sunday noon ish.I think the kitchen is too slow as they are running about 80% capacity, food comes out slow, plenty of support staff (too much) and 2 Managers present. They need better organizational skills. The managers need to help more(kitchen, helping take drinks etc) instead of hanging out at check in, and in back corner by register bothering the waitresses. The waitresses were constantly apologizing for their slow service to people when leaving. I would quit. My background is in restaurant. Food was ok to good.

RiversideReviewed date 3-12-22Four out of five thumbs down 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼Consistently Bad Service, Small Portions, High Prices.The only reason why they did not get five thumbs down is that The restaurant has good parking, appears to be clean, and has a nice ambience.After being seated, my first greeting by the waiter was him briskly coming up from behind me too slam down a heavy glass cup on the table right next to my arm so hard that the people at the table next to me jumpedHe then walked away to come back five minutes later to pour warm tapwater into the cup I guess they have something against ice, I asked the waiter if I could have a large glass of ice to go with my water he told me yes but never returned with any ice.When the waiter returned to take my order he did not have a pen or pencil or paper to write it down.He had to ask me to repeat my order two more times this was not a good sign as a pen and paper are such a simple remedy to the problem, I felt right away that most likely the order would be coming out wrong and sure enough it did.This young man would make a better linebacker on a football team than a waiter in a restaurant, Bad memory short attention span not good with details and preoccupied with something.Before the food could be brought out to me the waiter came over and introduced another young female and said that she would be taking care of my needs that he was leaving for the evening and would not be returning, however continue to take care of other customers around me the entire time I was there.The female waitress seem to be more attentive but disappeared and didn’t come back for quite some time.After about 20 minutes my food was finally brought out to me however the order was wrong.I had ordered a create your own combo with two items, item 1, Mahi-Mahi, item 2, Bacon wrapped scallops, I added a 3rd item, add an additional cost of eight dollars for golden fried shrimp, The two side dishes were coleslaw and chefs choice mixed vegetables.What I received;2 1/2 ounce Mahi-Mahi extremely tough and cold to the touchFour pieces of “coconut shrimp” Not golden fried shrimp, at an additional cost of eight dollars..One skewer scallops with baconThe scallops were so small you might call them bay scallops with bacon bitsThe coleslaw portion was extremely small and the flavor certainly was not traditionally sweet or even tastyThe portion size of the mixed vegetables was also extremely small.No one ever removed one dirty dish off of the table in the entire time I was there.I was presented with a bill with a undisclosed“5% surcharge snuck into The bill”.This was not even appropriate during Covid timesand Covid is over.Total bill before Tip $35.95. 👎🏼Overall I would have to rate the experience as very poorWhen I go to a restaurant and service is repeatedly poor as in this case I do not blame the employees as this shows that management is not doing a good job in choosing the right employees or in properly cm training the employees.I have included a picture of the meal that I paid $35 for as you can see the food portions are extremely small for the price and when you throw in the bad service and poor quality of food and preparation it’s just not worth it.Sadly I believe Market Broiler‘s glory days are over!!!I have been a loyal customer since Market Broilers beginning, they have had difficulties every since their remodel and re-branding.Unless they can turn things around I don’t believe I’ll be coming back. 🙁

Love this location. Food alone is fresh and delicious... I believe I had the seared mango ahi, a dozen of the oysters. Oysters were a little too big for my liking but nonetheless they were tasty. The ahi was perfect, too much rice in my opinion. Service is good, the poor kid I got must have just started, forgot a few things here and there but he was trying- the effort was good! No knock on the kid, very pleasant like the entire staff usually is. Drinks are always strong and very presentable. Overall it’s a great place to eat some good food and enjoy a night out.

1st time at this location. Great service, delicious food! I had the Fishermans Stew and I must say its my new favorite dish!! Its was very satisfying!👍 Also the manager they would honor my free birthday gift from Market Broiler rewards program even though it expired about a week ago, that was really cool, Thank you Sir! If you like delicious seafood you owe it to spoil yourself to eat here. Also be sure to take home some Delicious sourdough bread you can bake in you own oven, its devine! So I enjoyed my meal here. Had the flaming seabass which literally comes out sizzling on a small skillet. It was delish! Others had the Jambalaya with rice and another sushi roll and both were excellent. Calamari and shrimp cocktail were both tasty. Only problem was the fish and chips. Came out with soggy crust, mushi fish and very oily like it was sitting around for a very long time.

This was particularly difficult with someone in our party that is handicapped and had to navigate eating on the side of a picnic table. Menu change is difficult to read and understand. Value is terrible. Red lobster way batter bang for Buck. 80 streak and crab plate that the crab came out literally frozen had to be remade. And brought smaller portion than was originally given. Manager comped a dessert and that was nice but overall probably not go back. The king crab was fantastic and fresh, Seriously go now if your have not tried it yet! The new york you can tell is higher then normal quality and also fantastic and highly recommend! The food here is really good. My family and I have stopped here several times, and the food does not disappoint. The restaurant is constantly busy, and there is typically a wait, but its never been ridiculous. The items on the menu are a little pricey, and on top of that, they charge a 5% surcharge. So, not only do you pay for your meal, the service and taxes, but theyve also slapped on an additional charge to offset the costs of doing business and wage increases. This makes it incredibly hard for a family to go out and have a decent meal. The food is good, but not good enough to spend over 13% in taxes and fees.

I went all the way to Catalina and Long Beach recently for good lobster but didn’t find it in either place, and here it is in my own town! The atmosphere is casual, but the service is upscale. I frequent the Riverside location but have been to the Onterio Mills location as well. Both warm and inviting with beautiful decor. The walls decorated with large sports fish and art from all seaports. You really are transported to some coastal tavern. The menu has a broad range of fish selections. I challenge myself and others to try something different any visit. I love that they offer Manhattan style clam chowder. You can get New England chowder anywhere. So Saterday I took my mother to lunch. We were attended to by miss Kaylee she did an exemplary job seeing to our table and needs. Even when I was apprehensive about asking about the lettuce in their salad. Due to the recent Salinas lettuce scare. She assured us they uphold the strictest quality. I cant praise them more. Just an additional post on Good Friday 04-15-22 I ate my end of lent dinner. I ordered the Fishermans stew. Wow what a soup! I whole heartedly recommend this to any adventurous eater. I placed an order last night and two items were missing from the order. The coleslaw nor the clam chowder had been included in the bags. Four of the meals which ncluded shrimp on a skewer were cold over cooked and rubbery. The salmon portion was the size of a chicken tender and the loaded potatoes were disgusting. The loaded potatoes cost an extra $3, which was a total rip off. They consisted of steamed red potatoes cut in quarters, sprinkled with a teaspoon of cheese and a few sprinkles of hard over cooked bacon. Only a few of the potatoes had cheese on them. All of this ness was thrown in some foil and the presentation looked as though a child had been in the kitchen or it was prepared at a campsite. If the fioil was an attempt to keep the potatoes warm,, it didnt work. I was totally disappointed with the entire meal.

Been coming to this fish house in inland empire for years due to its reliability in the best customer service and most importantly the best freshest seafood available around here! Kings fish house is second to this place. The mesquite charcoals are what make this place specially unique, versus the average place using normal butane grills. The ancient style of using charcoal is by far the most flavorful way ( in my opinion) to cook seafood cause it leave the outside perfectly charred and the insides juicy as ever! I recommend getting the CHOOSE 2 items or CHOOSE 3 items, you have a varied selection of fish to choose from along with a delicious plethora of sides from Mac n cheese to cheesy potatoes, which you should get btw. They start at 25$, but if you want the premium items like Alaskan halibut and premium steak it’s only a couple bucks more per item so no big deal . Delicious food is a wise investment for yourself to truly experience life, after all you only have one, so spend your time wisely investing in the best food available to YOU! Our son made us reservations to celebrate our anniversary which was nice to avoid a 35-40 minute wait on a Saturday night. Server was great and checked with kitchen and manager for questions I had on dishes concerning possible food allergies. Had red snapper and bacon wrapped scallop skewer (on the small side - hubby actually didnt even realize I had scallops! Food was tasty. Clam chowder was great. Fish was prepared properly. Shrimp in scampi were a good size. We hadnt been to MB in years and forgot how good it was - we will start going back more often.

Husband and I came here for date night last week. I had a strawberry margarita (so good) and my husband had a blue moon on tap (he said it was good). We ordered the crab cakes for apps and they were pretty good! I had the jambalaya and my husband ordered the halibut. Jambalaya was not my favorite, it tasted too much like tomatoes and was too acidic. I would not order again. Husband loved the halibut. We also ordered the king crab legs and they were delicious! Our server was great and the atmosphere was nice. My only complaint is it was just a tad pricey for what youre getting.

The food is not worth the price. Now, maybe I just seem to pick the wrong things to order. However, this was my second time going. After the first time about 5 yrs ago I said I wouldnt go back. Well, the hubby wanted to give it another chance (how about no). I dont know where these seafood restaurants in the Inland Empire get the fish from, but the need to stop shopping there. I ordered Halibut, and as well all know this is a thick white flaky fish. The piece I had was small like a fish stick. The same thing happen in Red Lobster tiny guppy fish 🐟 . When go down to Los Angeles I have that problem getting a nice seafood meal worth the money. Well, one thing I will say is the service great. Sorry I forgot to take pictures 📷.. Again, and as always this is my experience. Someone else could love it and thats okay.

Very disappointing. Had the salmon Oscar. Salmon was dry and over cooked. Potatoes were bland. Asparagus was stringy. The plate came with a puddle of shiny brown sauce that was very unappealing. The restaurant had a nice vibe except for the very dirty window between the kitchen and dining room. What else isnt getting properly cleaned? Servers were friendly and competent.

I came here with a few co workers for lunch, our waitress Lindsey was such a sweet hostess! We ordered a cocktails, which were very good, and the calamari appetizer which was also very good! I ordered their New York strip which was cooked perfectly, side of Brussel sprouts with bacon bits were phenomenal, and red potatoes with sprinkles of parsley and butter just made the whole meal fantastic. Our whole party was more than satisfied with both the service and the food! I have never been disappointed with Market Broiler, I will definitely be back soon!

A complete waste of time and gas. I had a family of 5. We were seated right away. However, we were seated for 25 minutes. Not one person came to check on us and get our drink orders. While waiters were asking other tables if they wanted another round. I complained to the Manager and she admitted it was unprofessional and she would talk to him. We were there for a 50th birthday celebration so we made reservations a week in advance. They were very accommodating setup for 20. We all had different meals and you have a choice of seafood chicken or beef meals, i had the beer battered fish n chips adding the bacon brussel spouts. Some others had steak n seafood others had shrimp meals and jambalaya with rice. The food was excellent as well as our servers. Had no problem finding parking either.

The prices have increased significantly. They still continue to charge the hidden fee for their wait staff. Think of it as a special tax to eat here. Before the pandemic the food was great and the prices were OK. Now the food is mediocre (tastes like theyve added chicken broth to the clam chowder), and the prices are exorbitant. $25 for 5 raviolis is a little too much. Too bad, we were frequent diners there. Not anymore.

The asparagus stalks were hard, they didnt snap it at the breaking point how it should normally be done. And the seabass was small for that price, I find it too expensive and theres nothing spectacular about the food that I ordered .... just ordinary and yet too expensive.

I love the food here. Always fresh seafood and hot sourdough bread. The service is outstanding and the management usually come by your table and ask if everything is good for you. Their signature cheese potato side dish is heavenly. I am so glad they have outside seating available during this pandemic. Our waiters kept our glasses full of Arnold Palmer without us asking for it which is a wonderful old fashioned service.Cant wait to go back soon.

We recently visited because of their happy hour menu which we highly suggest ordering off of. the poke was very high quality and a great portion size. the spicy calamari was suggested by the waitress instead of the plain original which was an awesome suggestion. the shrimp flautas is an absolute must order whether or not they are at the happy hour pricing. lastly, we ordered the mahi mahi tacos, both grilled and fried, which were delicious as well. the sourdough bread brought out to start off the meal is also high quality and tasted so good.

First time back since the pandemic and sorry I brought guests. The rice in the pilaf was so hard I almost cracked a tooth. By the time the replacement came my companions had finished eating. The manager agreed to wrap it to go and comped my meal, but we had to go find it on our way out!The to go box contained a sad version of the rice and vegetables, including what appeared to be 2 chunks of olive pit in the pilaf.Very disappointing. This used to be a great place.

We made a reservation for 5 pm got there a little early, they took care of us right away. We were celebrating our 55 Anniversary. The service was great our server was especially nice and took care of our needs. The food was amazing. And they brought us this amazing desert. We have been going here for years now.
