2023-10-03 08:34:00I just learned of this place, and found put they are only 1 year old. I truly want this on the map!We wanted to find something new and good and since were in the neighborhood we navigated here.Enjoyable, super cool vibe. Lovely inside and outside. Food is fun. You have an array of different foods. We ordered Indonesian Cafe (first time to try) and the taste of my meal tasted similar to Indian food.. it was delish. My husband got a Honey Pork Rice Bowl. @ Pin Yang. He liked it too!My son and I went to Donburi and enjoyed our Lychee Black Tea and Pasion Friuit Green Tea. First time tasting these drinks. Wow, what interesting flavors. Quite sweet and delish!I later ordered Hot Japanese Cherry Sakura Tea. Now thats a first flavor tea. Very tasty. I enjoyed that flavor so much.We are coming back with friends for sure!

2023-09-19 21:58:05Specifically for Ping YangYour Tom Yum fries are so overpriced. Look absolutely nothing like the picture. 100% store bought fries. Counted it. 17 whole and half fries, the rest are bits. Not worth nearly $8…. Tried the wings as well, expected them to have seasoning or anything, they were bland only with a sauce to go with it (sauce was good but the wings itself were dry and just not very good.)Their curry is really good though, so I gave them an extra star for that. I’ll stick to ordering the curry.

2022-01-13 23:19:55Amazing experience! 5/5. The food selection and drink selection is amazing. If everyone is craving something different I would highly recommend this place. Very nice and peaceful place as well, highly recommend to bring your date here. I got the Salmon Poke bowl and Catfish Po’ Boy and both were delicious. Kid friendly and high chairs are available with indoor and outdoor seating.

2023-12-07 01:16:56I absolutely adore this place! Huge variety of food, always something new to try! Different vendors so if youre a foodie and love a fusion of different cultures, this is definitely the place to hit up (Sisig Pizza?! Adobo bowls & chicken wings?! Curry?! All things mango?!)

2022-08-01 14:04:33I recently checked out Market on 8th and was very happy I did. There’s 12 different restaurants to enjoy along with many different vendors offering brews all the way to plants. They have a little bit of everything to offer here. My friends and I ordered samples from as many places as we could and everything was great. I also enjoyed the DJ they had playing great tunes. I’d highly recommend checking this place out!

2023-03-22 01:37:16I’m hesitant to write this because I love how mellow it is as far as crowd goes, but I love this place so much. Live music starting at 5p during the week gives everything an all around great vibe. You can’t go wrong with any of the food (the only places we haven’t eaten at yet is the Mexican and poke spot). Everything at Serbesa is incredible. Get the sliders and sisig for sure. The adobo fried chicken sandwich on milk bread at the Indonesian spot is fire. Then finish anything there off with some mango. Will be taking anyone willing to go with me here to introduce them to this magic.

2022-07-01 04:16:37Favorite new food hall in SD. The space is really well done and the vendor perfectly curated. Arrived for an early dinner (5p) and did not encounter any issue with finding a table or parking nearby.Started with drinks from Novo, then tried Donburi and Serbesa. Portions were large and appropriately priced. Will 100% be coming back. The street parking across next to the bank doesn’t have a time limit, so would recommend there if there are spots.

2022-08-16 19:45:31It is a great concept. Perfect for a group of people who have different food preferences. The pastor tacos were good but not special. I am giving 5 stars to the concept of putting so many decent restaurants and a bar under one roof.

2022-11-13 17:14:57Market on 8th is a beautiful congregation of unique and versatile restaurants, including a coffee shop and bar. The aesthetic is inviting and hip, and there’s plenty of seating around the market area. Some of my favorite spots here are Pizza Kaiju and Weapon Ramen. There’s something for everyone and it’s a both a great date and family spot for food and hangouts.
